If you get COVID 19 and miss a payment he will raise your next policy almost double and call you “High Risk.” Be very careful before you choose them. I’ve always loved Allstate but David Pfau is the opposite of good hands.

Love this Allstate location. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. Mr. Jonathan Rios is one of the best sales agents there. He can save you so much money and give you so much coverage as well. I would refer him and this office to anyone any day!! 👍🏻 you will be in great hands.

I have been an Allstate customer with this office for over 4 years.This is the best customer service for car insurance I have ever had in over 20 years. They provide me with great and accurate info about my auto coverage and the $$ is always Absolutely right. My entire experience has been better than expected!

Very inexperienced agent that could not answer our questions and consistently had to ask someone else - not his fault that he wasnt trained property and no one to assist him to meet customers needs. In over a year, never even saw David Pfau or if he ever came into the office.

So unprofecional! walked in to get a quote, was greeted by a very rude and invasive blonde lady... with a dog who was just licking my feet and getting slob all over me! i love dogs i dont mind them, but In an Office, where its supposed to be a professional place! WHY? and then they have a phys. consultation office! I WAS SO CONFUSED! And to add on the floor was gross!! DOG HAIR EVERY WHERE!!! my little brother is allergic, what if i had brought him in! SO unprofessional! so confusing! i did not even get to get the quote because i dont want a relationship with that office
