Mrs. Peggy Cut my hair this morning and did an excellent job. I happened to be the first walk In of the day and within minutes there was several other customers behind me in line. Despite being busy, Mrs Peggy did not rush and provided a phenomenal cut and wash accompanied by a great casual conversation. I normally prefer to get haircuts on Sunday but have no issues coming on a Saturday to experience this superb level of customer service. The Other two ladies cutting hair were also very welcoming and their customer’s satisfaction was equal to mine. Thank You for a spectacular experience.

Took my 3 yo son here to get his hair cut. The girl that cut his hair was patient with him. She did very well! Definitely will be taking him back there!

Tried getting a nice haircut for my son before he goes back to school. Worst haircut he has ever had. It literally looks like a bowl on the top of his head. I dont know how I can fix it

Ive never gone to a salon before but decided to after a friend convinced me to. Needless to say, Im happy with the work they do, and were helpful on hair products to find. Very good place, would recommend coming for good work.

I have gone twice now, and I think that every single person there is unbelievably professional. They get my haircut exactly right every single time, and the atmosphere is very relaxing with the TVs and comfy chairs. They dont skip any steps and make sure your hair is the way you want it before you get up. I dont think I can get my haircut anywhere else after going here!

Ive been here three times and loved all three times. The first time was with Tracy who was very nice to talk to, seemed to take an interest as I talked about a campus ministry Im part of, and took her time to make sure my hair was perfect. The second time was with Andrea. I had an idea of what I wanted, but wasnt sure how short I wanted the sides and back. She took her time, asked questions as she worked to make sure I was happy with how much she was cutting off, and ultimately gave me one of the best, if not the best haircut Ive ever had. My third time was today with Patty. She gave me one of the best fades Ive ever had, especially when fading back into my beard. Im very picky about who cuts my hair, and thus was nervous when looking for a barber in San Angelo when I moved here for college. So happy I found this place!

Excellent hair care, absolutely great. But, they have gotten too popular. If you walk in forget about getting a hair cut. Got there at 4:45 left at 6:00 without a haircut. Not good. And with a full house, two stylists went off duty. And appointments where seen ahead of everyone no matter how long you sit there. Have an appointment or forget it. So the walk ins get to wait longer.

Every single Barber here is very professional. No matter who you make your appointment with, you will have a great haircut. They are very clean, professional and a great group of people. Highly recommend

I mean the haircuts are on point. So its definitely not false advertising. The warm towel on your face while your hair gets that light mint wash is a bonus. Great for fast cuts theyll have you in and out pretty quickly.

Once again, half hour late even with an appointment. If you cant respect your customers time than you dont respect your customer. You should do away with appointments altogether if your not going to honor them. Otherwise, decent haircut for a decent price. One more try, then Im off to find a place that honors appointment times.

Peggy and Victoria are the best! In 8.5 years trying to find a place that does a great job every time in the military is hard. I have never had a bad haircut regardless of who does it, but the two mentioned above are amazing

These barbers are pretty good! Just dont do a walk in during normal duty hours as they are across from the military base and the wait will be crazy long. Its best to call ahead and get on their schedule! Clean environment as well!

The staff is great. Very personable and always try to take care of you, instead of trying to get you out the door.The owners care about thier clients and recruit staff that are able to do the same thing.

I am okay with the place. I have been a few times in the past, but they are so used to giving military cuts that everything they do comes too close to a buzz cut. Fade lines are way too prominent and are too short as well as any type of styling will be much shorter. Its great for military, but not the best for the general public I would say. Super excellent service though as well.

After receiving a botched haircut from another establishment I began to think that the only way to fix the situation was to shave my head entirely.Fortunately, On Point was not only able to salvage my haircut but turn it into an incredible one. My stylist, whose name I regretfully did not get, showed exquisite attention to detail while being ever so sweet and sympathetic toward my coiffure woes. I wish I started getting my hair cut here a long time ago because the haircut quality and customer service are unmatched.

Best barbershop in the area without a question. Super clean facility, great cuts, and friendly barbers. They take cash or card and play good music while waiting. I recommend checking them out for yourself.

Its a great place to get a haircut and really close to the air force base but the lines are always really long and they never have enough people there. if you want to go wait until a little bit later in their hours when the line starts to clear out before you go.

What a great barber shop. Friendly and professional staff, small but comfortable building. The staff are all great at cutting hair in military styles. I would highly recommend.

There was a bit of a wait, but theres only 2 chairs and there were 4 people so thats understandable. The two stylists are friendly and they offer a great haircut for a great price! They even do free touch ups (necks and sideburns sort of deal) for free in between your cuts. They have a loyalty card too, makes repeat cuts worth your while.

This place gives a really good haircut, BUT... if theres a line prepare to wait a couple hours. Theres only two stylists at a time here since the building is so small. Its a shame, if they had a bigger place they could do so much more business I feel!
