Quality haircut at half-off with their punch card reward system (6th haircut). The stylist understood and knew exactly how I wanted it cut, even took the time to verify it was correct as well! I really love the check-in system, its quick and simple to make an appt. ahead of time. Also, the wait time given on the check-in confirmation page is pretty accurate at this location. Great store!

Nice place, very well social distanced. The price went up for just a cut, but I guess that was to be expected for the time away during the pandemic.Cut was clean and fast. Everything cleaned and sanitary.

Been here three times. Messed up my hair all three times. Simple military style cut and went wrong each time. I even gave specific directions each time because they asked. Nope, just went ahead and scapled me. Unless you want your head shaved, try elsewhere.

I really appreciate how careful Rosey was to keep everything clean and COVID safe. Thank you for making sure myself, other customers and employees are as safe as we can be. It makes me feel comfortable to come here.

Actually i would like to give - 5 stars but sadly this is not an option. i asked for a low fade, but my barber decided by herself to give me a high hairline with no fade at all. Luckily the heights of my hairline on the sides are different. the best option for me now is to go bald. i think that says enough about this barbershop. I did not realize how bad the haircut was until one of my friends started to laugh insanely hard.I got a card at the end to give to one of my friends so that they could get a free haircut at this place, but i threw it right away to make sure nobody will get embarrassed by getting a haircut at this place. I hope I saved some souls by writing this review.

I have tricky hair and I gave zero input because Im clueless, but she was confident on what to do and Im so glad I trusted her. I really just chose a place that was open, but now Im only going to this location to see Tori.

The ladies there are super nice, hard working and fun to be around. The service is excellent but working as an employee there is super strict and feeling the supervisors breathing down your neck when youre not doing something for one second when its dead inside the shop is extremely uncomfortable. They have you leave much sooner than scheduled.

Great place for a haircut. I get the double, double which includes a haircut, hot towel, shampoo, head and face massage and a shoulder massage (×2). The check-in app saves time. Im able to get in and out in no time. The service is always professional and courteous. I also take advantage of the season pass. Six haircuts purchased at one time at a discount and, unless things have changed, theres no expiration date for the six cuts.

Crystal is the real deal.Crystal was my stylist, and she was exceptional in all aspects of my visit. From the moment I sat in her chair until i walked out feeling like a million bucks, her attention to detail and willingness to listen to what I wanted was second to none. Youd be wise to go to her the next time you need a trim. Just outstanding in all aspects, so happy to have found her.

My boyfriend went to get his haircut I signed him in online picked rosy as the stylist. He arrived at the time noted and was told he would have to wait 45 more minutes because she wasn’t taking appointments only walk ins. Why is her name an option if she refuses to do online check ins? This isn’t even the first time he’s gone there and received this kind of treatment. If I could find cooperates number I would call them as well! Horrible customer service.

Bad service and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The lady was in such a hurry and ruined my hair. Rather you cut hair at home by anyone. Big no!

Very efficient operation. I didn’t interact much with the stylist as I had taken my nephew in to get his hair cut. But he said she was friendly and that she cut his hair just how he liked it. They were fairly quick, had him in and out of there within about 30 minutes.

Last visit sucked. Regular stylist not available. Totally dissatisfied with my haircut. Uneven sideburns, uneven cut and I feel like I still need a haircut. I was never offered a mirror to see the back of my cut. Looking for new place to get what I want from a haircut.

We always get my sons haircuts here with Crystal but today after waiting for hour and a half she attended a gentleman that had first available in the screen and we had to wait another 45 minutes which is not fair. She is great and I get maybe the tip was good but she just lost two loyal customers.

I unfortunately I do not remember my stylist name. She was not pushy with haircuts or products. She was not very talkative but reality she was there to cut my hair not tell me her life story. She was very pleasant. Like I said she was not pushy since she asked me what service I requested VIP. She was knowledgeable about products when I asked and she gave me her opinion which I valued. My only regret was only tipping her 10 bucks should have been more. I am not an employee or paid advertisement this location is Austin Hwy in San Antonio Texas

Stylist was efficient, professional and friendly. It is great to have my hair washed immediately to lessen hair clippings irritating neck and upper chest.

$30 haircut (tipped of course) for my 11 y/o son, and the sides didn’t even match. Took him back the following day and Monique did a great job fixing the other stylists mistake. This is our second time coming, not sure if we will be back after this experience. If we do!! We will only use Monique for sure

Big fan. Its great to have a place with high quality service, friendly staff, fair prices and good deals on products for sale. My son and I do it a few times a month as a hangout time to watch some sports and get our haircut done. The online check-in is sometimes tricky as the wait times fluctuate but usually we can get in with just a 5-10 minute wait. If its longer then we run errands in the Target /PetCo shopping center .

Horrible experience will not go back. Stylist looked upset and didn’t even speak with me other than to ask how to cut my hair. She got upset when I explained how to cut my bangs then didn’t even cut them correctly. I finished my haircut at home. Nothing like they portray in the commercials wasn’t offered any other services.

Came in at 11:15, thinking I’d have plenty of time for a haircut before my next appointment at 1230. Cancelled and left at 12 with two people still on the list in front of me. Only two stylists working. Needs better management. Should not have to wait an hour for a haircut on a Monday morning.

I asked for only the fade and she decided to cut a lot on the top even though I asked her only on the sides she never asked me if I wanted to trim the top she just went for it and I hate it (never going there again)

The wait can be long on weekends. Ive been there 3 times and the last 2 resulted in bad haircuts that I needed fixed. My sons haircut was good, mine werent. Not going back, lots of other options with more experiences stylists.

Can be some very long waits on the weekend, but if you go during off peak times theyve got good stylists and good service.

My stylist was Dezirae I believe that is how it was spelled, but she was awesome, very attentitive, made sure I was pleased with my haircut and the styling of it. Also trimmed my beard with scissors instead of just using a pair of clippers. Great stylist, would come back again.

Online check in was not working as it kept giving a warning error. I called the store to ask if they could put me on the list so I could start to head that way. They said there was no possible way they could. The check in ahead of time is one of the things that kept me coming back. I guess I have to find another barber.

Go here about every 2 weeks. They get the job done and I always leave happy with the cut I got.

Awesome service! Veronica was very friendly and informed me about my options as a new customer. Got free upgrade as a new customer. Went ariund 1115 on Sunday morning. There was no line and there was plenty of staff to take any new customers. The shampoo they use is awesome...paul mitchell i think. Will come back!!
