I am truly thankful for living in this neighborhood and have the opportunity to visit a local business with such a high quality services. I arrived to the Alamo Heights Car Care Center with a nail in my car’s tire, they were closed but two employees were still there finalizing their work. Went for basic inspection for license. Was fairly quickly done, good, courteous service. Cannot comment on other services

These guys are amazing. It’s the kind of place and service that is fast disappearing with commercial places. Great competitive price with extra care and personal service you will not get anywhere that easily. I came for tire repair 25 minutes before they close and they got it done perfectly with a smile. Highly recommended.

A bunch of lazy and rude employees. Even there receptionist was rude and unwilling to help us. Dont ask for Tony, he will only be available when he wants to be. Hes on lunch just about all day. They will charge you for every little thing. Be sure to look at everything they charge you for because if not they will add things that have already been payed. They tried to get us to pay the towing fee again after insurance already payed it, all while holding my vehicle. Then when we were fed up with them and decided to just pay there stupid fees and move the vehicle to get it repaired somewhere else they cant even give me a total to pay. OH and make sure you stay there local because they will not take any payment over the phone or online. All while holding my vehicle there, making me unable to move it to a different place. This place tries to rip off its customers, then when you decide to leave that place they will fee the death out of you.

Great customer service. The manager went out of his way twice to ensure I had transportation to and from work while they worked on my car. Even picked me up and brought me to the shop when they finished.I called around pricing the parts and labor... They were the least expensive and did not treat me like just another customer, they really wanted to get me back on the road. All smiles

The people I spoke to were very polite. However, they ended up charging me twice as much as their quote just for an oil change. It also took an hour twenty minutes compared to the thirty to forty-five minutes they said it would be when I gave them the car

This place is run very well. The manager went out of his way multiple times to work around my schedule and he is super fair with pricing. He’s an honest man and that’s something I respect. If he feels he’s not living up to expectations about something he lets you know and fixes the problem immediately. I recommend this place to anyone.

Fast and friendly service. Ive brought both my Dodge Dart and Jeep Renegade here for service and theyve recognized me even though my visits have been months apart. I trust them with my vehicles.
