Very awesome industry to get involved in! BG multifamily is very resourceful and is a job that is always there for you, I have so much experience with different types of properties and have had an awesome time at each property I’ve been to. Scott has been a huge help and has worked with me and my schedules, I have days to do my school work and days that I can work. For anyone who is seeking a job but has no experience I promise you you will pick up the tasks very quick and easy! It’s a wonderful opportunity for anybody.

I moved to Texas from out of state and thanks to BG staffing I was able to get my foot back in the door in property management. After temping at a few communities I was able to find one that was the best fit for me and was hired on as an assistant manager. If youre in-between jobs or relocating from out of town I highly recommend BG staffing!!

I absolutely loved working for BG as a temp and also a property manager. Everytime I needed to staff my property i looked no further than BG. Just came here to read review and I was pretty shocked that they had even 3 stars I worked for them a couple of years ago and oh my was I thrown through the ringer honestly everyone was very nice and all but they do not have good communication with the property managers that they send you to. So I was put to alliance property and it was nice I enjoyed everything about leasing I was Even almost hired by alliance but the old lady that was apparently in charge of hiring told the property manager that she didn’t like my dress appearance and my personality was horrible I was told by one women that worked there if she doesn’t like your hair color but wants you to work there she will make you dye your hair or no job I thought this to be insane and yet somehow they where known to be a great company anyways after my interview they no longer wanted me to temp there so I was moved to another property that I was asked by name to go to because I was a good hard worker I went to this property oh my how bad it was ran there a lady was running a complex completely alone and after two days of working for her her mother passed away she then asked me if I can run the complex alone just for a week so that she can go to the funeral she said my duty’s and how to redirect people with issues until she got back mind you I only been here two days so I said ok let me see if this is something we do I reach out to scout the man that you send time cards to and issues to and told him I don’t feel comfortable he told me just give it a try so I said ok the third day in I had a resident come in and throw her money order at me talk to me disrespectfully and have a tantrum in the office until maintenance came to kick her out and I told scout I will finish out the day but I can not go back to the office and I left the key with maintenance and left scout told the BG company that I abandoned a job and got me to where I can not lease again and that is the worst thing I understand that it’s a difficult job at times but I was told anytime you are uncomfortable at a property you can leave and this is not the case something bad could of happened and I wasn’t the property manager I wasn’t able to do anything for these people so they where mad and taking it out on me and worse the BG company didn’t listen to my concern instead they chose to side with an unfit company so instead of an asset they see you as expandable so be carful who you work for.

Ive used BG Staffing in for the last several years and have always had a good experience. Not every temp you get will be an all star but I understand thats not a reflection of the Staffing agency. Ive hired my last two groundskeeper employees through temping them. All of their leasing staff is put through a thorough training that covers all the leasing basics at a community on site so each employee gets a real life taste of what they will experience on site. Every leasing employee Ive had on property has been professional and punctual. I will continue to use BG Staffing for all my staffing needs!

This place is an absolute joke! I have 4 years of experience in a leasing roll and I have been trained to be an assistant manager. I applied online and didn’t hear anything so I called and they sent me to a different number that sent me to a different number that told me to text a different number or do a walk in on Friday. I texted and was told I had to go online. I replied back with “I already have” and received nothing. I show up on Friday in the time given for the walk in and was told they aren’t doing walk ins. You’re better off sticking with liberty.

You ask for a temp agent and they never show up. Seriously getting help from this company is like pulling teeth

OK so I never used BG I’ve always used liberty group. I was Was referred to BG and started with them. worked for BG for two weeks and my first paycheck they did not pay me so I called to find out why and they said, That the apartment complex was cut off because the credit debt . I then told them why wasn’t I informed of this or why wasn’t I moved apartment complexes . They then kept saying they couldn’t pay me I fought for two weeks and finally they issued a check out to me. Now here’s where it gets interesting. I received a check on Friday couldn’t make it in time to my bank so I went to ace cash, they saw the check was coming from Bg staffing and Instantly told me we couldn’t try to run this check But can’t guarantee it’s going to be cashed we’ve had a few that have bounced on us I was calm and said that is fine it’s worth a try thinking bg maybe ran into some issues before like every other company Well I was wrong my check bounced I then went to heb and same thing there bounced twice they ran it Never had this issue with liberty group yes I know I should’ve never changed I’m putting this review so that others can see BG they’ll send you out try to make sure you will get paid before you put work hours in
