I just wanted to Thank You for helping us with our family vacation to Gas Lamp Suites in San Diego. Julie was so helpful in recommending this resort. It was awesome to be right downtown close to everything. The two bedroom unit was perfect as it gave my daughter and I the extra room to spread out. I can’t wait for our next trip!

The website is not user friendly. It makes it so impossible to look up or book your own vacation. I feel like I waisted my money. We havent gone anywhere and its because trying to find anything gets so exhausting we just give up. If the site could just work, even on a desktop I would be so grateful. We did try calling in and were told to do the usual clearing of cache and cookies or trying a new browser. I followed the instructions and still cannot log in or search. If you guys could look into making the site easy to use and navigate then I would happily change my review. Thank you.

I LOVE Resorts Unlimited!! I have been a member since December 15th, 2017, and have truly enjoyed my experience with them! On average, I save between $1K - $2K on each one of my trips. UNBELIEVABLE Prices! The best one however, is where I had booked (3) 2-bedroom suites that each slept 8 people and had a huge family trip (sleeping 24 people). Beautiful resort, 3 pools, game room, movie nights, the works at this resort. For 7 nights, the normal would have been over $10,000...set me back a whopping $899..... This program is for real. I love getting weekly updates on what new deals are out there. I always loved to take my family on vacations, and creating long lasting memories. Would usually spend a decent amount of money on each trip. Now, I actually travel more, creating even more memories, and at LESS than a fraction of the cost that I used to spend. Kurt was very professional and pleasant in our presentation meeting. He gave us such a steep discount and then discounted it even more! The trips we can now take are ridiculously cheap and even more so for last minute get-aways! You get your moneys worth immediately! My new husband and I just returned from our honeymoon in Acapulco and we could not have asked for a better trip! Curt and Julie made things so simple for us, in preparation for our first vacation as husband and wife - their attention to personal detail really helped ease the stress that normally comes with foreign travel! Checking in and out of our resort was quick and efficient and all the time in between was lovely! We loved being right on the beach with ocean views at every turn! Our room was always attended to with fast service and well treated! The pools and beaches were beautiful and relaxing and the food was AMAZING! We were actually honeymooning over the Thanksgiving holiday and the Grand Mayan put on a full Thanksgiving buffet which we took FULL advantage of - even yummier than we anticipated! We got a week at Vidanta Riviera Maya near Cancun for our honey moon and we loved it. We got a confirmation email from Resorts Unlimited that helped us arrange pick up from the airport, the condo had a kitchen with fridge and stove so we were able to eat in a couple of times, and the excursions we went on were a blast (zip line, cenotes, scuba diving). The resort itself was enormous, it took about 7-10min to walk to the pool from our room which was a bit of a walk but the pool itself took about 5 minutes to walk across itself it was so big. We found a cheap taco place on resort that we went to a couple of times and it was just fun walking around through the trees to see iguanas and other wild life. I would do the same deal again in a heartbeat!

Our family just returned from an incredible vacation at the Magic Tree Resort in Orlando Florida. I want to thank Debb for the extra effort she expended to find us the perfect condo on the exact dates we needed. The condo was spacious, clean and full of new amenities. If these guys call you telling you about free trips, cruises, or whatever... Just to listen to a 60 minute sales pitch, thats not the case. After driving for an hour, getting baby sitters and letting then know we really could only do an hour, we were sent on our way with a voucher for days inn in Orlando... :( not the cruise that was promised and not the luxury vacation they advertise... Nothing is free... You wont get much for your time and theyll take more of your time than they promised...

Thanks to Resorts Unlimited for our amazing trip to the South of France to attend the Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix auto race. This was a trip of a lifetime! Im a big car racing enthusiast and absolutely loved watching the cars race through the city streets down past the yachts in the harbor. We had great tickets to watch the race at the famous Le Hermitage hotel out on their balcony overlooking the city. Just the week before was the Cannes Film Festival, just 20 minutes away. The location we stayed at was perfect, right on the Mediterranean coast. We enjoyed driving down the coast of France, Monaco and Italy discovering all the little villages and shops. In desperate need of a family vacation, we turned to the experts at Resorts Unlimited to see what they could do for us. My family has a great love for all things Southern California so we steered Curt toward that direction. Believe me, he didnt let us down.We spent a beautiful week at the Grand Pacific Palisades Resort in Carlsbad California. I must say I felt rich pulling into the resort. There are breathtaking views of the ocean from all directions and palm trees everywhere. Check in was simple, and we were in our room quickly.The kitchen was a great size and had a full size fridge. The front desk people were great in helping us with directions to the closest grocery store where we stocked up on what we would need for a week. Parking was easy accessible, and underground.The beds were amazingly soft and a welcome retreat after a day at the beach. There were so many options around the area for activities. Lego land is very close. Just a few short miles down the freeway is Sea World too. Of course the beach is readily welcome.It was a great week for our family. We would quickly welcome the chance to come back to such a beautiful resort. Thanks Resorts Unlimited for finding such a perfect fit for our family. My wife and I received a call saying our names were selected from adrawing for a vacation getaway. We were told we would receive some vacations as a gift for our time coming in. We were hesitant but we are glad we went. Not only were they very friendly and informative there wasno pressure to purchase anything and we received our gifts as promised!!

TLDR: Beware the Youve won a cruise scam! They blatantly lied to my wife to get us to come in to their office.Bait and Switch, fast-talking & persistent sales people wouldnt even talk about the prize for the better part of TWO HOURS before we were told what we were promised was incorrect.It should not be legal to bring people in under false pretenses like this.If youre still considering visiting this place, please continue reading a more detailed recounting of our experience below:_______________My wife entered a drawing for a free cruise. A week later, a lady called to tell us that we won a free cruise (including the airfare to get there), dinner for two, and a stay at a local resort. All we needed to do was stop in at this place and talk to someone for 30 minutes to one hour MAX to pick up our voucher and learn more about the prize. My wife asked her point blank if this was an actual free cruise or if we would be required to endure a vacation club sales presentation.She was told that there was no sales presentation required, she had won a drawing for a free cruise and just needed to come pick up the paperwork. Yeah, right....The gentleman we met seemed nice but I promptly stated that we were promised this wasnt a sales presentation and we absolutely would not buy into anything. Period. We were only there to pick up voucher/paperwork associated with the prize we had won.The gentleman completely ignored my statement and unleashed a logorrheic deluge that continued for over an hour and a half. I tried to repeatedly interject that we would not buy anything but he pretended not to hear me. He didnt stop talking and wouldnt answer a direct questions like When do you give us the cruise until AFTER he tried to sell us on a time-share-like plan.The only time he stopped talking was after he showed us prices and said something like: Ill just leave the room for a minute to let you look two talk this over to see what works for you.At that point I interjected that we were not there to buy anything and we just wanted the prize. He did not acknowledge my statement and left the room for about 10 minutes.When he came back in, I quickly said that we had been brought there under false pretenses and I did not appreciate people being completely dishonest with me or my wife. At that, he said he didnt know why I was so upset.He finally gave up on selling us anything and told us about the prize:1. We could NOT actually pick up the cruise voucher but that we needed to call someone else to arrange it. (!?)2. Airfare was NOT included in the cruise package (the person who called my wife had indicated otherwise)3. Cruise options were very limited.4. port fees and taxes were also not included (which could make this as expensive as just buying a cruise package outright).5. Our free dinner for two was a gift-certificate that covered one entree at a casual eatery 40 miles away.While they claimed this is not a time-share sale, it sure sounds like it.They try to sell you a time-share-like plan to access time-share properties.UPDATE:I see that the owners have posted a response to my review. I would like to offer them a business tip: If you lie to people, they tend to distrust anything you say afterwards. If you are honest and up-front with people, youll find the right customers and they are more likely to have a positive experience.I hope that helps inform your choices.Regards.

This is the best kept secret in travel. Found a great deal to Hawaii!!! Family loved it. Cant wait for our next trip.

Thanks to Curt at resorts unlimited for helping me and my family getting to Las Vegas for a week, my kids talk about the trip to this day. Very professional and very knowledgeable about the resorts and the surroundings will definatly be using resorts unlimited for future trips and looking into membership because of the honesty and trust. Curt was amazing to work with. When his inventory didnt have anything in Hilton Head he went through VRBO. I found a property on VRBO that I knew I couldnt afford. Through Curt and his service they got the price of the condo down 40 percent. That put it in my budget. It was probably the best place weve ever stayed in. I highly recommend them.

I entered a drawing at a local business and was contacted by Resorts unlimited and told that I won a free 7 day cruise, movie tickets, and 2 nights stay at hotels in Park City, Utah and Las Vegas, Nevada. However, the only thing I recieved from them that was accurate was the movie tickets, and they could only be used by some one 18 years old or younger. The cruise was not free, for my wife and I to go it would have cost around $600 in taxes, I could have paid for a cruise for cheaper. The times we were allowed to go on the cruise were exremely limited. The 2 nights in park City had already expired by the time the voucher was sent to me.Poor business ethics, terrible customer service. Strongly recomen staying as far away from this company as possible.

Got a call from one of the owners saying they had picked my name from a drawing I had entered at the Water Gardens Theaters in PG. Told me that just for coming up to a one hour presentation in SLC (no need to buy anything), they would give me a few days resort stay in Vegas and a few days stay in Park City. Although I typically hate these types of things, I had a good conversation with the owner and my wife and I decided we should go listen. So one Friday I took a few hours off work, we found a babysitter for our 2 kids, and we drove up to SLC (we live in Spanish Fork so it’s an hour away). That day there was a snowstorm so the roads were starting to get covered and the drive was annoying but we had committed to going. When we arrived (right on time btw), I called the number they had given me so they could open the gate and come collect us. A guy answers the phone and says that because of the snow they had canceled our appointment. Then tells me they had been calling me all day to reschedule. I looked through my missed calls and THEY HAD NOT CALLED ME ONE TIME. The last time they had called me was the day before to CONFIRM the appointment. This pissed me off so I called the number of the owner I had talked to previously - she was nice and apologized. I told her I had taken off work and found a babysitter for this appointment (all of us parents know what a pain that is) so I was not very impressed with them. She said she was going to mail me the free hotel stays anyway to make up for my hassle. I thanked her and we drove back to Utah county. I would not be writing this review if she had actually kept her word. It has now been about 6 weeks and we never received anything. Sketchy company so steer clear. These vacation rental things are always a pain but I took a chance on this one just to find out they’re the same as everyone else.
