I drove in with my daughter and friends from Houston on a mini vacation. After leaving dinner at a restaurant one evening my car wouldn’t start. We were scheduled to return to Houston the next morning. I called many places. They either were full and couldn’t get to me for a few days, charged diagnostic fees not included in labor etc. I was overwhelmed as I need to leave the next day. I was referred to Romo by a friend. Turns out it was my starter. He understood my situation. I had my car towed to his shop that night and he had my car ready by 9:30 am the next day!! He was courteous and super understanding. I can’t thank him enough!

I Had had several big issues with the wiring and my center console not coming out of park he was able to fix It with no problems also gave us warranty. He was able to work on my vehicle all in one day which was a blessing due to my timely issues. I would recommend Romos auto electric and repair great hospitality. Awesome customer service romo showed me exactly what was wrong with my 93 Chevrolet window. I went to trevinos shop and they lied to me told me they couldn’t fix my window because whoever did it wired it wrong. Took it to Romos and told me no wiring was wrong the motor on the window just needed to be replaced now my window is fixed. The service was excellent! The timeliness of the repair was outstanding. Normally a vehicle is at a repair shop at least a week or two. This was an engine problem and these guys knocked it out in a couple of days! ! I recommend Romos for engine or body repair. They are excellent, very courteous, and professional! THANK YOU, H ROMO!

Great customer service the owner is very nice, however the owner & his team failed to do the job we requested. I had a vehicle that needed to get repaired due to it not wanting to start. they fixed the issue & my vehicle was running great. I got charged about $430.00 it ran good for about a week & then i had the same issue. I had took it back (i had got 90 day warranty from the shop) however the owner & his team found another issues & charged me more ($250.00) I figured it was maybe something they hadnt checked. then after that My car still would not start. I ended up taking it somewhere else to get fixed & i was able to get it repaired. I did not like the fact that the owner was finding more & more excuses to charge me, the warranty they offer doesnt really cover much since there is always extra charges, they did not take there time to really look at the issue & fix it. I would not recommend this place at all.

Was referred to Romos by another of his long time customers as him being very reliable, honest, kind and does great work. I took my vehicle to him and within a few hours he had it complete and his work also came with a guarantee. The price was great as well. Im always very cautious of who I trust with my car but I am very comfortable and satisfied with Romos so I definitely will be at returning customer.

I went in for an diagnostic because my car wouldnt start one night, he found 2 issues and fixed them at half the price other shops were charging me. My car has been running like new ever since, starts up every time. There was another time someone vandalized my car and stole the emblems off the fenders. I bought replacements and had them painted & put on at his shop for cheap. Ever since then, Ive been going to his shop for everything: oil changes, brakes, paint, and everything else you can think of. They do very good work for decent prices compared to other shops. I wouldnt trust any one else with my vehicle. Thank you romo for your service

Well he has my 96 Silverado over 8 months havent got it running yet all it is is a anti-theft device well I told him that you bypass it or fix it and I still havent heard from him I calling almost every day and he wont answer my phone thats why I went last week in person I aint got no car to go back and forth over there my son took me and he barely have time to take me over there and he has my other vehicle that hes supposed to pick I wonder how long hes going to take with

This place is very shady! They over charge and will offer a warranty that isnt even valid. Ive had to take my car more then 3 times to get the same issue fixed and every time I take it the owner finds an excuse with to charge us! Finally took it somewhere else to get it fixed. As a single female I am always leery of auto mechanic s. But with Romo he has not betrayed my trust.He works professionally on my Pontiac to my Mercadez with total knowledge.He has given me a reasonable rate as well. With this being said I will probably have no other mechanic work on my vehicles.

Older cars/trucks always have issues. I no longer cringe when I hear a weird noise or my truck drives funny. The guys at Romo’s are quick to diagnose and fix any issues. I’m glad I don’t have to wait weeks to get my vehicle back like at other places. The other thing is the they don’t bust my budget, they are fair when it comes to cost of repairs.

I have used this shop for repairs twice now. On both occasions Mr. Romo made the repair he said was needed and the cost of these repairs was what he quoted. He was very good about answering any questions I had and especially responding to my calls. My family and I have been customers for over 2 years now. He has always been honest and fair. He has even told me when its urgent or not to fix something so I can decide when to bring my car back for repair. This gentleman does electric work ALSO knows how’s to paint cars quite quite well, I dropped it my 350z and the results where phenomenal!

Took my car to this man back in September for a water leak, and he had it for about 2weeks. Finally calls me and tells me its ready and as soon I brought it home the water leaked out. Anyways took the car back 2 more times and still had the same problem. I called him again and he stopped answering my calls and every time I showed up at his shop, he was nowhere to be found. I finally took my car somewhere else to get it fixed right and I never saw any money back from this man. Would never ever recommend anyone there.
