I was expecting him to just take the flat off and put the spare on but he offered to patch my tire on the spot which saved me a trip to the tire shop & most likely a long wait. I was pulled over on the highway in 100° heat dealing with triple A (they had me on hold, took 5-10 minutes to locate my account, then hung up on me and didn’t call back) when Gilberto pulled up. He quickly gave me an estimate, took my payment, and called a tow truck. He said someone would arrive in 25 minutes. It took less than 10 minutes until I was out of the hot car and in the beautiful AC of the tow truck with the friendly tow truck driver. I am so thankful he came at the perfect time. The service was amazing. I work full time and would have found it difficult to find the time to get a new battery and have it installed. They went and got the battery for me then installed all in the matter if an hour. They were so nice and extremely helpful. Highly recommend to anyone!

Gilbertos is amazing! My tire was completely flat when I went to use it today and I couldn’t figure out why. I called him for help changing it and he came immediately (and gave an accurate ETA). When he got here he not only changed the tire super fast, he was able to identify the problem and patch my tire- he included it in the price of the tire change. He just saved me soooo much time and money and I never even had to leave my house?? I could hug him :,) would 1000% recommend working w/ him- fast, reliable, nice, honest, and skilled.

My niece got a flat tire and we tried to pump it up with an air compressor to no avail and the car didn’t have a wrench to get the tire off to put the spare on. We call roadside assistance and not only were they able to take off the tire and find the hole, he was able to patch it on the spot to get us on our way. Saved us time & money by fixing the tire instead of just putting on the spare so we could go to the dealership. Seriously such a life saver. He was super professional and explained everything he was doing. Highly recommend.

Didnt know my gas gage was stuck. Ran out of gas. He was super quick. Estimated time was 35 minutes, he called me within 10 and said he was 10 minutes out and showed up 4 minutes later. Did his paperwork in less than a minute and added gas to the tank immediately. He was super nice and also told me where the closest gas station was. I left before he had all the stuff back in his car and he went to the gas station anyway to make sure I made it there ok. Amazing service, 10/10! I hope I never need roadside assistance again but if I do, I hope its this guy.

Gilberto, simply put, saved me. To run out of gas in my old ‘68 scout on the side of a super busy highway was so stressful. Add in I was on my way to get a new phone so couldn’t call anyone to help. My girlfriend had a tire with a leak and we were just calling to have the tire filled so we could get it out of the parking garage and take it to a tire shop for repair. We were so impressed with Gilberto’s roadside assistance! I called and he was literally there in 15 min! He was so professional and detail oriented and went above and beyond from what we asked. My tire was flat- he didn’t just fill it up, but took it off completely to make sure no nails or a leak was going on to ensure our safety. I used Gilbertos Roadside Assistance while I was visiting Utah & driving my sisters car, which died in the parking lot while I was at an appointment. I was given an ETA of 1.5 hours, but they arrived within 20 minutes. They were kind & friendly, & made me feel really comfortable & relieved. I was back on the road within 5 minutes upon them arriving. & everything is digital so I was able to track how far they were & I had a receipt sent directly to my phone. I got a flat tire on the side of i15, not just a flat tire, but a shredded tire on my driver side. I was terrified to try to change it myself, knowing I dont have the best tools, or possibly even all of the ones needed. I called my roadside and they sent this representative to assist me. He called me and gave me an accurate time window, changed the tire quickly and safely, with tools that were right for the job. He had me on my way in under 10 minutes once hed arrived. He was very polite and helpful and I would absolutely call him again if services were needed. I was by myself and still felt comfortable with him. He was very respectful, courteous, and professional.

I got help from Gilbertos when my car battery died in parking lot. He arrived at a time we planned and quickly helped restart the engine. Also provided valuable information about my car model which helped understand important function and features of my car (Honda Insight).

I was stuck on the highway waiting for over an hour to get towed. I either have pretty weak insurance or it was the fact that it was 10pm. Flat tire change service arranged by my insurance/roadside assistance- not me! Im very unimpressed. I had patiently waited and turned down the offered help from a willing stranger (thank you, United Rentals guy, wherever you are) because I thought I would be assisted in a reasonable amount of time. After multiple calls and follow ups with dispatch and my insurance company, Gilberto finally arrived. Sadly, he was over 75 minutes later than the estimated arrival time which was already 90 minutes after I initially requested service (nearly 3 hours). He asked me how long I’d been waiting and acknowledged in his own words that it was more than an hour. After completing the tire change, he asked me for mileage and my signature. I estimated my mileage and provided my signature. He then proceeded to check mark that the terms and conditions were read and agreed to, he clicked through all sorts of other pages (on which I have no idea what information was listed), and then he asked me for a photo standing next to the tire with my thumbs up- as if to say that I was satisfied with the service. Thats weird. I wouldn’t be surprised if most of these positive reviews are falsified, as he clearly doesn’t seem to care about how people honestly feel about his service.

Had a flat out of no where. Called my roadside assist and they sent Gilberto. I was just expecting a tire change but he fixed my flat right there and got me back on the road. Cost a tiny bit more but it was far less than the new tire I was expecting to pay, and most tire places would have insisted on me buying. Very nice guy and great experiences!
