Clean and polite as well as professional. Tried out a Groupon for the first time and it went very smoothly. They didnt try to strong arm me into buying anything or getting extra services unlike Cavender Toyota which tried to say I had 5k worth of oil leak damage and work I needed to get done or else. (I had no damage or spillage since I got it checked out by other mechanics) Will happily go again.

My fog lights on the left side of my truck came unbolted from the frame and were hanging in front of my tire during a drive from Dallas to San Antonio.I Googled the nearest Goodyear and pulled in. I met each of the three people that worked there on that particular day and time. They found two bolts that worked to secure the lights back to the frame in 30 seconds.I was willing to pay anything; however, the Manager said, “I’m not going to charge you for screwing in a bolt.”I will be traveling to San Antonio often since I was dropping off my daughter at college and now Ken’s Tire and Auto Repair has a loyal customer for the next 4 years and beyond.

Grrat customer service. Was in and out in 30 minutes for an oil change and when it started pouring rain. They parked my car under a covered garage to make sure me and my 3 year old wouldnt get wet. Definitely going back in the future.

Shout out to the Goodyear on Fair Ave! I called and setup an appointment with Robert. He was very friendly and helpful over the phone. I walked in and he was again very helpful. While I sat and waited I couldn’t help but notice how helpful and professional he was with every customer that walked in. Even when there was a service that goodyear couldn’t provide he helped the customer with another location that could and also gave them directions. So impressed with Roberts customer service. These guys are top notch. They are super friendly and actually give you a straight up answer as to what’s going on with your vehicle. They also refer you to solid places if they don’t have the means to help you. I’m new to SA, but these guys gave a great first impression.

Took my truck to get oil changed on a Friday, they took me in real fast, it was a slow day for them. The service was fast and courteous, but the waiting area could use some attention, the sofas were old and the armrests were dirt stained from long usage. Overall, I will go back to see what type of service they provide on a busy day. Worth a repeat. Comparable price among other oil change providers.

Kens Goodyear is a really good service station they have done a lot of work on my Chevy Suburban over the years it is an older vehicle and they have been on top of any repairs that need to get done whether its normal general maintenance or worn out Parts they are very good at getting things done during the work day so that way I dont have to leave my vehicle overnight they keep track of your maintenance records for you so you can ask them to look them up and they provide a consistent product they are also kind enough to give you a ride to and from your workplace so that way you dont have any problem having to be stuck at the service center all day you can work at your job and then get a ride back with one of their service people at to pick up your vehicle they also provide Goodyear credit card for Approved credit people and that way if you need to pay for large purchase you can pay it out over several months and possibly with no interest.One time I had a problem with the steering gear on my vehicle that they had replaced and I went back and talked to them and have them do some test drives with it took a couple of different steps to try and alleviate the problem and when that didnt work the next time when I was in they completely replaced the damaged part and everything was like brand new and I was very happy with their service and their response I cant wait until they build their downtown location again but I continued to go out to the Fair Avenue location because they give quality work there at Kens Goodyear many thanks.

Its good for tires oil changes things of that nature but not for major situations that need better Qualified and certified Mechanics.

Made an appointment and went in, my vehicle ended up having a lot of leaks. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. All my questions were answered and estimates were given about future repairs. They will definitely be my go to from here on out.

Kyle, the manager, is very personable and professional with his customers; however, the wait time for getting brakes on my car was longer than expected. I arrived at 9:11AM and didnt get out of there until roughly 11:45 AM and no they were not swamped with business.Kyle did give me a 10% discount for my wait..... however, I dont recall ever spending $300.00 for brakes and rotary for a Kia Soul........ Seems like another case of taking advantage of a female

My experience was good until I took them my car for a diagnostics and the car came back worse than before. Transmission was making light noises like a flutter when I got it back the car doesn’t even sit in idle quietly. They were so sure I was having the work done they sabotaged it further. On top of that the ac suddenly goes out, never had any sign of malfunctioning. I only went for second opinion and came out worse. I definitely wish I hadn’t taken my car there they made my situation worse. Stay away.

They are liars and cheaters. I went for an oil change and tire rotation. When they were done fine I asked them Did you do the tire rotation they said yes. I believe them when I got home I checked I had a mark on a certain tire it was still in the same location drivers rear they lied about the rotation. Wont ever go back really bad and lazy.

Don’t go here they lie and cheat !I went last week to take my friend Claudia Ramirez truck in for an oil change . They told me that they would top of all other fluids that were low plus do a tire rotation. Well when they were done I asked if any fluids were low they said no but the truck did have other fluids that were low that plus the oil change was the whole reason time took the truck there . Plus I asked if they had rotated the tires they said yes but that was another lie, the tires were never touched. I would have confronted the staff but I was afraid that they would retaliate by maybe leaving a bolt on the tire loose or something.
