Called for a rough estimate and honestly got some arrogant worker i asked for tuning which is on their services but then get told they dont do tunning.completely cuts me off when i was trying to give him my vehicle info. If you have your own parts just find somewhere else they wont even bother to work with you. If its like this over the phone i wonder how worse it can get in person. Be cautious of this establishment.

Im about to take my car in tomorrow for an oil change. Funny thing is every time my wife called needing her MAZADA 6 fixed I could hear Brad cringe and told us go ahead and bring it in. Now we gone and traded that one in for a new Mazda. Thus is the best mom and pop shop in town love you guys.

Extremely honest and trustworthy place. I won’t be going to any other mechanic. I brought my F-250 for a battery cable replacement and was originally quoted a quarter of the labor time than it actually took but the guys at Fast Toys stuck to their original quote and took great care of my truck.

Last week I called and spoke with Brad about problems our 02 Ranger had. After talking to a couple of other shops (one said theyd call me back and never did and the other acted as if I was annoying them by calling) I had the truck towed to GP Auto. He was great about keeping me informed and the cost of repairs was very close to the original estimate. My husband and I were very pleased with the honesty and work done. Its taken us five years of living in S.A. to find a place we trust but now we have :) We will be back any time we need work done on our personal vehicles.

I wish I knew Brad years ago. He would have saved me literally thousands of dollars in various repairs that were made due to misdiagnosis or poor work by other shops. I live on the other side of San Antonio but make the drive all the way across town just to use Brad. Well worth it! I know he can fix the problem, and hes as honest as an arrow is straight. Dont go anywhere else.

Custom shop willing to listen to the customer and suggest alternate results

The a/c on our 2006 Toyota Sienne went out. Local dealership diagnosed the issue and quoted $2,000 to fix. Brad at GP Auto agreed with the problem, but stated he could fix it for $1,200. The A/C was fixed in less than 24 business hours, and for the price he quoted. I am so glad we heard about GP Auto! Honest and straight forward. I will definitely be using them in the future.

RUDE!! Called to get a quote for some engine work and he wouldnt even give me an estimate range. He had to see the vehicle to do so. What part of full engine rebuild does he not understand? Sounds fairly cut and dry to me. Told him that the vehicle is in my driveway, un-drivable, and he told me that I could tow it to him before hed talk to me. Uncalled for and extremely unprofessional.
