First time in. Barber did a great cut and we had some good conversation

I went there for the first time and I was Impressed. The cut was affordable and The barber did a good job. You will need to bring cash. Hey may have some difficulty communicating but he was nothing but pleasant to me. Definitely worth going again.

A few people may have Had bad experience here because they may not understand or know. This barber is a great guy, he may have social anxiety or something but he still goes to work everyday and makes a honest living. Once you talk to him he’s a great very nice, unique guy. I would recommend.

Great experience loved the service but a limited style

Some of the previous comments said he was the best barber some said he was rude!It appears he is on the spectrum to some degree. He was not rude but he was very matter of fact. He was very professional and did a great job on my cut! Takes cash only cost is $17. Told me I was welcome back anytime and I will definitely be going back.

The best barber we have all had. Superb experience with my husband and 2 boys that others ask for our barbers address. He DOES take his time because he’s a perfectionist. He’s very kind. He’s the best barber in SA and that’s cuz we tried ALL before finding him. It’s worth it! Super cheap prices as well

He’s not just a barber, he’s a master on his craft, not only does he provide with the nest service but is a genuine man and warm hearted soul. The experience is great. Highly recommended him

Walked in and was immediately told how much he charges and that he doesnt have a credit card machine. I asked where can I go to get cash or another barber and was told Im on my own. I wouldnt recommend this trash heap to a homeless person. Avoid this place like the plague.

My husband was very happy with his haircut. He was looking for a barber near our house and came to this place. In the past he had been going to a barber in the south side for over 40 years. I loved the way my husbands haircut looked. The prices are very reasonable and affordable.

Man the dude cut my hair well i had an appointment he was early and i didnt what i needed but he figured it out and gave me a great cut

The guy is certainly unique. Might be autistic. But dont let that scare you. He deserves your business. Extremely nice. Im a white guy and judging by the pictures of hairstyles on the wall, he mainly cuts black hair. He still did a good job with my gentleman part. Price is $13.

He did an amazing job cutting my son and husbands hair. He is on the spectrum, so he will take his time but do a great job. He will take his time but will do great. As I read reviews of him being weird, he’s not. It’s a gift to be autistic to a certain degree and do such great hair. We will be coming here from now on.

DUDE IS WEIRD, BUT ALSO NICE AND GIVES GOOD HAIRCUTS!!Heres the real deal for this place, its a one man show with a very particular brother running it. Very peculiar fellow, appears to be on the spectrum, but genuinely nice, friendly, and ready to listen. He will also shake quite a bit and take his time but dont worry about that because he will give you a slick cut as a finished product, which is pretty amazing

Extremely rude. When I walked in I was I was never greeted, waited 10 minutes before he finished the other guys haircut. Then the Barber said what do you want from me? What kind of customer service that, Its a barber shop, obviously I wanted a haircut.I plan on never returning there. Business is called the Distinguished Gentleman barber, but there is nothing distinguished or gentlemanly about it.

This man here, is perhaps the best barber in San Antonio. For the quality of cuts and detail that he puts into your look, what he charges is just phenomenal, very affordable. Ive been coming to him now for the past 3 years, and will keep coming back.

This is a very genuine man who listens and is engaged with his customers. I will admit that I was a little nervous because I couldnt see what was going on due to the position of his mirrors, but I am extremely pleased with the haircut. Business professional with a little edge! Great job, clean shop, knowledgeable barber! See you in 2 weeks.

Not bad haircut but beard trim is choppy and took way to much off. Asked for a clean up not half cut off. Also cut my neck with clippers a few times. Ok if you’re in a pitch but for a haircut but DO NOT let him touch your beard.

Completely did the opposite of what i said, rushed through it and really didnt even give me the fade i wanted. Ran the clippers on top when i said trim a little on the top, got home and showered and noticed that my cut was not even at all. Some parts were longer or shorter in certain parts. Go to thousand oaks barber, get the guys there to cut your hair and youll see a difference

Horrible service. Came in first time in the morning, only one customer and the only guy cutting hair didnt even say good morning or anything. After a minute or two said what do you need, I just needed to trim my beard. He told me the prizes (I didnt ask), and said do you have any questions? I asked in how long you will be done, and he said I dont know... Really??? I just walked out... Really bad.

Terrible experience as soon as I walked in. I was greeted with the upmost disrespect. No eye contact, no hospitality & a total disregard to what I wanted as a customer. He was on his phone the whole time & rushed me to make a decision on my haircut. Wouldnt recommend it

This guy is a good barber, takes his time with the haircut. He is a little odd but gives good haircuts, thats all that matters to me.

Im a NG soldier helping with the relief efforts, I was in and say that Id like a haircut and was treated rudely, literally ignored when I told him what kind of haircut Id like ( even though I was the only one there)It was an overall incredibly uncomfortable experience. He was rude and clearly didnt want anyone there for some reason.
