My 4 year old SUV stalled while waiting at a red light. I called my roadside assistance to help move my car. The intersection at this traffic light is a very busy one and I didnt want anyone to rear end the car and get hurt nor deal with damage to my car. The initial guestimate on the time frame was 90 minutes. Yikes! In reality, I was pleasantly surprised to hear from them in 30 minutes where they were able to load my vehicle onto their flat bed tow truck and take it to the dealership. The driver was very professional and took my car to the dealership with care.

How I found quick toe towing was I called my insurance company because my car broke down and this one insurance company charge me $126.00 from towing company to come pick up my car and I had to wait 90 minutes also. But Eva towing company wanted more money. So I told my insurance company no thank you I will call and find me a towing truck. Quick Tow Towing was the one that came through after I have called 4 Towing companies. QuickTime towing even saved me money and did it awesome job.! And only took 60 minutes!! They are going to be my towing company.

A driver representing a company, driving a company truck should be professional and obey the parking policies or parking laws as well. ALL vehicles parked at my apartments need to have a parking pass or they will be towed no exceptions. I had one of Quick Tow drivers parked at my apartments on Friday 4/24/20.The truck was parked in 4 parking stalls(Ford 650 45 tow truck?). The tow truck company that works for our apartment complex (Legacy towing) had told him he is good to block 4 stall in a residential apartment complex? (Outside my window) Legacy towing then proceeded to tow other vehicles that were parked in single stalls. I do understand professional courtesy but tow truck drivers should be held accountable just like the rest of us. I spoke to the management at my apartment complex in the morning. I was told that he did not have permission to park there and would be contacting Legacy towing and addressing the issue. The driver was very unreasonable and had the attitude, that Im tow truck driver and I can park where ever I want. (Double standards for tow truck drivers?) I guess it takes about 5 months for this company to even look at one of their reviews?

The Quick Tow driver handled us quickly and efficiently. My car is a 50 YO Classic car and the driver handled it with care to make sure it was safe and undamaged. He was very pleasant and friendly although it was very hot outside.

Using a towing service is seldom pleasant given the times you use one (accidents, parking issues, and such, but my encounter with Quick Tow was everything stereotypes of tows are not. Driver Steve was pleasant, knowledgeable, on time, and even helped me move a heavy object (volunteering his help). He loaded up my car and was away in minutes. To paraphrase, “Who you gonna call? Quick Tow, that’s who!”.

I needed tow after some car problems. I called them and they were there within 20 minutes. Great service for an unfortunate event.

These people are heartless. They saw me running down the street after them with my baby on my hip so I can get my purse out of the car, so I can pay them! They looked at me and rolled up their window and ignored me. Then I called and they said I had to make an appointment, to call back once I had the cash, which I told them I already had the cash and still were trying to push me off the phone. They hadnt even gotten my car to the lot since they were on the way with my car as I was talking to them, and they told me if I didnt make it in 20 mins then I would have to keep my car there overnight and pay an extra $50. How is that realistic?! They are crooks!

Gerald helped tow my car and provided excellent customer service, he calmed me and my fiancé down in the situation and made us feel safe. I highly recommend this service if you need a tow!

My wife got hit by a drunk driver and they want us to pay instead of charging the insurance company. Let alone they would only give us a $100 deduction for scraping the car. When I have been told by other companys they would give me $250

Update to their response- I have the vehicle info AND the police report. I never asked for that! I want Quick Tows insurance info for the damage YOU caused MY property!

Wow! Super fast response. Friendly service. Greeted with a smile upon pick up. Gerald was so kind and helpful with a great attitude! Super clean truck. I would definitely recommend.Update: I did notice it looked like my windows were left rolled down (partially open) over the Labor Day weekend while it was parked at the dealership. It rained a bit that weekend. When I got the car back there were water spots inside and it smells a little earthy. So just a reminder to seal up those windows after transport ☺️

Towed my vehicle to their yard w/o asking when initial place couldnt take it then refused to release it to me unless I paid storage fees over $80. I tried to pick it up on Saturday, but was told the office was closed and I had to wait until Monday which meant I would incrue two more days of storage fees. USAA- please drop these guys from your list of tow companies. Their ratings are already low!

Hired a lawyer for this towing company. A property owner didnt like my trailer parked on the street in front of his little apartment building. Called to have the trailer I just bought towed. No police, just a guy that wanted it moved. This tow company illegally towed it from a public street.

Amazing customer service when you call. Very prompt with time. The driver who came out, Gerald, is a friggin ACE this man not only got to me quicker than expected, when it was time to drop the car he got it in a parking spot perfectly in an apartment complex with freaking 0 room for a tow truck! He is the best. Will definitely be using QUICK TOW in the future for all towing needs.

Horrible company. Stranded on the side of the road and used road side assistance. Driver claimed he called once and couldnt get through so they cancelled the service leaving us stranded rather than trying a second call. Didnt even try calling a second time. Bunch of worthless monkeys working here, incompetent and unreliable. Will never use this company again, I hope they go under.

First, they tried to tell me my car had rolled straight forward through a parking lot mysteriously, even though my car is an automatic. They then charged me $250 in order to get my car back. The guy even had a picture to prove that my car had moved on its own. If anyone can explain this mystery to me, Id be willing to listen.

Zero stars for me. The guy on call just 5 minutes ago was clearly not interested in the doing a simple tow at 6800 w 2100 south. This guy clearly doesn’t care about the company. All he had to do was move a truck 10 feet to unblock a Jeep.

Not exactly pleased with the professionalism of the one of the drivers of this company, I witnessed them flipping off another driver on the road, that doesnt look too great for the company Im sure. I just wanted to let whomever runs the company know that I found it distasteful and highly disrespectful!

They towed my car from no parking zone. I paid them in full. Gave me 30 seconds to move my car from the yard. The car couldn’t start.they kick me out of the yard and kept the car, keep in mind I paid in full plus two day storage charges. Definitely not friendly with minorities, they treated the white gentleman who came to pickup his car very friendly. I wouldn’t recommend, i paid $276 and they still kept my car.

We tried calling several random places and no one could help us but these guys. My tire BLEW OUT on I-15. It was an incredibly scary experience. They were there to help me in a half hour. My husband had come out with one of his employees and it was cold and miserable, but we didnt have to wait too long. It was a very dangerous and busy stretch of the highway. THANK YOU, PAT!!

Worst yard to have car in. They park cars hitting each other causing secondary damage to your car. Lot needs be inspected by police. So full they park cars on the grass in the front. Be aware before having vehicle towed here

If you want to use a predator towing company this should suit you. My daughter was in the hospital and my wife decided to stay at her house with the 6 yr old grand daughter not knowing the HOA rules that they dont spell out on their sign about parking. When explaining to the dude behind the desk he says that it explains it on the sign, we just looked at the sign before going over, doesnt know what he is talking about. When I went around to get the car it was covered in tree debris, couldnt see out of the windshield and covered the whole car, so when opening the door a bunch came in to the interior. He just dismissed it and wasnt going to be courteous to wipe that garbage and tree sap off. Just plain lazy and irresponsible !! If I could take the star away I would, should be called predator towing instead !!

If I could give them a negative I would. I have a customer of mine that had their car towed by these crooks because a neighbor called them. They towed this car illegally as the owner wasnt there and the neighbor thought he had been give the duty of parking patrol. They clearly damaged their car and yet Dale and some woman in the office (not a pleasant person) decided not to take care of the damage. They claim they didnt do the damage but yet there are clear chain marks on the lower control arm. I even provided pictures! They also refused to come down and look at the vehicle. CROOKS, BLATANT CROOKS!!!! If you want your car damaged call this company!

These guys are great, took care of my big time on Friday 6/15/18! I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service, I called within 45mins I had a driver to me figuring out a way to get my car on the truck. My car is difficult due to it being lowered from factory ride height but my driver did everything he could to get my car up on that truck without a scratch, I appreciate the hard work! I had a flat tire on I-215 southbound and my car SOS service called them to help. They said they would be there in 40 minutes- which came and went. Then I got a text from them saying my car wasn’t where the GPS said I was even though I had also verbally confirmed the exact location. So, they cancelled the call! They could have at least tried to call me before they cancelled. When I called them back, the lady I spoke to was really snotty.

Tow driver showed up and attempted to lift my vehicle with the edge of the flat bed. Peeled up the front bumper and snapped all the brackets and bolts. Driver then left. Dale, the owner, said it didnt happen but somehow cant explain why another tow truck had to show up and complete the tow. This guy is dishonest as the day is long. Told me to take him to court. Ill see you there buddy.

*Avoid this so called company* Called to get car towed . They towed it then when we got home they rolled it off the bed into a poll. Called owner Dale to have him take care of it, he agreed. Got a call back from a Berry saying they will not be paying for and his words were we will just leave it at that.*Avoid like the plague* My insurance is now dealing with them so they will pay for damages the hard way.

Terrible company. They took my vehicle to an auto shop, which ended up being closed already. There was no key drop off, so what do they do? Leave the key in the car with it unlocked in a horrible area of town. I had an expensive stroller in the back that I wasnt able to take with me at the time. THEY NEVER CALLED TO TELL ME THAT THE SHOP WAS CLOSED OR WHAT THEIR PLANS WERE WITH JUST LEAVING MY VEHICLE THERE. I ended up getting my vehicle towed again (by another company) to a different shop recommended to me by a family member. I will be sure to let USAA know to never work with this company again. Definitely deserves 0 stars!!!!

Worst experience I’ve had of a towing company my vehicle got stolen and I still had too pay the full amount couldn’t look at my car because there was all these things missing on it. Front desk lady had a lot of attitude. I don’t know how they arnt going to find out if a vehicle isn’t stolen if you got broken windows and all these wirings on the seat from when they took my amp and stereo and my sterinng Colum is broken and my truck is on the side of the road just to look at my car I had to pay 220. And get it out even tho it wouldn’t turn on or nothing the lady even said we cant have it in our parking lot or inside until you get a tow truck leave it at the side of the road not on our property

The bigges thing was they didnt tell us it was cash only over the phone when we finally figured out they took the car. We also didnt know we were at risk of being towed, but thats more of the fault of the place we were, and we learned we were probably tattled on. The only good thing was the guy who showed us the car was reasonably polite.

I would like to give this company zero stars. Contracted by my insurance company to tow my truck on a 90+ degree Utah day when I was visiting from out of state. Tow truck company never showed. When my insurance company contacted them to find out the status of the tow ( after waiting for the tow for 90 minutes ) they said that the phone number I gave didnt work and so they canceled the tow. While it is certainly possible I typed the wrong phone number in my anxiety broken down on the roadside, I never saw a tow truck pass by and they never bothered to call my insurance company back to ask for a correct phone number.
