Beware..they charged my mom and said her airconditioner was fixed..we picked it up and the air conditioner is still putting out the very same hot air. Returned the car the next day where it sat because no one could call us saying they wanted another 1200.00 dollars. They could not even call to say they wanted more money. Just left us hanging on a Friday. Poor customer service in my opinion .My mom has been a good customer for many years but they must not value her. Really cant trust anyone any more!

I was having electrical problems with my truck. I spoke with Darren about the issue and he told me it sounded like the problem was a common one, related to the battery cables. He told me to bring it in on Monday and they would be able to get to it right away. My truck was there until Wednesday afternoon. I had to call and tell them again, I needed my truck back ASAP because I take my kids to school and me to work in it. Shortly thereafter,Darrin told me to come get the truck. It had some computer codes that might be causing problems and they cleaned my battery terminals. They did nothing about replacing the battery cables ad discussed. I was charged 80.00 for nothing. The next day, the same electrical problems happened again. Nothing was fixed. They charged me money and drove the gas out of my vehicle . We bought the battery terminal wiring connectors ourselves and had someone else do what was promised by Kals/ Ottmers. The truck now runs great. I guess they didnt want to do the work in my vehicle, but still wanted the money! Big dissapointment. Go elsewhere people!!!

Kals, (formerly Ottmers), did a great job on my car. They fixed the problem in a reasonable amount of time, the price was fair, and they kept me informed every step of the way. Theyre carrying on the Ottmers tradition of quality customer service!
