Adam from Bug express provided excellent service. He was professional and friendly, and was patient with my dogs. I have used Bug express for several years now and I’ve never had a problem.

Junior came out and sprayed our new house, he was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything. He was a great guy, extremely friendly, and made us laugh. I hate bugs and have a huge fear of them but I’m glad they took care of them for us!

I would strongly suggest that know one call bug express. There not professional. For one when. I called to make an appointment they me up for the next day and never showed up. So I made another appointment for two days later and they never showed. Yea these guys are horrible. Horrible customer service. I would grade these people an F.

Its homegrown local businesss like this that I miss when Im working out of state, were spoiled sometimes San Angelo!

The sprayer was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. If there was still a problem, they will come back to redo it.

After buying my first home I soon figured out that the previous owners & my neighbors never rake the leaves in their yard around their entire house. After I raked the piles of leaves in my yard it stirred up some bugs. I contacted Bug Express immediately. Loretta was extremely helpful & the technician that came out for the initial treatment was very informative. All of the technicians have been very professional & always ask if Ive been having any issues. Im set up for quarterly treatments & Ive had to reschedule a time or two & theyve been very accommodating.Alfie was my last bug sprayer & he explained that because of the weather hed be treating different this time. I appreciate him being informative.I highly recommend Bug Express!

Bug Express used to be really good but not impressed anymore. They have been out twice in the past two and a half months and our problem is worse now than it was before they came. I called for another free retreat since 90 days have not passed since I initially set up quarterly service but was told that since the 90 days will be up in 10 days that we would just have to go ahead and pay again for the regular quarterly. Not going to pay for another quarterly when it’s not working anyway. Not sure what has changed but they stuff they use doesn’t work anymore. And the 90 day guarantee should expire in 90 days, not ‘almost’ 90 days.

They got rid of my rats really fast but one of my small dogs got into the poison and that cost me almost 200 dollars

The customer service rep was pleasant and professional. I was asked for some specifics, and encountered no upselling, only courteous service.Tray came to the home (on time), and thoroughly inspected for problems, explaining his procedures, and outcomes. Very professional in his work, and knowledge.From initial phone call, to completion, I am totally pleased, and highly recommend.

The lady that comes and sprays our apartment complex is always rude. Seems to hate her job for what ever reason. Why hire someone thats gonna be rude to me and my family. Wish we could get someone else to spray instead or a different company.

This company is wonderful. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I have never before had a pest control company go around the house and knock down all spider webs and other issues with a brush. I have used other national brand pest control services and they do not compare to the AMAZING customer service provided by Bug Express.

Does not take the time to evaluate your situation. after 4 attempts at my daughters house the problem seemed to get worse. Each time they sprayed it was exactly the same way as the time before. After one call to a different company my daughters problem was gone.Do your research before you choose who to use!
