They never hire anyone unless you know someone that works there. I have been applying there for years. The ups website neve lets you fill out an application all the way. It will tell you to answer about 8 questions then tells you there are no open positions. I am qualified to work there. I have a good driving record and can drive their trucks. I been applying for years and have more experience than most of the workers there.

If you must pickup parcels, this is the free point. Outside of San Angelo city limits. Very helpful staff and offers great customer service.

Delivering always seems to be an issue to them. I feel like they dont really put in a good effort to deliver items correctly. I was supposed to receive a package yesterday, saw the UPS truck in town, but never came to my house. I checked for my package status this morning and it says it is being returned to the sender. I called and they asked me to verify my address and they said the address did not match, I told them to tell me what address they had and the lady said is against policy. I told them them I had typed the address myself when I ordered my item, they said it was the sender that probably typed it wrong. I called the sender, they called UPS, they asked if it was possible for me to go pick it up in person since I live only 30 minutes from the UPS warehouse where they told the sender the package was at that exact time. They did not accept that option, that they had to return it again. UPS I WAS WILLING TO MAKE THE 30 MINUTE DRIVE TO SAN ANGELO TEXAS TO DO YOUR JOB and deliver my package to myself and YOU REFUSED! Thank you, now I have to wait another 2 weeks to do this whole thing again.

Their customer service is nonexistent. You have to drive to their location to speak with anyone between the hours of four and seven that do not have email and they dont answer the phones. They have had my package on their truck for 3 days for delivery. I still dont have it. I cant get ahold of anyone I cant figure anything out I cant talk to anyone about it. This should be considered theft at this point. UPS in San Angelo is a joke

The delivery driver refused to have his temp checked with a no-touch thermometer and his supervisor told him he didnt have to while delivering to food plant. They arent being safe. Go with another service.

Worse experience for a service company. I paid for my package to get delivered next day air. My package got miss sorted twice. UPS would not expedite my package to get it in the morning because I had paid for next day air although it was already 3 days late now. Please go with FedEx people.

The customer service is a joke. The driver in my experience discriminated on the apartment I live in and wouldnt leave my package I really needed. Do the drivers not have any idea why people pay for 2 day shipping? When I pay for 2 day shipping I dont want a discriminatory note left on my door the second day, I want my stuff.

My son had to go pick up a package with a desktop PC from three houses next to ours. We checked the box and it was, in fact, to his name and address. We knocked the door to let the woman living there that we were taking it with us because the deliverer made a HUGE mistake with the address. The woman talked to us through a security device and told us to just leave the package there, claiming that it was hers. We offered her to come out and check the box to see the name and address on it, but she refused and told us to leave the package and not touch it. We had important things to do later, so we took the package with us because we asked her if that was OK, but she didnt respond or come out. Were not sure about whether we made the right choice.Deliverers should be more careful when reading addresses because she could have taken the computer to the inside of her house, leaving us without the possibility of ever getting it.

Horrible. Never deliver to the correct address. Fed EX never has an issue delivering to our house. This UPS store gets our address wrong every time. They either deliver down the road or not at all.

The deliveries are always late ie next day or gets delivered to post office or wrong address guess its cheaper for a paying customer to drive to postoffice instead of getting the service they pay for

People that are putting good reviews must work or have a relative at this place, because hands down worst ups ever, people at front act like they are doing yoou a huge favor instead of seeing you as a paid customer, and to top it off my package was scanned at this place two days ago and they still havent delivered it to me, talk about no values and work ethic, they completely ruined my weekend with my family because I cant leave town waiting on that package!

So, on top of driving over an hour to get here... they gave us the wrong address, put it on the truck after they told us to come get it, it’s WAY out of the way.. 🙄

Second time I had to pick up my package! Notice always say last attempt but I never got the other two and I live in an Apartment Complex found my notice on ground! I have a clip by my door! I am not happy with service!
