I recently found this place as they are one of the very few shops left that will work on modified Hummer H2s. They did a very excellent job on the work. When I came in to pay, the cost was less than what was quoted. I got a detailed reason as to why, and I ended up leaving happy. Would recommend this shop to anyone!

Great customer service

Ive been using Anderson for over 8 years and with various vehicles (Honda Civic, F-150, Chevy Uplander). They have always done an excellent job and warrantied their work. They are honest and thorough to a fault and have always been straightforward regarding whether or not work should be done. I would recommend Andersons to anyone that wants a straight deal on any minor or major auto repair. Great job guys!!!

Rude staff (Manager), real high prices, and did not fix the right thing. They said it was a coil needed replacing but it would really poor fuel pump supply period I cannot recommend this automotive repair shop. Only people who dont have any Automotive experience would like this place. Go here if you like to give your money away

The Manager is very, very rude. I have been going there five years. Sometimes he would be nice, other days just rude. And not only to me but to the parts delivery personnel, etc. The mechanics do great work, but Im not interested in being criticized and cut down buy some bully behind the desk. Ill be movin on.

Horrible customer service- VERY rude! We have been long time customers of Cambridge Auto which can be pricey. Their work is awesome but just cost a lot so we decided that when I needed new brakes we would give Anderson a try since they were supposed to be a family operated business and thought they should be able to get the job done right.So I dropped my car off first thing in the morning and was told it would be ready same day. The man at the desk was by no means an overly friendly person (no good morning, how can I help you kind of person) I left and went on my day.Around close to 2pm, I called and asked the person who answered for a status on my car. I was told that he was just finishing the paperwork and was going to be calling me within the hour. So I waited a little and then headed over. When I walked in, the man at the desk asked me what I was there for and I told him that I was there for my car and understood it might not be ready just yet and would wait. He looked annoyed and said okay. After an hour and a half of waiting I asked how much longer it would be since I was told the car would be ready within the hour when I had called. Right away, the man got ugly with me and told me that I misunderstood him and that he meant he was just getting ready to call me with a quote and that they hadnt even started on my car. I could not believe it. What made me the most upset was his attitude towards me. He was so ugly and acted like I was an idiot. I got up and called my husband outside. We decided not to have them work on the car. When I went inside and told him this, he told me (of course with an attitude) that he didnt understand why I was so upset and that he never told me the car was ready. Let me get something clear....I understand their could have been a mis-communication, and that he accidently led me to think the car was ready. What makes this situation so infuriating was his attitude and lack of customer service the ENTIRE time. Had he genuinely apologized for the mix up I would have had my husband pick me up and left them to finish the job but they lost our business and anyone elses that I can spread the word to, because of their horrible customer service and rudeness.As I walked out of the shop, the man told me thank you and have a good day very mockingly. I could not believe what a jerk this man was. BEWARE!

This is my mechanic of choice in San Antonio. Multiple times when Toyota and gmc dealers tried to screw me this place got my truck and Suv fixed right for cheaper.
