Last time I do my taxes with this pinocho jarocho. He doesnt care to ask you questions to improve your return. This bozo only cares to get you out the door so he can get his next paying customer and get paid. I have done my taxes several times with him. I told him I should be getting more in my tax return, then I told him the reason. He made the change and I got a bigger difference. I noticed several things that were decreasing my returns because he was being lazy or careless.

Been doing taxes for years with Jaracho. ...he works for me!!! And not the IRS...that being said, he knows his profession! !

Went there to get a notary. Two people working there, only 1 could notary and he refused to do it saying they only do it Monday through Friday. No ad stating that. Rude customer service, will never go back.

If I could give 0 stars I would give them, the worst taxes I have done with these people, they made several mistakes in my husbands taxes mistakes that I dont know where they invented them inve, Im sorry but its rubbish, I dont waste my time anymore to go with them, after they entangle you, they clean their hands 😡😡😡.
