I had them for years and as far as getting coverage, they are good. But unfortunately for us that work and are not able to walk into their office during their business hours and have to call and do business over the phone; they are HORRIBLE!!!I called about 21/2 weeks before my renewal and asked to find another insurance co.. The owner Carmen would say call you back either today or tomorrow well tomorrow never came and every time I tried to call, she always had a customer and call back.Now my renewal is due and still no call back. Very frustrated with these people.I would not use them unless you walk into their office. And even when you do walk into their office, they dont have very good customer service. They speak to you with no happiness to help.

This place is HORRIBLE!! They NEVER answer their phone ! Its so frustrating and once they do answer after 10x of you calling they give you nasty additude . They are so unprofessional I would highly advise you look for insurance some where else . Dont learn the hard way like me .

The lady Anna there is really rude. I called to ask a question about the insurance and she was raising her voice at me and talking to me as if I was stupid. I’m discontinuing my service with them. That lady has poor customer service.
