This guys charged me for cleaning fee. I carried only couch. It was clean but they said it was dirty. When I return car staff said everything ok just go so I left. There were no trash left at all. When I called and complain about it just hang up the phone . Thus guys just terrible. I will never go this place again and I will complain to uhaul again.

Charged me extra for gas even when I returned at the same level. Do not ever rent a truck from this place. This location is shady

Dont EVER get a hitch installed at this location!!! The staff are horrendous beginning with the manager Davion, and the two teenage attendants Paige and Morgan. The actually threatened to keep my car, the girls joked about doing something to my vehicle and I now have a scratch on it. The manager Davions response to the childish behavior of his employees was everybody has their own opinion and hung up on me.

Tried to inquire about renting for the day and was told to go on the website and when I tried to get more details this girl hung up on me. Super unprofessional. Will never go here. The girls name was Raquel I believe? I called again and she hung up again. Absolutely ridiculous

The worker assisting my wife and I had attitude, told us to book our rental online instead of doing it in person, and as he sent us in our way to figure it out, declared to his coworker that he was going to go get his Sandwich! WTH punkNow I’m trying to book it online and the website is down!

Standard U Haul a little hard to get to depending on what direction you are going on State St.

Picked up a u-haul at this place. It took an entire hour just to pick up the u-haul, they had forgotten to put the moving blankets inside and then gave us 2 less than we ordered. The staff were very rude and made us give them 4 home addresses to put into their system before they would let us pick up the u-haul. It was a terrible experience DO NOT come here for your u-haul needs!
