You know every since I brought my Nissan Sentra,its been a long battle. I paid my car in full, plus I bought the Gold package warranty for for my car which ends in 4/23!! But that doesnt matter the service department needs customers service training π€π π From the time I brought my car; shouldve been a red flag. DISRESPECTFUL loan officer who still works there ππbut I was given Angel who helped with my transaction. But now I am looking to get my back brakes checked out π€π€given the run around. I am very disappointed with this process of not getting the job done!! Please people do your jobs. Youre giving Anicera Nissan a BAD NAME &Im wishing I took my business elsewhere.
The only reason I even go through the door is because of Travis in the service department. Otherwise this place is a hard pass. If he leaves, I leave. Best Nissan advisor around.
Told 3.5 hours took 4. Work was done well. Waiting area was comfortable. WIFI was super slow.

Nissan service is your typical dealership center. They are very courteous. They do a full on inspection on your car but it can be expensive. The wait is usually long - anywhere between 45 to 3 hours. The chairs are okay for a while, the sofas are comfy but smell old (lot of behinds done through there) but the best part....all you dare eat snacks and water.
Oil change service was great, but somehow my seat control cover came back cracked...no explanation
