I would like to Thank Rodrigo he went above and beyond his duties and I appreciate him for what all he did. Rodrigo took the time out for me came to where I was and helped me this is the most awesome thing, doing this whole ordeal he kept communicating with me he was letting me know everything that was going on once he arrived where I was he fix the problem I want the company to know they have someone on their team that goes beyond and above their Duty. Not only did he do that I had to call roadside back in April the person I talked to said I had to pay and that I would get reimbursed I paid next day I called the office gave all the information to the young lady she told me everything I need to send I did. They are great, and make everything run smoothly. My wife and I used them for about 2 yrs . Do your homework, and research you will find you are paying more than double with them . I switched back to Allstate and lowered my monthly bill by 125.00 a month. I mean they gotta make there money too, but why give money away for something that is just a few phone calls, and comparing quotes.
