So everyone is amazing, but specifically LeAnn and Stephanie at this office are just delightful! They will help you with anything, and are also always willing to give advice or referrals on things State Farm might not cover! Leann is also a notary which is just incredibly convenient! I love this office and their staff. I would pay even more than I do for this quality of customer service!

I’ve used many different insurance companies over the years and found them (Allstate, Nationwide, Allied, The Hartford, etc,) to be really just about the same. But that’s because I never knew that it’s not the insurance company that takes care of you, it’s the specific agent! And what an agent Ms. Jablonski is!From day one, the experience was completely different than I had ever experienced. Ms. Jablonski is easy- going and charming and my thought was well at least she knows I’m here. But then as we started getting into the details of my insurance needs and why I needed specific coverage, a whole new personality emerged and I realized I was in the hands of a consummate professional. Her attention to detail was amazing. When she said she was going to do an “in-depth” review of my coverage so she could have a true understand of my personal and business needs, she wasn’t kidding.She found areas where I was over paying. She found areas where I wasn’t covered (I thought I was!) She told me how to get additional discounts and so much more. I walked away amazed and nearly dazed! And, over the years, that attention to detail and care has never changed; in fact, it has grown. From policy needs to claims help (Yep, we all have them) she has been right there making sure I’m taken care of in every way.Could I find cheaper insurance? Probably. Would it be worth it? NEVER! Mary Ellen Jablonski, her agency/office, her support staff and everything they offer are simply put, the GOLD Standard when it comes to insurance.Like I said before, “It’s not the company (and State Farm IS a good company), it’s the agent who takes care of you like you are the only client she has.” that sets your care apart from others in the best way possible.Wish I could give 6 stars!

Very friendly fast service at great rates. I just moved to Texas and the State Farm agents at Marys office did all the work of finding my State Farm coverage in California and transitioned my policy very quickly. The rates were much lower. Also my policy rate dropped after 6 months.

Mary Ellen and Jennifer have both been great and very attentive. Availability and follow-through have always been key points for me in an insurance agency. When I needed a last minute change due to my home closing, they were quick to make the adjustment and get me the documents needed. Made switching insurance companies easy; and, of course, great rates make it all the better!

The staff at this location are AMAZING. Shout out to Stephanie, LeAnn and Mary Ellen (those are the three wonderful ladies I have worked with). Their customer service goes above and beyond, as if their clients are their family. They work with you to get you what you need, when you need it; willing to meet out of the office and at a convenient time for you. We recently moved and I am pretty sure there is a State Farm closer to us, but we will only do business with this location. :)

This has to be one of the worst state farm locations Ive ever dealt with. Ive had state farm for over a year now and it has been nothing but lies from this location. They promise you discounts later on that never come. $215 /mo. the first 6 months for JUST LIABILITY. 6 months later with no accidents, no tickets, on time payments with autopay, insurance goes up to $230. Called to ask why, nothing short of more lies and excuses, no help at all. 6 months later, still no discount. A few months after that I am purchasing a brand new sedan. Again, no accidents, tickets, violations, none of that. Almost $600 for comprehensive and collision. I asked why I wasnt able to get it lowered because Ive been a loyal customer and the person on the phone said shed call me back in about an hour. Call never came. Called 4 hours later to ask again and was promptly told I was going to receive a call back, confirming the phone number once again. Again no call. This place has some of the worst customer service and theyre just gonna lie to you. Just found actual full coverage with even more perks for $295, go somewhere else.

State Farm insurance is terrible. We have had State Farm through Mary Ellen for many years. They do not cover anything in my personal experience and State Farm is one of the poorest rated insurance companies in the State of Texas for not covering damage which explains why they have one of the highest profit margins. For example, if you have a crack in your windshield they will NOT replace the windshield with the same glass, only generic after market glass after you pay your deductible. We buy insurance to cover the parts that are present. Who wants their new vehicle to have lower quality generic glass? They only cover repairable cracks that are smaller than a quarter. I have never heard of such a thing and it is useless insurance. My advice, shop elsewhere.

I have been her client for many years, and she has never failed to look out for my interests. As far as Im concerned, she (and her amazing staff) is the ONLY agent in town

The team at this State Farm location is knowledge and quick to respond to meet all your needs. I was unable to come in during normal office hours and they were still able to accommodate my schedule.
