Everything went very smoothly. They were cheaper, communication was great and professional all around. We got a brand new Ram 2500 crew cab, diesel truck. They are located in Utah and we are in Pennsylvania. Truck was delivered right to our location faster than expected without any hassles. Company is a false advertiser. Website states that they have a huge fleet of Ford F150s, F250s, GMC SLTs 1500s,2500s and Chevy 1500s,and 2500s. This purely false. They only have Ram products and have a waiting list to even get any of those. When I asked about why do you advertise Ford products they said, cause we used to offer Ford but now the owner only wants Rams. If thats the case then take it down off your website.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Also found their prices to be MUCH better than big national companies for pickup rentals. The unlimited mileage they offer beats out other truck rental companies in the area as well. Easy to work with, and no hassles.

Brandon is our contact person and have always had a great relationship with this company. Great prices and great service - trucks are always delivered before the agreed upon date and picked up at the completion of our need for the trucks. I am an insurance agent who called Barco because I have a similar business looking to insure their business but I dont have a carrier who is willing to write this sort of risk. I called to find out if I could get a referral to their insurance agent for my client. I was transferred to a woman named Gayle. Gayle said they have an umbrella and then self-insure. I asked if they had a business auto and if they require those who rent the vehicles to have insurance. She told me the businesses do need to insure them and she couldnt tell me anything else without getting fired. I asked if I could speak to the owner. She told me that I could not and as I tried to ask if there was someone else, she spoke over my question as she gave me an impolite goodbye. I would be careful when renting from this company. Insurance information should not need to be hidden. As a consumer, I would require they provide the insurance information to me before driving one of their vehicles.

Ive never found a company thats so hard to give my money to. The repeatedly have errors with reservations and when we show up they are always like your not in our database. A poorly run business.I gave them 2 stars because the were willing to accommodate despite their mistakes. it turns out that they were willing to take our money eventually.

The staff was very helpful and tried to accomodate me in every way!!The telephone application was very person but light hearted and the information was sent promptly via email.I look forward to doing business with them!!!

I have been a customer for a few years and cant tell you how this service helps our business grow. If you are a small business owner, the key to growth is capital. Barco gives a solution to this by giving us month to month leasing with no mileage costs. This.allows us to rent when we are busy and return the trucks when our season slows down. It is a 100 percent write off for us rather than a 5 year depreciation on purchaded trucks. In addition to that, they provide the top notch Dodge truck we use to incentify our top performing guys to do our job well. Brandon is the guy we deal with the most and he is so accommodating. Cudos to Barco for running an excellent service.

These guys are just great !!!!!!! They have no extra words and reasons not to do the work. Change the oil and lubricate the truck in 40 minutes !!! I visited 6 tracts on the way to Salt Lake, such as TA and Lovez, couldn’t do anything, either there’s no filter or the drain nut cannot be unscrewed. Everything is no problem here !!!! Only 40 minutes and you are back on the road with a great mood! Well done boys!!!! Jake is just a super master, though very young, very well-mannered and cultured guy! Well done !!! Therefore, 5 stars! I advise everyone who has at least some problems with the truck, please contact these guys !!!!!
