My initial experience with this company was poor. It is important to note, however, that the owner, Greg, had little involvement in my initial experience. After several mixed messages communicating with Greg through his staff, he personally came out and made sure the work was done properly. My impression was that Greg takes pride in his company name, which explains to me why he has been in business for so long. If I had worked with Greg from the beginning of my interaction with this company, I believe this would be a 5-star review. He is direct, which I certainly welcomed, but he does exactly what he says he will do. I have taken off one star only because of my initial experience when he was not involved.I would recommend Gregs work, but I do have four strong suggestions. First, unless you get the initial estimate directly from Greg, I suggest getting it in writing to avoid future disagreements with his staff. Second, unless Greg personally does the work, ensure the area surrounding the bathtub is well-covered because there will be overspray despite what anyone says. Third, be sure the area surrounding the tub is cleaned prior to the work being done to avoid dust falling into the re-glaze. And finally from my own experience, if you have any issues at all ask to speak directly to Greg. He will make things right.

Debi was exceptional in communication and scheduling. Jorge, the technician is the absolutely most talented bath tub refinisher.The services exceeded my expectation and it comes with a 5 year warranty! I called several companies and Im so glad I went with Texas Bathtub Refinishers Inc. They have been in business for 30 yrs. Have a A+ with BBB and Angies List.

Bathtub refinishing....Debbie was quick to respond to questions. Very polite and helpful. Jorge was awesome, on time, very clean and efficient. Highly recommend them. 70 year old tub looks like brand new!

Was working with Debbie to get a quote on getting my bathtub refinished. We had been texting back and forth and she quoted me $525 with a 5 year warranty or $450 with a 1 year warranty. As soon as she found out my home was in the Dominion, she rescinded her quote and told me she wasnt doing it for anything less than $550. completely unprofessional attitude over the phone. make sure you lock in a price before you tell her where your home is. Apparently they have flexible pricing.

Did a really nice job, brought my 1938 cast iron pedestal to life again. Can’t wait to do the tub next.10/2018 update. Just had the tub completed looks great. Fully restored 1930s cast iron, now ready for next 100 years.

Greg did an outstanding job!! He was prompt and courteous taking off his shoes when walking on our carpet. The patch turned out great!!! If you need and tub or sink refinishing I highly recommend Greg!!!

Outstanding work! And a heck of a lot cheaper to get the bathtub refurbished (badly needed to stop drippage from seeping into the foundation) than to have the entire bathroom redone. I believe Jorge (cant quite remember his name) was the guy who did the awesome job in one day, but needed to wait a good 48 hours before using. Good to have a second shower and/or gym access while waiting for the tub to be operational. Since they did the work, we have recommended the company to others who have used their services.
