I should have reviewed Mr. Bratcher earlier, but just never thought of it. He has always been there for us on claims. Hail damage on vehicles, a residential burglary, and more recently, our roof being destroyed in a storm. Regarding our latest claim, he immediately came out to review the damage, and even though the storm damage was widespread with many claims, he contacted the adjusters multiple times to have the process sped up. The adjusters came out without delay, and again, fantastic people and great job they did estimating our damage. Can not say enough good things about State Farm or Mr Greg Bratcher, and the adjusters. Great company, Great Agent, and Great Adjusters. Thank you for all your help. I am so happy State Farm has our back!!!!!
