We went in to get my husbands wedding ring buffed down due to rough spurs that had formed on the steel over time. Evan (sp?) helped us and she took the ring back right away to get it done. While the jeweler was working on his ring, I asked her to look at a ring I had been given years ago to see whether it was a glass stone or a gem. She took it to the back and when she brought it back up, it was BEAUTIFUL! She had cleaned it and I had never seen it look like that. We waited about 20 minutes and my husbands ring was done. I was very impressed--this will be my jeweler from now on. Evan has a great welcoming personality. Keep her!

I came in last week looking for an engagement ring. I had an idea of what I wanted but no clue where to start. Insert Liz!! This amazing lady took my scattered thoughts and helped me find the PERFECT ring! She was very kind and patient with me. I have my great grandmothers wedding band that I want to use as my something old for my upcoming wedding. Unfortunately it was broken. I was nervous to drop off this almost 70 year old, very sentimental piece of jewlery, but I took a chance with Holland. It took 3 weeks to get back and when I picked it up it looked like a brand new ring! Very happy to have this in good shape again, Ill hopefully have it to give to my daughter and so on for another 70+ years!

Hollands excellent reputation over 99 years speaks for itself. They were able to quickly identify and repair some jewelry items from other retailers Id been given as gifts -- repairs completed while I was placing an order for a setting and consulting about custom work. I mostly dealt with very professional consultant Taryne and shop manager Brant, but with the input of a few other employees who were eager to help. It was overall a pleasant and satisfying experience. This is a store thats more than the beautiful Holland spur clips - they are full-service and all with a friendly attitude. Highest recommendation!

Waited 4 weeks for my ring to get resized i get there and i still have to pay my ring looks like it never got touched And i Tell The lady That It still feels The Same And Liz Tells Me I can wait 4 more weeks to get it resized again i called wednesday 7-11-18 at 3:00pm and one of the ladies said he hadnt touched it but then they call me friday 7-13-18 that it ready i get there so excited to pick up the ring and nope still the same size this really makes me upset Of he had resized it then why does my ring still say size 7

Purchased a ring in the store on December 20th, the ring was supposed to me mailed out to me on December 23rd as of today, December 31st the ring still has not arrived. Phone calls have been made to the jewelry store, I have been given excuses such as the ring was misplaced with the appraisal items and will be mailed over night but that has not happen. Currently, waiting for someone from either the management or ownership team to contact myself or my husband about the situation. At this point, I truly no longer what the ring.
