Ive only recently started using the store, and I am glad that I found them. It is so convenient to take your item into the store and have them box and ship it for you at a low cost. Have only experienced quick and friendly service. Thank you!

I shipped a guitar through them. They packaged it and sent it FedEx. It was damaged in shipping. FedEx told me many times that Postal Annex had to file the claim since they technically were the shipper. They claimed to have filed the claim but were waiting. I contacted them many times over many months. They never refunded my money. Very disappointed since they packaged the item and I paid for insurance. Used them many times. Of course no issues until I had a claim. I not only had to refund the buyer of the guitar, I lost the guitar. So I was out double plus shipping plus insurance.

Wonderfully ran store. Great owners and they always go the extra mile for me.

We went in for passport renewal and found them very helpful and polite. She payed attention to each detail to make sure it was ready to go. Will certainly return!

The guy at the counter was completely rude, the service sucked. They did not help us at all you cant even return Amazon boxes unless you print the label rather than use a code, the guy behind the counter tried to say I was careless when I chose the code option on amazon!! The service is terrible this store sucks!!!

5 stars is pretty much a joke. While packing centers like this are often over priced I got quoted 70 bucks to just PACK up some items. Dont waste your time. I ran over to Wal Mart, got the boxes and supplies for less than $10 and sent out my package.

Do not use this office.If you value what you are sending just go to the local USPS office! Somehow this postal annex location on knickerbocker in San Angelo, Tx lost my package. It is amazing that a package could be lost in such a small location, with two employees, both of which are the owners. I buy and sell on EBay so, not only did I lose the money but, my customer ended up with a bad experience.Just ship from the local USPS office and avoid the headache seriously!

Been dealing with Postal Annex now for a few years and the service is great! Totally recommend!

I ship at least one package per month for work and have not had an issue. It is never busy when I go so Im in and out fast. I ask for a FedEx box each time so I can bring it home and pack my next shipment. They have plenty of packing supplies, they cut keys and have PO boxes too.
