This place is amazing. Its not easy to find a good place that specializes in mens hair thats also good with designs in the hair. My son was so happy with his haircut. We will definitely be returning and cant recommend this place enough.

Decent cut, probably a bit more expensive due to being the in mall, probably wont return.

I arrived at 6:19 signed in told em I would be waiting right out front as it was a little crowded inside and I had a stroller. I was trying to get my six year old I waited and waited at 7:02 they tried to tell me that they were close but I replied that I been waiting since 6:19 they said yea I’m sorry if I knew I would of told you but I legit made eye contact and said I’ll be waiting right here so not only did they not take my son after waiting they waited till last minute and now the other barber shops are close. SMH I don’t recommend this place. Very unprofessional take your money somewhere else!

Horrible service. Went in and requested a guy to cut my hair. He said im trying to take a break. Then asked how long it would take for the next available barber. They said 20-30 mins. After waiting 45 mins, i tried asking how much the longer the wait will be. Couldnt get anyone to answer me, but a few people laughing. Guess they thought it was funny. Needless to say, at that point i left. Unprofessional. Will never go back. Trash

Signed in waited 10 minutes 4 of the barbers were just talking all that time to each other no one noticed me sitting right the middle of the barbershop waiting. I simply got up signed out and left thinking 🤔 how cool Im finally invisible.

I saw great reviews and decided to go and try this place out for a fresh cut. So today at 430pm on 2/27/21 I arrived and was told that they are booked with appointments until Monday night 3/01/21. I double checked and I couldn’t find anywhere online or the reviews that they didn’t take walk-ins. Very disappointed for the time as I know businesses have either been short staffed or overbooked. Best reviews around but no time available, sucks. So much for deciding on a new place 6 minutes away from home.

Ive been going to Macs Barbershop for around 5 years, since they were at Ingram Mall. I had been trying different barbers for about a year there until I met Sean Mendoza. Hes the man, hes friendly and always has a clean professional work area. His attention to detail is top notch. Most barbers I noticed just want to rush and finish, Sean takes his time to focus and get the job done right. Hes the best and youll definitely be happy with your hairstyle when hes finished.

I am about to sign in,one of the barbers says he isnt taking in anymore people,it was about 6:20 or so.Now,normally I would say,no problem and walk away.But,the way he said it and then a stifled laugh from a lady barber made me feel they were being disrespectful toward me.There was no good reason for it,and possibly some prejudice was involved.One thing is certain,theres no room for prejudice in a business.The only color that matters,or should matter,is green.I had a good haircut there in the past,thats why I went back.Not after today,forget it.

Really talented crew! Skilled Professionals to say the very least, very attentive to details and overall a balanced crew. I would refer them to anyone as I have already done my own friends and family. If you want a dope haircut and the entire barber experience this is definitely your place! Very professional and Doza takes his time to ensure a quality cut and shave. Its not about the time, but the relationship they build with their clientele. They do a great job on shaves using a straight razor 🪒 to line up your beard. Family oriented and family friendly. Bald fades are always on point, and edge ups!

Appointment got canceled one hour before I needed to be there. Very shady practice. The barber at fault was Sean Mendoza.

Everytime I come theyre always friendly and open and professional. I personally come for “Deelo” But all of the gentlemen that work here make the environment comfortable and worth the experience. I always get complimented on my own haircuts that Deelo gives me. Everyone in the shop is extremely talented. 10/10

Been coming here a long time. My barber Stacy is the man and have recommended many ppl to him. Due to covid the shop has no seating if you need to wait for a cut. Would recommend making an appointment.

Got a haircut here last Saturday and u was very disappointed.I told barber dosa I wanted a temple fade or low taper, and scissor trim my hair on the top.He gave me the ugliest fade i had in years. Not any where near what I asked him to. Looks terrible, he ran the clippers all the way up on top of my head. If I comb my hair to side looks as if I have a Mohawk. Wouldnt go here again. Not worth having to wear a cap until hair grows back.

I’ve been going to Mac’s since they were at Ingram my barber for these past years has been Doza he has never let me down with a haircut not only does he make me feel like more than a client, he makes it feel extremely welcoming and makes me want to go back, and for that I will continue to come here

Doza is a great barber and does a great job!!!! Everytime I go there he does not disappoint and makes me comfortable!!!! If I can give 10 stars just based on Doza I would do it!!!!! If you looking for a great barber and is very detailed in his work Doza is person to go to!!!!

I’ve been coming to this location for years. Way back before it was North Star back when it was ingram. They have excellent customer service, they keep it clean, the staff is friendly, and I’ll keep coming here as long as I can

I just wanted to say years back I had a barber that was never on time and was off when he said he was able to do my cut, guy put designs when I specifically said my job did not allow it. I was kind of skeptical on finding a new barber but I needed a cut and SEAN MENDOZA was available to cut me, he’s great super friendly very professional. I’ve been a regular with sean for YEARS NOW!

They literally take 1 hour on a simple haircut. Then when they are done they take their time sweeping. Some guy would just sweep stop watch tv, sweep stop watch tv, go to the back take his time. Knowing there are customers waiting. Horrible never again
