Todd is so great. I purchased a ring somewhere else and the ring was a size 7. I went to him asking about pricing to re size ring to 9 and he quoted me such a great pricing compared to other local places. I needed ring pretty quick (which also places around town, the time frame was 2- 4 weeks.) Todd took the ring that day and called me two days later done with ring and it looked sooooo beautiful and fit perfect. For the quick turn around and price, no one could beat it. I recommended a co worker to go for rings and they also LOVED what Todd offered compared to local retailers.

Had new crown put on ring, told a price and charge another. Then the said I would also have to pay to have it dipped because it is white gold and the new crown is yellowish. Anytime I have ever had metal work done they always include the dipping. I will never use or buy anything from this second rate store again.

It would take me hours to go through the extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at this store. If you want to present a brand new engagement ring to your beloved that looks like the pics below of how this one looked right out of the box -- scratches, notches, poor polishing, and water drops all over the diamond, then this is the place. They didnt so much as rub the water spots off on their shirt tail before allowing it to leave the shop. But this was just the beginning of a 4-month nightmare...
