The salvation army emergency shelter and Major Stan Carr and wife have in my opinion made it a point to really make a difference in peoples lives by showing them that no matter how hard life can be at times, theres always a light at the end of the tunnel .

It is very hard to reach someone on the phone. Ive been trying to donate for a few days now and cant reach anyone! Good purpose of a company. But not the best structured.

Theyve really cleaned up here. No more drunks or addicts

Would not let my friend stay,he had been robbed and his I D had been stolen and all his belongings. I tried to vouch for him and they would not accept him.he sleep outside besides the building. But they let other people in this town stay there who have questionable characters and are in and out of the county jail. Sad when someone who needs the help cant get it,but drunks and druggies can!☹️

When your desperate and have no place to go, basically destitute. Salvation army takes you in. With stricked rules and a crappy bed to sleep on...it becomes home In a strange way.

Great place helpful people

Worked there and residents where nice, but closed down for renovations

They dont really help people.

Some people are not qualified to deal with the public

Wouldnt recommend if there are any other options
