I was a walk in at this location. The gentleman(Travis James) who helped was an amazing barber. He brought out the experience that should come with being in a barbershop. Great hair cut and great conversations which equals to 5 stars. This place definitely very spacious and each barber is spaced out more than 6ft. and follows Covid protocols.

Came in with a terrible haircut and needed some help. Jeremy cleaned me up and gave me the best fade of my life. High recommend. Make sure to call ahead though and make an appointment so you avoid a long wait time.

Once again one of my favorite barber shops this time we got Travis, he cut my daughters hair the way she wanted it and he also decided to gift us the cut (not charge us) it made our day honestly just because random kindness is the best but besides that they do a really good job paying attention to detail.. Ill keep bringing my kids here .. havent ran into anyone I didnt like yet 🙃

Jeremy is the best barber hands down! He makes go from 4 to a hard 10 after I get my haircut. Definitely recommend going to Jeremy🤙🏽 that customers service is always on point like his hair hair cuts.

If you guys come in here, and you get lucky enough to have Jeremy as your barber, you won’t go wrong. I’ve always gone to salons or Supercuts or even have my gf cut my hair, but the experience provided by Jeremy was incredible. Would highly recommend him. He was even kind and courteous enough to have a new barber Raul watch and learn about everything that was being done. You’ll enjoy your experience here for sure! :)

Barbers are friendly and they did a good job. The only con was that we waited an hour for a mens haircut.

Went to Jordan he did a good job on my sons hair, he made sure to use hand sanitizer and cleaned everything really well before it was our turn and after he touched anything.. I was paying attention.

Easy access shop off of Hwy 410 with a good family environment. They’re meeting and exceeding all of the new requirements due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Joe is always consistent with my cuts and he manages his time well. The rest of the barbers seem to care about their work and everyone seems to work well together. Definitely recommend!

Waited 20 minutes after signing in and never even got a greeting from anyone around so I left and went to the Barber college down the street and got a haircut for $8.00 dollars.

Very rude. I called on 03/11/2020 to make an appointment with a barber that I previously used and the guy that answer the phone rudely said she no longer works there and hung up. As a professional Buisness you would think he would offer Buisness with another barber. Definitely will find another place.

Just started coming here recently and have gotten 4 haircuts and each time exactly how I wanted them. The place is inviting and relaxed. I personally go with Marky but just started going so all the barbers are probably just as good I just havent gone with them.

When I moved here two years ago I want from shop to shop, consistently disappointed at the atmosphere the quality of the haircut and the price for the let down. But once I came here I knew this was my shop. Ive been getting my haircut by Marky consistently for about a year now. The quality and the atmosphere coupled with the great haircut makes this best barbershop in SATX. People from all walks of life work here and come to this barbershop. As soon as you sit down, its like you known these dudes all your life. Everyone gets along and has stories to tell. Not to mention they give you a couple free beverages while you wait/get you cut.

I fully recommend going to John for a haircut. He takes his time to hear me out on what I want (which is different every single time) and aims to please. He uses different techniques and makes it an overall great experience.

Matt is a master of his craft, I had never experienced such meticulous workmanship from a barber. Everyone who works here seems to take pride in the service they provide. This place is worth the drive from wherever you live.

The Joe Barber is a awesome barber. His barbershop is classy, clean and professional. Its a great atmosphere and its always entertaining while youre there.

So my husband and my son have been going here for a bit and joe always does his hair. Today my husband and son had an appointment and we were 5 mins late due to the fact that we live on the north east side of town and you can’t predict traffic. We did try to call but for some reason my calls weren’t going through. So when we got there we proceed to tell them my husband has an appointment with joe and joe proceeds to tell my husband I took a walk in cause I didn’t know if you were coming. Which is ironic because the last time my husband went for an appointment joe was running 20mins behind and we completely understood but when were only literally 5 mins late he just cancels us ? Honestly the attitude he gave us was incredibly rude and to act like that in front of the whole shop was incredibly disrespectful. To the point where I cancelled my sons appointment too and to be honest I don’t think we’ll be back. To be talked to like that is hypocritical because if we would’ve told him the last time hey your 5 mins past your time you should stop doing his current hair and do ours would’ve been incredibly disrespectful. I don’t know if he was in a bad mood or what but I’m honestly really disappointed in the professionalism.
