Nice venue, has been around for many years. Bathroom had plenty of sanitizer besides hand soapAlso plenty of parking.

I highly recommend the Imperial Ballroom for your next party event. The venue is very spacious which guests feel very comfortable with. Whats also great is that the Imperial Ballroom works with customer budgets instead of forcing overpriced packages. Customers are allowed to pick and choose the services offered and outside vendors are allowed.

I had a great time tonight listening to some 60s music of the past. The party was fun, drinks were cold, and the bartenders were very courteous. Cant wait for next years event. I definitely will consider Imperial Ballroom for my next event.

The Imperial Ballroom is a fantastic event venue for quinceaneras, sweet sixteens, weddings, and anniversaries. I highly recommend it for a fun and unforgettable experience. The catering they offer is affordable and tasty and their decorating dazzles.

GREAT BALLROOM ! Had a small wedding here and a baby shower, the owners had great service they have everything clean, they were very flexible, and kept us feeling confortable throughout the night. Over all very fun two nights and will definitely will be back for upcoming events 👌🏻

Just plain ugly on the inside and out. 🤮 Would not spend a dime renting that place yet alone having an event there! You will end up sitting on elementary school chairs.

Me and my husband celebrated our wedding this past Saturday at the Imperial Ballroom. It was a beautiful day, but the owner was very rude at times and a lot of shady and suspicious things happened throughout the course of the night. First of all, you are very restricted in what you can do/put in the hall to begin with. No candy tables, no outside photo booths, no beads or anything in the vases, etc...They do offer you their own photo booth, but you can find photo booths cheaper rather than theirs. As for the night of the wedding several different things happened. We had outside catering that we paid a lot of money for and the head of the serving team alerted my cousin that there was left over brisket in the back in a large white container and I was told immediately. At the end of the night the brisket was missing and no where to be found. The owners claimed that my mother-in-law had gone to get it, but that wasn’t the case and continued to claim that if we thought they were lying to go check. Which is a really guilty thing to say and we simply thought that maybe it got misplaced, but we never found anything. After that they rushed my mother and husband out of the hall because they were in a rush to leave. Another incident that took place was that the owner mocked my mother telling her, “Where are all the people that said they would help clean up? I told you they’d all leave.”, regardless we helped clean up the hall. As we continued cleaning the woman began to act rudely almost ripping the cloth off the tables and throwing them to the floor. Lastly, that hall needs to be fixed up. There were no locks in the women’s or men’s restrooms and my husband had let me know that there was even a door that you had to lift in order for it to close properly. Not only were the restrooms bad, but one of my cousins fell by the stage due to her heel getting stuck in a crack in the dance floor. I would never recommend anyone rent their hall for their special day. I highly recommend the Callaghan Ballroom as for 600 dollars more you get an even bigger hall and greater services.

Staff was very friendly, drinks were cold. I have been here several times, always a great venue for a party.

If you want your car broken into, leave it in this parking lot

Horrible experience. The owners are Rude & Impatient! The place is outdated. The price needs to drop for what they have to offer. Don’t waste your time at this place and with those people.

Its a ballroom not much to say, restroom clean place was clean but beer was WAY overpriced 3.75 per.....

Okay I’ll be as honest about the review as possible.The venue is decent, it’s spacious. The vender is very picky about where things go but is willing to bend a little for your day. I didn’t want that many tables at my section and was able to move one. But she does have a specific way she wants her hall set up. The tile on the dance floor looks cool but does need to be updated my son was able to pick up a tile and move it he’s only 2, the tile wasn’t secured in place.When I would try to talk to her about my wedding the weeks before I did feel rushed to do so as she had other people waiting to talk to her even though we had set up a time for me to come and pay the money and talk I never felt I had enough 1 on 1 time in a single day and had to spread it out in multiple days, this was bothersome as I loved far away and driving there once a week for the last 3 weeks to have maybe 30 mins to talk was annoying.The bar looks beautiful I think they just updated that.The restrooms were clean and nice.The venue would not budge on allowing people to come in early. My Dj told me he needed at least 2-3 hours to set up the day of, he even went to talk to her and she said she would not get here earlier than 4pm and my event started at 5 this left my DJ rushes and unable to set up in time. We had known that from the beginning but it was slightly annoying. She did allow us to decorate the day before since my wedding was on a Friday. She gave us 3 hours to decorate on Thursday.I ordered the linen from her which were very pretty and clean. Since I ordered them from her I did not have to do the clean up thatvwas nice.I also ordered the food from her as it was the cheapest I could find, the food was delicious and I was able to get my left overs and she even boxed some meals up for the late comers. Which was super awesome cause I did have people show up late.We also ordered the photo booth from her, there are other cheaper ones available from other venders but she only allows you to use her photo booth. They did work hard to make the pictures look nice I got a cool background and our names on it, my guests seemed to enjoy the photo booth and I got a usb of all the pics at the end of the night.I had my dinner and ceramony and reception all there at the same time.I had 2 dresses when I went to change into my wedding dress I had to change in the front entrance cause there was only the restroom to change into and I didn’t want to make my grand entrance from the restroom. As I was changing some people not apart of my wedding showed up and they were there to make a payment for their event it did bother me that they showed up right when I was trying to start my ceremony I had to go find the vender and let her know they were there as they were just standing in the middle of my wedding party by her door unwilling to move.Overall as long as you are willing to accept rules and stipulations on your event day then this venue is good for you, I honestly was okay with everything she had told me I could and could not do. Her and her son were very helpful and nice the entire time.It is her venue and she has a right to do what she wants with it so if you don’t like that then you should probably find a different place but if you are okay with going with the flow then I would totally book here as it was the easiest and most cost efficient place I could find.Also she tells you what you can and can’t do up front nothing is hidden and she does her best to try to help you with understanding what she can help with.Another nice thing was she offered some helpful services to a pregnant friend of mine had nothing to do with the venue or wedding but I thought it was nice that she wanted to help her.

The owner and her son are very nice people. Beer is a little expensive.
