I have used Locker Room Haircuts for my boys in Leon Springs many times with no problems. Today I was in a different part of the city so I checked in online to the Potranco location. I followed the website timer and ran errands. About 20 minutes out we went in.The lady behind the counter told me she had no record of my check in. I showed her my phone. She sure did check in, another clerk to the assistant manager. They then informed me that sometimes it doesnt show up on their end and they would add me to the list but Id be on the bottom, and now the wait time was an hour.This was confusing to me as they obviously saw I checked in and had a spot in line. Whether or not it was on their computer seemed moot at this point. Just put me in the order. Well, no, this would be unfair to everyone else. Why? I asked? Ive been waiting too. Its unfair to me your system is flawed and Im being punished.I told them this was a good way to lose business and left. Just as I walked to my car the system caught up with the demands of the day and informed me it was time to head in for my haircut. Ha. Yeah right. After that treatment? About 30 minutes ago they texted me asking if I was coming in for my cut. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Went in this past Sunday because i needed a haircut really bad. It was my first time visiting Locker Room.Alyssa was my stylist.I had a great experience!! I was nervous because it was my first time trying this place and the first time getting a certain style of cut. Alyssa did a great job. I’ll definitely be going back!!!!I even went back today to get some product for my hair!!! I’ve never done that!

FYI dont show up as a walk in they will push your time back and take other customers that sign in online . SIGN in online or waste your time

Apparently a high fade means a 1 on the right side and a fade on the other, couldnt even admit she messed up, wont be coming back.

I took my grand son there for his first ever hair cut. Gabby was very rough, she used the Smallest comb to detrangle his. I ask if she could be alittle gentle because hes tenderheaded. She kept exhaling loudly and looking at her watch as if. She was in a rush. She gave my grand son a horrible experience. My grand son is five. I try to keep my exposure and try to.

Im sure the haircuts are fine, but waited over 40 minutes, and the two stylist were still working on the same 2 guys when I decided to leave. A basic mans haircut should not take that long.

Wanted to find a new barber. Reviews looked good and a co worker goes here. Not the worst I have had but not good. One side longer than other. Stylist said just the way my hair lays when I mentioned it to her. Guess I will keep looking.

The barbers do a great job in cutting your hair, the facility is new and clean and the I think the concept of the business is trendy. The ability to get a hair cut and also have your vehicle detailed is neat.

Very nice, clean, well lit, staff was kinda nice. When we left, lobby area was filling up nicely. My husband went in for a haircut and beard trim. I sat and watched from the lobby. I asked the stylist for that because my husband cant explain things. She asked him how short he wanted his be a rd, he said cut it off so she did. I was quite surprised. Im sorry she didnt check with me.

She clarified what type of haircut I wanted before just shaving my head and she even made sure to offer me the haircut stamp card so I can acquire my haircuts with a purpose! Their online check-in system straight up doesnt work. 66 min wait, turned into 90 min wait, then into 120+ min. Never going back.

It was posted online that will close at 6pm and after take a long ride looking for a place open on labor day... finally I got there and it was closed at 3pm..... i got mad after the long drive... I did find another place that close at 8pm and posted times are legit...I will stop by next time....

Please update your hours on the internet and notjust posting it on a piece of paper on the door. They close at 6 apparently.

We never have to wait and the barbers here are great with kids. The complimentary soda, juice, and water is a great touch. LOVE IT!

My daughter took my 14 year old twins here (boy) to get a shape up and it was the worse haircut I have ever seen. I honestly could have done a better job. The hairdressers should be ashamed to even let them leave with their hair the way it was.

After today, I wont be going back. Have been going here for the past year but after my horrendous haircut today no longer. Im disappointed. My head looks terrible and I cant fix it because someone decided to cut too much off and thin my hair when I said I wanted it trimmed. And try to tell them something and you told you dont know what youre talking about. Im sure Ive gotten my hair cut the same way the past few decades.

Really good place to cut your kids hair! They gave the kiddos drinks changed it to their favorite channel and were so patient! Samantha cut one of my sons hair n it looked so good. Denis cut my other sons and he hates haircuts and he said he loved it and his hair!

Went to two other shops where they messed up my haircut. Seen Locker Room Haircuts on Facebook decided to give them a try. Tracy did an Excellent Job!! She was able to fix what the others messed up. Great service nice and clean atmosphere. Look forward to going back.

I got there and saw a bunch of people waiting in the parking lot. I didnt know it was for the barbershop cause I go in and see no one in the waiting chairs and two people getting their haircut. Off rip they asked for my number and information, then ironically and the end of basically putting me in line, they finally tell me theres 6 people ahead of me. Yeah right Im not waiting for that.

Great service, good prices, friendly staff. The barber made my nervous 3-year-old son feel right at home and it was the first time he didnt scream and cry through a haircut.
