This place has the rudest staff ever, except for one young man. I am in there quite frequently & I’m lucky if I even get a greeting, not even speaking of a smile. And they’re back to making you wait outside in the heat when there is plenty of room for several to wait behind others at the counter. They cannot claim pandemic reason because none of the staff are wearing masks.
I use this UPS location on a weekly basis. Every time I go, the staff is friendly and quick. They are very efficient and time conscious, always working to ship items off in the most cost effective way. So thankful to have such a great shipping store to work with every week! Theyre my #1 choice store!!
This Knickerbocker UPS Store is my go to mailing store! I never spend more than 5 minutes in there when dropping off a return item or shipping off something. I have had many documents notarized, and I always spend less than 3 minutes in there. Their service is polite and quick. This is why this is my go to shipping store!

I went there to return a Amazon package and they were going to charge me $3.53 just to print out the 1 label. Every other shipping station Ive ever gone to will print the free Amazon return label out as a courtesy that is absolutely absurd for one little Amazon label, this UPS store is greedy. I will never return and continue to only give my business to The Shipping Point on Sherwood Way.
I have ordered about a gazillion items online, and all of my packages have not only arrived on time (often ahead of schedule), but have been carefully delivered to my door. This is no small feat, and something I greatly appreciate. The driver that delivers has always been enormously kind and gone out of their way to be respectful.Fun fact: drivers are not paid extra for bringing packages to your door if it is not necessary. The fact that this carrier has done so unilaterally is just the very best.I cannot thank everyone enough for making it possible to stay safe in my home while they are out working their tails off! I really appreciate the safety precaution taken at this store, especially during the pandemic. Each employees were wearing their mask and were very pleasant greeting me as I entered the store. I go here at least once a week. I ALWAYS get friendly, fast and professional service. Copy prices are the best! They are awesome! I go no where else. Kena is always fantastic!
I like everything about this store. Why wait in line at the post office when you can come here and get friendly personalized service? I’ve always had a pleasant experience here. If I don’t have a box, they will box up, label and bubble wrap everything for me and let me know exactly when the package will be delivered. I once brought in a huge quilt and they figured out the best and least expensive way to package and ship it. The staff is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, and they always explain all options on cost, speed, etc. They sell stamps, greeting cards, cute patterned boxes and padded mailing envelopes and tons of other goodies. I frequently use one of the self serve printers, and although I’ve never needed it, there are fax and notary services available. They also do awesome gift wrapping with beautiful wrapping papers and ribbons. Five stars!
Their covid protocols are excellent. I was there when a lady walked in without a mask. The young man behind the counter asked if she had one. When she said no he politely asked her to step back outside and he would help her outside. She wasnt very happy, but weve been doing this for a year now. She knows masks are required. I thought he handled it very professionally and was very pleasant. Great job UPS on Knickerbocker!
During these trying times we are having to go thru, I would like to commend The UPS Store on Knickerbocker Road. The staff wears masks and the store is aligned to provide social distancing entering the facility, while conducting business and exiting the facility. Without them I would be in a dilemma to mail products that I need to return. I am a senior citizen and I am not comfortable going out to try to find boxes or packing or tape to mail them myself.. The UPS store takes the difficulty out of doing this. The ideal of being able to take a package, whatever size, and have it mailed, and not have to worry about it is a convenience for me. I greatly appreciate the employees. I am glad I am able to safely ship the items and it will be done properly. THANK YOU UPS STORE!!!!!
Very friendly! Amazon kept telling me that a package never made it. UPZ store provided me with order number and the date sent so that Amazon could double check their warehouse. Guess what, the package appeared from somewhere.Thank you for the help!!!!Janine Seals

Im always met with a friendly smile and great service. Much faster than waiting in line at the post office for shipping or stamps. I also appreciate their concern for their customers safety by asking everyone to wear a mask. My go-to place for all shipping needs.

Very rude. The owner, Lorry is a real piece of work! Really has a temper. They obviously do not like to take prepaid packages and will charge for a receipt. Customers are also treated like cattle. Take your business somewhere that appreciates it.

Worse customer service I ever had. The lady doesn’t even want to talk to me just point the exits after taking my package. They don’t print receipt as well for 5 months and counting. Avoid this place, if your package has any issues they won’t contact you, because it’s all customers faults. I can’t believe this place is still in business.
I have been going to this business for at least 20 years...you send alot of packages when you are a military family and your son continues the tradition...These are the nicest people...always friendly... today the proprietor was working alone, I was glad to find out that she asked her employee to stay home after the employee had been exposed to covid.Today while waiting in line outside...covid restrictions, in very windy weather, I let a woman (cant say lady) go in front of me, be kind right? I could see her gesticulating wildly, then she exited the store and took of in her car in a reckless manner, speeding through the parking lot! When it was my turn, i found out she started complaining the moment she walked in the door and called the proprietor a foul name and she was told to leave the store...I have no doubt trhis rude ungrateful woman is now spreading misinformation about how rudely she was treated...please know folks...this is a great place to do business!
I will never go back there again. Just there to drop of a return and was treated with Disrespect. And was questioned if I was handicapped or not because my handicap sticker was not hanging in my mirror when I dropped off the package and ask for receipt. 1st its nobodys business if Im handicapped or not and 2nd I dont think they have a right to question me about my disability. From now on fedex will get my familys business and I will mention fedex to everybody that I know to make sure that we try and keep any business from this terrible terrible UPS store.
You CANNOT call this place. They dont take phone calls. Manager states on recording if you want to go beyond this message, send an email. So I emailed them. I provide concise instructions and stated that the client I am sending in should not be charged and that I will pay for the service. I sent the documents to be notarized to their email.I then receive a call from this store stating they are ready to process payment. I said oh, so my clients are there and they are finished? The young man stated no, but my manager wants to charge you first. I stated that I certainly was not going to pay without my clients there to get the services. He then stated that they dont want to lose the money. What money? You havent even done anything yet??? I said, how about this, ask your manager to call me when the client is there and I will pay at that time.The manager was being unreasonable and could be heard in the background complaining and griping while telling her employee what to say to me. I heard her then state, fine, I guess well just shred these documents and wait until they get here. What??? Why??? Couldnt you just keep them until my client gets there and then present it to them and call me for payment. Seems to me that shredding the paperwork, only to have to reprint once the client was there later would such a waste of time and resources. Terrible attitude and management skills.I ended up cancelling with UPS Store and I called Postal Annex down the street from them. It was way cheaper and great accommodating attitude. The UPS Store provides efficient, professional service to its customers. I use the store to send packages, to make Amazon returns, and even to buy stamps. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and waits are short. I am in and out quickly ad always with my errand complete. I highly recommend the UPS Store.

Rude customer service at this store, Employees dont seem very happy to be at work. And every time I have been in the mornings, they dont open until about 20 minutes after their posted store opening time..
The people who work at this store are rude. They sneer, roll their eyes, and have a bad attitude over me returning an Amazon package. If Amazon gives me the option to print my own label and package my own box myself I will take it every time just to avoid having to go to the store and interact with these people. If there were another UPS store in town, even if it were out of my way, I would go to the other store. Occasionally Amazon forces me to return an unpackaged item with a QR code and so I procrastinate and procrastinate until the very last day my return expires because I abhor going to this UPS store.
I was waved in after waiting at the door for a register to become available. As soon as I got to the register, an old Hispanic woman in an orange shirt (I didn’t catch her name) told me to go back outside to fill out a label. I was completing an amazon return so that was not necessary. After I said it was for amazon, the younger guy that was also at the register said he would take care of me. I started pulling up my code for the return (I was not even at the register for more than 1 minute) and the older lady asked “how long is this going to be, because I am gonna have to clear the register). I was not even inside for 1 minute!! I did not even have time to open my amazon app. She was hateful to me from the very beginning! Everyone else was kind and just tried to help but she has no customer service skills whatsoever!! I have worked in customer service for 5 years and know how to treat customers and that is not how it is done! Very disappointed!
They need to teach their drivers How to knock on the door or ring the door bell.. I live in apt. Anyone could of took it off my porch

The manager of this store tried lying to me and saying that UPS doesnt print out receipts for customers and that it would cost me $3. Excuse me? So she refused to give me a receipt for the package I shipped. I really hate that she lied to me AND tried to steal my money.
Horrible customer service. I ordered 18 pages to be printed the night before and was supposed to pick up at 2:30pm the next day. When I got there they didn’t have it ready and acted like it was my fault for ordering after they closed and then asked me to wait as it wasn’t even looked at yet!! At least be honest and said sorry we missed that instead of trying to blame the customer!!!!! Oh and there were 5 people working there and no other customers!!!!!!! I will not ever be using this store again!
Have been to this store a few times now. Every time has been for an amazon return - with the label ready to go. I get charged for shipping every time. Only this location has done that to me. My boyfriend goes in there for the same thing and never gets charged.Two stars because at least theyre friendly enough when they take my money.

After another day of amazing service, I wanted to leave a 5 star review.. The staff at this UPS store are fantastic - kind, patient, friendly!As a Type I Diabetic on an insulin pump, my pump supplies have to be received by someone or they wont be delivered, and they cant be sent to a PO Box! Now I have a box at the UPS store where I receive my mail, and the address for my box is the store itself so there are no longer any conflicts in receiving these supplies crucial to my health & survival. In the past my supplies have been mis-delivered or returned to the company that sends them. But not since using the UPS store as my mail service.I highly recommend this store!
I visited this location sometime last month on a Saturday to mail a return package and for some reason the amazon scan code was not reading. I went in the UPS store very close to the time they were closing. It was obvious that they were ready to lock up, but neither of the workers showed any sign of frustration. The amazon code provided was an invalid code and the lady, I am assuming was a supervisor told me she would hold the package for me until Monday, so I could get a valid code from amazon. She could have sent me back with the package but she did not. She took my information and when I got the valid code, I gave them the correct code and they mailed the return for me. Awesome customer service.

I was moving back to Georgia due to the end of my military career. Upon the morning of arriving at this store. I had everything already packaged and ready to go. To move 6 boxes and a mailing tube, it costed me just over 400. Understandable. But when dealing with the woman behind the counter, she kept on talking to me as if I were an idiot. I let that slide. They also made me miss my flight I had that morning. But again I took responsibility for them taking their sweet time, despite me telling them that I had to be somewhere in an hour.What is making me write this is that in the mailing tube, items were stolen and damaged. I am currently missing 4 broad-head arrow tips, my bow string, my bow it self was taken out, damaged, and then they didnt even bother putting the cap back on to hide what they did. They simply just taped over the hole poorly. A claim as already been issued to UPS. I hope I get reimbursement for this theft.As for the 6 boxes that I also mailed. They arrived in shreds. You couldnt grab them without ripping them even further.
These guys have always been great. On more than one occasion, Ive gotten calls from the recipient complimenting the quality of the packaging. Highly recommended.
I have had several wonderful experiences here. From them notorizing a closing for me and walking me through it step by step to ease my nerves. Or printing out award certificates for a class of mine where they took It upon themselves to make sure all the edges we right and square and that they looked professional! Since I had copied and pasted wrong they could have easily just printed what I gave them and charged me— but this UPS store is clearly run more like a family than a business and they treat their customers equally as good as they treat their employees! Very Impressed with the service and environment.
Everytime I go into this place, they are polite and helpful. Lorry and Leticia are very courteous and funny. How anyone can have a bad experience with minimum interaction, with these people is hard to believe. Im in here 3 times a week, printing labels to drop off packages. They rock!!!!

Laurie, Lettie and rest of staff always are very attentive, helpful and courteous. They give you the facts and the choice is yours. Very rarely have to wait, depending on the time of year, and usually all staff are on board for busy times, for all of us who wait to the last minute. I would not stand in a post office line againunless absolutely necessary.

Been here a few times. I dont like how I have to leave my things for them to pack and ship. People make mistakes and Im always nervous my stuff wont be boxed together or it will be shipped to the wrong place. Prices are fairly high. Always in and out fast. Packing supplies are available if you need them.
This location is great. The employees are very helpful. They provide everything you need and dont nickel and dime you like the usps will. I have always used this place since moving here and have never had any issues.

Price gouging people who cant even ship a package properly. Dont waste your money here, they charge twice than at a post office and there is no guarantee your shipment will reach its destination.
Store was suppose to open at 8:30 but no one was there. Left after waiting 30 minutes and no one showing up.
This store is poorly run and tries to nickel and dime you for everything. They also committed Invasion of privacy because they opened and looked inside my package. Youd be much better served across the street at Postal Annex. Fees are half the price and theyre actually nice to customers.
The lady was really friendly and helped me ship an oversized package. It couldve been a royal pain. Ive only had to go in there a few times, but they treat you well.
Everytime I am here they try to upsell me without telling me. Tried to send a key and they said 40$ but as soon as I was ready to send it through USPS it was all of a sudden a dollar. Came back and tried to send my childs books back and usually we pay a dollar to buy a little leaflet at our store back home. Here they tried to upcharge is again. Dont go here if you can avoid it.
I noticed quiet a few bad reviews but I think this branch may have improved since those were left. I had to return a few items and ship something and service was fast and pleasant.
The notary was fantastic and worked with my schedule. I was able to email documents I needed printed and notarized and it took no time at all.
I was needing to send a package off to St. Louis, MO that was time critical. It was a prescription for a schedule 2 narcotic. Schedule 2 narcotics are must be kept on a strict schedule so as not to send the patient into severe withdrawals. I sent the package through this store with the understanding that it would arrive in St. Louis within 2 days..3 at most which would have given time for proper processing. The package arrived 5 days later on a Saturday. As it turned out, the package was sent USPS with a tracking number. I ran out of medicine and went into withdrawals. I called the store 4 times before they would answer my call without immediately putting me on hold. The employee more or less said that there wasnt any guarantees even though a estimated delivery date ( 2 days) was printed on my receipt. I stand by my statement to him In other words I could have just put a stamp on a letter and dropped it in the mail myself for 50 cents
I have use as a Notre Republic to certify a document. After explaining an out of ordinary situation I had, she worked with me to finalize everything. I felt her rate was better than others. Many quotes were triple her quote. I went on to use her as my Notre on other things.
Way over priced. 2.79 for a single print in black and white. Rhey would not just five me a box to ship back ewaste. They wanted to wrap it in bubble wrap and charge me another 12$ for a servocw i did not want nor would they just give a ups box.Fine I will go someplace else and make a note not tonuze the UPS store again.
Bring your own envelope, they will charge you for one.

My experience here was absolutely terrible. This store charged an extra $25 to recieve a package at this location only because I did not have a box at their store. The woman that answered the phone today was very rude and never once let me finish a sentence when trying to ask her a question. She also put me on hold because she said she had a costumer. When she came back to the phone she hung it up instead of talking to me. After trying to call back she never once answered the phone. I would send something by horse and buggy before I would use them or talk to the extremely rude woman working the morning of 7/2/2016. The one star I put on here should actually be a ZERO STAR for the way they operate things in this store.
I want to thank Brice Hammer, a UPS employee who went way out of his way to help me get a package. Thank you Brice!It is a bit of a long story, but I was on the road in my RV, camped out in the KOA campground in San Angelo (Im from Denver). My RV water heater froze and cracked. I ordered a new one on a Wednesday and paid $70 extra for 2nd day delivery. I had already made reservations so I wanted to leave on Friday, and paid extra so I would have the package in time.On Thursday I went to the facility and was knocking on the door of the (closed) customer service office when Brice drove up and asked if he could help me. I explained my problem and Brice carefully and completely explained how and why I wouldnt see my package until Tuesday. The vendor I bought the water heater from didnt use the extra money I paid to get Saturday delivery... Basically I was hung out to dry.Brice said he would see what he could do. He texted me later and said he had made arrangements to have my package pulled and I could pick it up Friday morning. It worked perfectly, I got my package and was on the road Friday morning.Thank you again Brice. I really appreciate your help.
My packages that were sent by this store arrived very badly damaged and some of the contents, including a TV, were broken beyond repair. They packed the items in the boxes themselves. No one at the store would answer the phone. I have filed a complaint with the BBB to try to sort this out as the manager has not been helpful at all. I do not recommend this place at all.
One of the ups drivers needs to slow down and stop driving like a maniac down my street.

Only giving 1 star because theres no option for zero stars. Staff promised a service they didnt deliver and then refused to refund my payment when they failed to follow through on their promise.Then they were rude to me when I asked for a refund. Ive never had much success with this place and this was their last chance.I would avoid this place and head to FEDEX!
