My experience was atypical I am sure. I did not get a key made successfully. I was using cash that day and had the exact amount as requested. My purchase amount was eight dollars I had a five and fourteen ones in my wallet. The machine accepted my five dollar bill but would not accept any of the ones. The ones were pretty much in every condition imaginable from new to raggedy. When it would not take my ones I canceled my order and was offered a refund receipt to be delivered by text or email. The machine would not let me input my phone number or email address. The only option that was offered at that point was the, No Refund button. I told a store employee and was told they would have someone look at the machine. I went to minute keys website and filled out all of the pertinent information and two weeks later still no response. Im sure others have had good experiences with these kiosk. As to myself Ill never try another one and I wont recommend them either.

I purchased 3 keys & none of them worked. I requested a refund & have got no response. Not happy at all.
