It is absolutely Ridiculous the way this office fuctions. The lack of customer service is disgraceful. The communication & amount of time it takes to get any kind of help is horrible. These places are meant to HELP people Not to Discourage them from even Seeking the help they need & deserve. SMH!

Never answer the phones. 211 keeps telling me to call the office and i never get through.....

The women in the front office are rude and try to make you do things to rush you. But...the case worker was so nice to me and understanding of my new situation.

Open 24 hours my butt!!! I called 4 times in the last 30 minutes because something is wrong with my food card and I and my family are hungry!!! Are you freaking kidding me?!?!?! Everything is going down at that office and the one next door the Medicare and what not everything is ugghhhh! !! Pathetic useless !

They helped me when I needed help I had lost my wife I did not have much I did not have money to buy groceries I barely had money to pay my house payment in my pickup payment but they stepped up and they helped me when I needed help all I can say is thank you all very much for helping me through these hard times
