Gina does not wish to do her job. We paid our premium in full yet still received a cancellation notice from the carrier. We also had our mortgage holder contact us needing the renewal information. When l contacted the office she answered. When l asked if they could fax the renewal to our bank her comment was Cant you do this yourself?. My reply was that they have always provided this service in the past. At that time she snapped and said Whats the number? l informed her that l did not have a fax; however, l have a phone number you can call to obtain. Of which she indignantly commented You dont have to be so rude about it. My reply was that l was not being rude. To which she continued in an indignant voice. She definitely did not want to send the information to the bank. Thoughts are that she was hoping by her attitude that l would hang up and do this myself. Debbie really worked long and hard hours as well as her husband to get where they are. Folks like Gina should not be in any type of customer service position. Gina is an injustice to her company.

Awful at getting me a quote. I had insurance and it took them so long to get me a quote that it caused my insurance to lapse. Debbie was horrible at responding.
