They are a honest auto repair/maintenance shop which is rare. 100% would go again. Prices are reasonable and they charged me nothing to fix a mistake another business made. Lovely waiting area and up front with everything. The shuttle staff are extremely courteous and having the option of a free lift is amazing. I was kept informed of everything and was not pressured for any repairs or maintenance which other oil change places, repair shops will sometimes do. If you have family or friends looking for an oil change place, come here.

I usually feel very overwhelmed and lied to when I come to places like this however this place is very different. They are extremely honest and even sat me down and showed me pictures of everything I needed done and explained why. There was no pressure to get everything done immediately, they were honest in telling me what was the most important. This company is honest and courteous. The building is very clean, they had a clean indoor playground for my daughter to play on while we waited, and they even have free Starbucks!

I needed a state inspection done for my vehicle and called 20 minutes before closing to ask if I could come by. The employee on the phone was extremely kind and told me to go ahead and bring it in. I waited in the nice lobby with complementary beverages for about 10 minutes and was surprised to be told that they were already done inspecting the vehicle. The service at this location is exemplary, and I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for service.

Honestly I can’t even describe how much of a relief it is to finally find an auto care company that is so transparent and honest. Last time I came in for a pre-buyers inspection and Marco was so nice. He was super professional and very customer service oriented. He listened to me when I told him about any possible problems I could’ve been experiencing with the car, and he didn’t try to talk down on me in a condescending way like I have been many times at other companies. And this time around, Mike was my advisor and it was the same with him, he was super nice over the phone and in person and he listened to me as well. They even provide a shuttle to drive you home if need be, which I used, and the driver Mariam was so nice as well. She didn’t make the drive home awkward, we even shared a few good laughs and conversations. Overall a great experience, I will always recommend anyone I know to this shop!

Caliber Auto Care is like the Chick-fil-a of auto care. I bought a used vehicle through Carvana, and Carvana installed a new battery that was faulty and it completely died on me one day. The staff at Caliber received my vehicle around 3:30 PM, I received a complementary shuttle back to my home, and one hour later I received a text message and a phone call letting me know that they started working on my vehicle starting with a 150-point inspection. The next day the staff at Caliber had ordered and received the correct battery from GM, installed it, and updated me throughout the process about what was going on. Marcos was assigned to my car care case, and he worked tirelessly as the point of contact between myself, Caliber, and our warranty coverage provider. This breakdown happened the day prior to a cross-country military move, and Caliber did everything they possibly could to have the car back in time to pack and leave in a safe condition. I even received another complimentary shuttle from my home to Caliber to pick up my vehicle. Caliber’s rates might seem higher than the average retailer, however, you receive quality, competent, and detailed care that is second to no-one. Caliber made an entirely stressful situation as stress-free as possible, and for that, I will definitely be a returning-customer. The general staff as well as Jackie, the manager, treats everyone with respect, concern and genuinely care - this kind of service is rare. I would give them 6 out of 5 stars if I could.

Sales and customer service: great. Work performance: fail. 6 hrs to do brakes and oil change. No issue. Except rush to complete job as it was after closing and car still on lift, brake reservoir over filled and pedal still spongy. Needs bleeding. Tire pressure not checked and dash reminder not reset. Brought car back, they want to charge $120 to exchange brake fluid. Wont just bleed them and the manager is too busy to talk with the salesman about it. I just want them to FINISH the job. Paid Firestone next door $80 to exchange fluid (dont need) but at least no air in the lines and the pedal is firm. Caliber lost me for a 2nd time. I swore off the 410 location due to a bad insurance claim paint job and window trim installed backwards they took no responsibility for. Seeing a trend. Geez, guys! You again lost a customer with 3 cars looking for a reliable shop.

I have never had a single negative experience here! This is the auto shop people dream of finding. The team at Caliber is not only highly professional but are incredibly knowledgeable. Each employee presents themselves in a way that says they want to be there and they want to help. They will provide you write-up on any issue they find with your car, including photos and realistic recommendations. Their write-ups will even be sent straight to your phone for later review or send to someone else (if you need/want to). We have gone back every time we need something done with our vehicles because I know they will do the job superbly.

Had them change a headlight bulb and a right turn signal bulb, as well as do an oil change. Process was professional and quick. Interior of the building was very nice. Issue: they used the wrong bulb for the right turn signal. The problem was not fixed when I left the facility. I assumed it must be a bigger electrical issue; so I took my car to the OEM dealership to do a more thorough diagnosis, and sure enough, it was simply that Caliber used the wrong bulb. No electricial issue. Probably will not return if they cannot fix something that simple.

I have used 3 Caliber Collision centers (Bandera, Military/1604, & Potranco) and they have all gone above and beyond service-wise. This one is my favorite so far. Their office area, bathrooms and waiting room are luxuriously outfitted, making waiting for your vehicle extremely comfortable. Everything was super clean. They even have a room with a giant play place for kids. Their staff are friendly, fast, and dont try to sell you any BS. They guarantee all their work, too. Wait times are extremely fast (especially compared to other shops for similar services). Michael Morris was the gentleman who helped me most recently and he was phenomenal. Highly recommend Caliber Auto.

Always professional and friendly customer service. 5 stars, but I take away one star for always having to wipe the grease marks off my door, controls, and key. Otherwise, excellent visits every time. I have brought this to the attention of staff on last vist, but latest visit still had same result. My suggestion: create a training and add to protocol - a standard of changing gloves when moving from engine compartment to car interior. This will definitely ensure FIVE STARS!

I took my vehicle here for an oil change and check-up. It took a little longer than quoted (no big deal). I drove off and noticed my tires had not been aired up (it happens). Then I noticed they didnt refill my window washer fluid (WTH). They failed to do the basics of the quoted service and lacked attention to detail. How could I know for sure they did the other services correctly? I took my vehicle down the street for service by people that pay attention.

Marco was upfront and professional in all aspects of this repair. Service First was able to diagnose the problem, repair the car, and get it done all in one day, as promised. Marco kept us updated along the way and the cost was exactly what he quoted before the work began. Excellent job, Service First!

I second another customer who said she came in for something she thought needed to be replaced just to be told it was in good condition.When I went in for a transmission fluid change, they were running behind schedule so they offered me a ride home. Ive even taken my car in thinking for sure that I needed my brakes replaced only to have them inform me that they thoroughly inspected everything and my brakes were fine! Overall i was impressed with the facility. Alot of money was invested. Employees were super friendly, which seems to not be common nowadays. The only take away is that when i got back in my car the ac settings and radio settings had been messed with. No big deal? Well, some cars have glitches in their settings and one could throw that off after the owners have found the happy spot. Besides, youre only driving the car from the parking space into the Bay and out. No need to try to cool down or jam to your favorite radio station, especially if the owner hates a specific type of music. So if you must mess with the radio and ac in that super short amount of time while in someone elses car: put it back to where you found it.

This is the only place my family will go!As a female especially, I can’t even count the number of times that I have been stuck for hours in a stinky, dirty, unwelcoming garage-type waiting room - only to feel like I’m being taken advantage of and talked down to about my car. They are so professional and transparent here, and I have always felt like they work to earn their customer’s trust and business. They never do anything without asking permission and telling you exactly what it will cost first - and their pricing is very reasonable.Their waiting room is really modern, clean, spacious, and welcoming - they even have an indoor play area for kids, and chargers for electronic devices. No one ever likes taking their car in because it can be a hassle, but being here is no more of a hassle than dropping my car off and waiting in my home.We are glad we found this place and will continue to bring our cars here for a long time.

I hardly give 5 star reviews but this place just blew my mind. I was surprised to find out their State inspection is only $7, the cheapest Ive ever heard. They told me my wipers werent doing a good enough job to pass the inspection which I already had a feeling thats gonna happen bc they were old. I got new ones in my trunk and they offer to install them for me without extra charge. They also have clean beverage dispenser which was a nice bonus. I will be returning for other services in the future.
