Great experience. Thomas is the most honest, competent, nicest Salesperson I have ever met. Derek the installer (really an artist) is a perfectionist. Our bathroom doesnt look real- it looks like an artists drawing of what a perfect install would be. Everything he did was done to perfection. Chris the plumber did a beautiful job. Great product. Highly recommend them without hesitation.

I was very disappointed with the installation and very poor customer service represented at BathFitters San Antonio. I contracted for a shower remodel and was lead to believe this project would take about a week even though they advertise the 1 day service...My shower only remodel took about three weeks to complete and thereafter problems occurred. My shower door was leaking (defective door), shower head was leaking and floor basin was non skid but slippery when entering. For the amount of money spent on this project, I deserved better workmanship. I had to call BathFitters several times (4) for warranty work as mentioned above only to be left waiting for months between to have services completed. I thought BathFitters was a reputable company but I guess not. I spoke with Felix directly since I was experiencing so many issues and overtime the ball always got dropped with an excuse, no communication. I have made it my duty to let anyone and everyone I know to go with another company. BathFitters lost my respect when the customer service failed me time after time after they sold me their product. I will not reference or used as one, advertise nor endorse this company for anything. I will not be spending anymore of my monies with this company. Im tired of companies selling the product but difficult to reach after the sell. Think wise and hard about using this company. Never again for me, lesson learned (only for the warranty work which I still have to deal with them)....

Thomas did a great job going over the different options to match our bathroom and was very honest! Also, Derek and Chris did an awesome job in installing our bathtub and fixtures! Excellent work by all three of them!

I was nervous about getting this done but was so so tired of my shower floor never staying white! I spent way way way too much time trying to keep it clean. Derek the installer couldn’t have been better! He explained everything and took his time to make the install perfect. He’s VERY skilled and enjoys his job. The shower floor is beautiful and so white and clean looking! This install was not cheap, but when you see the time and materials involved and the lifetime warranty, I think it’s worth it.

Derek had a major challenge installing a shower at my home as the original builders here did not know how to use a tape measure, square, level or plumb bob, yet he overcame all of their previous errors of construction and left us with a excellent finished product. I highly recommend Derek. If he can do a great job with what I had for him, he can make anyones bathroom look terrific!

Derek was our installer, our great installer. He did a fantastic job of the installation of our unit. Very experienced, knowledgeable, and hard working person. He is also very professional while also very friendly. Russell was our rep and he presented the product well. I had my tub redone in 2017,they have had to come out several times due to water getting in between the tub and liner. Finally last month the took everything out and put in just a shower.

Awesome job by the entire crew. They were pleasant, professional, and did a great clean up job afterwards. They showed respect for my home and my time and I felt well taken care of. My crew was Mike and Carlo, and plumber Chris, and all 3 of them were exceptional.

Derek did an EXCELLENT job of installing our shower. He worked slowly and deliberately, making sure that everything was done just right. He kept the area neat and clean during the job.

Bathfitters of San Antonio was by far worst contracting experience. Overpriced for product delivered. Don’t believe 10-14 day completion. Took almost 6 weeks to complete. Multiple days missing work so they could remeasure. Then still didn’t install correctly. They ended up using local company to fix their product. I would never recommend this company to anyone remodeling their shower.

Derek just finished our installation, and we couldnt be happier. Derek is truly a professional; he answered all our questions, and when I expressed a doubt about how the finished product would fit in our bathroom, he explained the whole process and I was greatly reassured. Our bathroom window presented a problem, as it is square on three sides with an eyebrow top. Derek came up with an innovative solution and it looks great. He also worked very clean. We had a very positive experience with Derek, and he and the Bath Fitter product exceeded our expectations.

This place is a ripp off, they stole my down payment

My tub to shower was riddled with setbacks from the very beginning. My two stars rating is one for Abel Perez who made the process of buying so easy and one for the installer Derek who was very knowledgeable and professional during the process. Other than that the job took almost a month to complete because of faulty and unavailable materials. Bath Fitters is in need of better leadership definitely someone with organization skills. Too many I’m sorry’s for me. Wouldn’t recommend for the expensive price it cost.

We wanted our bathroom fixed so we could use it, other companies wanted to charge us for things we didn’t need. Thomas showed us how to get the bathroom usable, helped us with what areas needed work and what areas didn’t. Saved us money and fixed our problem.

The tub cracked and I cant seem to reach anyone to take care of the damage. I was promised a lifetime warranty but no one answers the phone, this company may be out of business.

We thought we needed a whole new shower, Thomas found a solution that didnt require us taking everything out. Its nice when someone cares about the problem we had and offers a great solution.

The plastic walls are peeling off after less than a year, every time I call the voicemail says they are closed. Felix the manager is hard to contact, its like he is avoiding customers. Dont waste your money on this plastic product and the lifetime warranty is a JOKE!

Their salesman used the bath fitter name to get inside our home and take my father for nearly $30,000 in renovations that never started. Do not trust mark alspaugh and his partner wayne Coleman. They claim to be veterans but have a history of ripping off veterans and elderly, never finishing jobs, and running the time out to file a complaint. They made my father pay in cash, went to the bank with him and would not go inside as not to be caught on camera and did not want a paper trail. They are unlicensed and uninsured.Edit: bath fitters did nothing except dodge liability for their employee selling contracts on the side. The whole company is crooked, ripping off customers and dodging answering for their employees and attempting to blame their competitors. The management in san antonio is pushing their sales people to sell side contracts. Also 10k for a plastic covering thats already showing wear and coming off the wall. 6 months of use out of a 10k covering. We have pressed charges on the salesman and will be pursuing litigation with bath fitters as they never even fired the salesman.

Bath fitter wanted all our personal info before i could ask about their services, Im surprised she didnt run a credit check on us over the phone. When the owner showed up, she was wearing a tank top that we thought was inappropriate, after bashing other companies products for 2 hours she gave us a price that was ridiculous for some kind of plastic covering.

Very unhappy with the service this company has provided. I signed a contract to have my master bathroom,, bath, replaced by bath fitters. When theyre installation Tech came to my house and started the install he broke the plumbing drain for the bathtub. Amanda with bath fitters then told me it was my responsibility to get a plumber or use their plumber and have that fixed so they could proceed with the install. Less 2 plumbing hrs they would pay for the cost of this would be my responsibility. As far as I am concerned this should be your last choice for this time for work. They will simply rip you off. Also they started this job on 4-10-17 but it was not finished until 4-25-this is not hardly one day as Bath Fitter advertises.

I called to see how much it cost for my mother, they are vague about their services over the phone, she just wants to get into your house. When they showed up they wanted to replace the custom tile with plastic and the cost was astronomical, what a waste of time.

My car broke down on 77, the bathfitter guy Thomas helped me out, gave me a ride home to get my truck & trailer. When I need a bath tub, you got my business. Thanks Thomas
