They need to change some of the staff at the service departments. especially those that deal directly with customers. I never have time for bad comments but once I do, then there is a problem. I didnt like my last 3 visit to this place because associates seemed not to have time for me, slow as well and couldnt give a good solution after being charged for diagnosis.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! I went here for a simple oil change and was assisted by a man named Christopher. First, he informed me that the only oil available was synthetic and I would have to pay $60 for the oil change, despite my car not requiring synthetic oil. When the mechanic went to do the oil change he told me that whoever had changed my oil previously had damaged the plug and I would need a new oil pan installed. Fair enough, until he quotes me $800+ for a new pan and labor. I asked them to put the plug back in so that I could go elsewhere to get it repaired. They then told me that was impossible. Also fair, until they said I couldnt leave until they installed an oversized one for $130. Fed up, I paid the $130, and after waiting over an hour I was allowed to leave. Throughout the entire process, Christopher was rude, pushy, and kept citing higher and higher labor costs for a new oil pan despite me telling him that I was not interested. The customer service was terrible and I recommend that you go elsewhere to get maintenance done on your car. I usually trust dealerships to do my oil changes, but this entire experience was a disaster.

I had appointment at 9am to oil change than service part said this vehicle has recall so while oil change that will take care of it will take 20-40 minutes. But i waited 2 1/2 hours I hear nothing. I suppose to work from 11:30am but I couldnt go to work. Because he just holds me no share information about my car service. I could come back after work or Tomorrow. This make My schedule mass. Now I got home its 4pm. I dont feel that he is sorry though he said sorry for took long. Buy a nice car is important but maybe I want to find another place to buy car next time. But thanks to God that all tires good of pressure now. I hope my madness goes away before bedtime!

My family has now had a few interactions with this dealership and everytime their professionalism stands out above ANY dealership we have been to. Recently, We had some subpar work done in San Antonio that caused a Door issue. Robert and his team in service were able to identify it and properly get it fixed at a drop of a hat. Additionally, They have also always been extra accommodating in getting us in to address concerns and providing a ride. Last, we have checked out their new location and were very impresses with their Pilot and Odyssey selection (we looked at only those two) . If you need service or a new Honda this is the place to go!!UPDATE!! We ended up upgrading my Odyssey to a 2021. We worked with Travis and he was very knowledgeable on the differences of the model years (I had a 2018). The entire process was absolutely smooth and seamless. They dont mess around and get straight to the deal. My 2 year old was actually home by nap although we had prepared for a long painful process. It was hands down the easiest and painless sales deal we have ever made. Yall wont be dissapointed! I went to test drive a car that I saw on the website, but did extensive research before I went and have owned the same car, newer model, in the past. The price was high, so I got them to come down to a better price (still a bit high). I was going to finance, but insurance was going to be outrageous, so I wanted to pay in full, but it was going to take a day or so to get the money and I didnt want to make and impulsive purchase. I let the salesman know, who was very nice, and he understood. He called me back to let me know that the price was getting jacked up because I didnt purchase that day. That does not make me want to purchase the car, so Ill just wait and go elsewhere.
Saw a car as I drove by the dealership that caught my eye. I decided to take a closer look at it. I was greeted by Gabriel who provided excellent customer service, as well as providing an abundance of information on the car I was looking at. It was overall a great experience.
We broke down 1 ½ hours outside of San Angelo, TX. We were towed to Honda. They diagnosed our issue quickly. We had a mix up with parts, but they made it right. The mechanic, Chris Hopkins, worked into the late hours on a Saturday night and all day Sunday to get us back on the road. He even stayed later to help us hook our UHaul back up.
The service center was very courteous and prompt to help fix my car. The price was lower than what I had been quoted by other mechanics and Im very happy with the work they did.

I moved to San Angelo from Dallas and owned a Ram 1500 with 117K miles on it before I realized I needed a more fuel efficient and reliable vehicle. I took my truck to Honda of San Angelo around October of 2018 and a 2018 Accord Sport caught my eye. The staff was very friendly and patient while showing me around to find a good match for what I was looking for, and I received a very generous offer for my truck as a trade in. Now I am over 6 months in my new Accord and I love the car and the friendly atmosphere of the sales team and the vehicle service department as well. I normally do not like going to dealerships but the team here in San Angelo makes you feel welcome without the normal pressure to buy on the spot. Chris specifically was a great help during my car buying experience. 100% recommend overall!

At first the sales rep was really helpful and nice. Then, none of my specifications for the car were taken seriously and the sales rep was trying to get me to look at and buy cars that were 2-3 times my max price range. Despite looking for a somewhat older, used vehicle, as I requested, I was only offered what they wanted me to buy (new, expensive cars) and being told what was best for me.No help towards finding a car whatsoever and I wasted 2 hours of my time being shown cars I couldnt afford and didnt want.

I drove down to San Angelo in June to visit my husband who is currently in training down there. About 77 miles outside of the base, the air conditioning in my car went out. We took our Honda CR-V to this service shop the next morning to see what had happened. They called to tell us it was issues with the compressor and a whole bunch of other things (we arent mechanics, so we never know what they are talking about). They convinced us that a bunch of things needing replacing/fixing, to the tune of a $1700+ bill. They also told us that our CR-V brake pads were in dire need of replacing (flagging the front pads as being in the red and the rear pads in the yellow and even wrote down what they were measuring at. Since we had already spent so much on getting the A/C fixed, we decided to wait on the brake pads.Here we are a month and a half later and I took my CR-V in to my local Honda dealership/service center to get the brake pads replaced (which I was led to believe were in such terrible condition). I get a call from one of the service center workers saying that whoever told us the brake pads needed replacing was incorrect and that they were probably just trying to hustle us, and that they werent even measuring close to the point where they would need to be replaced. This makes me feel like the service center in San Angelo totally took us for our money! I hate to think they do this to their customers, but it was very upsetting to hear that this morning. I hope they enjoy their $1700+!

Not a good dealership. Purchased a car a little over 45 days ago and it needs a converter. Told it was not covered by warranty. 2013 with 56000 miles. Not satisfied at all. Almost $1000 worth of repairs!!
The customer service representatives were prompt and courteous. They ordered the parts. The parts were there the next morning and the work was completed within the hour. Programming and labor were not expensive.
