Stauffers came to my rescue early Sunday morning (when all the world was sleeping). He diagnosed my problem and gave me the option of towing my vehicle to a shop or following me over to Auto Zone for a new battery. He followed me there and then gave me a ride back home. Super friendly, easy communication. Six stars for saving me!

This Towing company has towed vehicles for me through the different companies ive worked for and they are great. Quick service dispatch is great!. Drivers are great. And they take care of the customer pretty well id recommend then 100%

They towed my friends car to my house. I was at work when they could finally tow it. They parked it in front of my house ( which I asked them to), but they parked it facing they wrong way on the street and the front end was 3 ft. From the curb. Its illegal to park your vehicle the wrong way on the street. They are a tow company and they know the laws. The keys were lost and we couldnt turn it around. We received a warning the next day to turn it around and pull it closer to the curb...as much as they charge to tow a vehicle they should obey the laws and park it properly.

Responded very quickly, same hour service. Cody treated my car well and made sure to get the car where I wanted it before he left. I would use the service again. Good job.

Dispatch quoted an ETA of 45-60 mins, but a Stauffers driver on his way to the garage heard the call and noticed he was just about to pass my location so he took the extra job at the end of his day. He had me towed to a shop within about 20 minutes from my original SOS call. Super nice, friendly, helpful. Will definitely be putting Stauffers on speed dial.

Had a trailer that had been here for a week and tagged for tow in 24hrs... They were here within the hour and had it off property in 30-40 minutes... Great service!!

I used their heavy hall service and everything went according to plan and as expected. Their operator had to jump through some pretty big hoops to get my rig off the road due to the driveline wouldnt drop . Paul came up with plan B and got us on our way in a timely manner. These guys were awesome, had my vehicle break down at the airport in the departure area and they got there quickly and handled everything professionally. I cant remember the gentlemans name but he was very polite and easy to deal with. Would recommend them!

Today I had the good fortune to have my truck towed by Stauffers. Yep, seems to funny to describe getting my car towed as good luck, but honestly it couldnt have gone any better. The woman who first answered the call was exceptionally friendly and professional, and I hung up thinking hmm, I actually enjoyed that call. Then Travis, the driver, called when he was on the way and arrived within a minute or two of when they predicted, a feat in itself. We talked about what was wrong with my truck (its a project build) while he got it loaded up, and he clearly knew his stuff. Im actually pretty sure he diagnosed the problem, but time will tell when the garage I had it towed to gets into it. Really good guy and another fun conversation. He then called again to let me know when he was at the garage dropping it off (State Automotive in Midvale, another positive review for another day) which was much appreciated. Just flawless service really. Anyway, leaving this review because I just had dinner and realized as crazy as it sounds, the highlight of my day was interacting with the team at Stauffers . What a great shop!

They were very late. Made the truck late for the appointment with the shop. Driver was a little bit rude, he seemed rushed and frustrated. Broke the door handle on my truck and did not disclose it. Made the tow without locking the brakes on the vehicle.

SL County is currently experiencing the highest covid case numbers yet but we are trying our best to minimize the risk of catching it while still living our lives. We needed our car towed and Von showed up without a mask. My wife asked him if he had a mask. He grumbled that he had one back in his truck somewhere. So my wife asked him to go get it and wear it. Not an unreasonable request especially with the mask mandate still in place. He yelled at her. REPEATEDLY. Even if my wife was being rude, which she wasnt, there is no reason to treat people like that. EVER. In the end we would not allow such a careless person to take our car.

I don’t like to write bad reviews but i felt like i had to. this company had multiple hours to contact me and tell me that they couldn’t tow my car but, they waited 30 minutes before the yard closed to contact me and tell me that they’ll “try” to make it. do yourself a favor and ask them if they can guarantee to be on time. extremely dissatisfied

Bad people here, damaged my vehicle and will not take ownership for it. Steven is a liar, he keeps telling me every time his insurance will call me, and they never did. Now should I stuck with this and pay for it even tho they didn’t do their job professionally? I called Steven every time and today I finally asked him to give me the insurance company name and phone number so I can call them and he won’t give it to me. This is ridiculous

I was involved in a multi-vehicle accident when a semi that was being towed by a Stauffers truck dropped its drive shaft on the road. My car was damaged, shattering two of my wheels and destroying a set of tires when it went under my car along with some other damage.Stauffers immediately sent a tow truck to come take my car to a body shop of my choice, and accepted full responsibility and paid for all repairs. The man who towed my car was excellent and very kind and responsive, and very communicative as well. Curtis was also excellent, and called me the next day. He was extremely supportive and offered rental car and anything else I needed. Ultimately I did not take a rental because this unfortunate event was probably very expensive as 8 total vehicles were involved.I was so upset when this happened, but the kindness, understanding, and accountability of this company made this potentially frustrating experience nearly painless for me.Thank you Curtis and all the other people who helped me. Its awesome to see a company care about someone, even when their not a customer and theyre not going to make money off of them. I am so grateful :)

Overall it was nice. Didnt cost near as much as I thought it was going to. Thank goodness!! Definitely fair pricing if youre tight on money, as I was this morning. The only thing that was a bummer was how long my sister and I had to wait on the side of I-15. It was freezing cold BUT the tow truck drivers cab was warm and toasty and he let us run the heater until we warmed up, so for that I give 5 stars!

Carl was my driver!! He handled my Chevy diesel with extreme care and expertise!! I was most impressed with his knowledge and his driving capabilities. You could tell he takes great pride in what he does - of which he does EXTREMELY well!! He was punctual and delivered my disabled vehicle as requested to my mechanic....and with a smile. When your vehicle breaks down its nice to have a friendly person help you out. Rob was quick to the scene, probably about 15 minutes from when we called. Rob was knowledgeable and friendly all along the way. That being said I hope that I never have to use them again, but if I did its nice to know that it wouldnt be so bad.

I was truly a satisfied customer. Especially when you have such high caliber employee as Jerry. Is not easy to be a tow man. I know this from past experience when I owned my own towing company, and those struggling days of when Murphy is at your throat. But, Jerry went beyond the second mile as we have been commanded. Jerry has exceptional people skills and his communication was clear and directive. I would be happy to state that Jerry is truly solidifying and strengthening your company by his demeanor and excellent personna. Driver was about 30 minutes slower than estimated, which caused me to have to rush to get to work on time. But I understand that in the snow there must be a lot of people needing help, so Im able to forgive the time it took him to get there. He was very nice and helpful while he was hooking up my car. He let me know that I didnt need to go to the mechanic and that he would give the mechanic my info so they could call me. About 2 hours later and no phone call. I called the mechanic and he told me that they had my vehicle but that the driver dropped it off and gave no info about it. He dropped the ball on that one. All in all, pretty good service.

We have had to use this towing company several times! And theyve been friendly and courteous and very professional! Even if we didnt go through our insurance company for Stauffers we would still contact them for our Towing needs! Highly recommend!

2:30 AM service call for a flat tire that couldnt be fixed with the tire repair kit in my vehicle. Driver was super friendly and cared for my vehicle, made sure he wouldnt cause any damage to it and informed me of everything he was doing. He warned me of any possible damage that could be caused during the recovery and read through my owners manual to make sure he was hooking the vehicle at the right points. I wont hesitate to utilize this company again should the situation arise. 10/10.(Bear River 24/7 roadside assistance is how I came into contact with Stauffers)

My truck decided it didn’t want its front drivers’ side wheel any more and it blew up, damaging some of the interior of the tire as well. My insurance company contacted Skyhook, and Skyhook sent Ryan!I doubt I could have gotten a better, more professional or personable driver! He explained everything very carefully to me, made sure I knew of the extra damage that had been done to my truck (it was NOT just a flat tire!), then quickly got my truck to its destination and carefully and professionally unloaded it- all the while having lively and courteous conversation. 10/10 would absolutely reccomend to everyone and anyone, and though I hope I won’t have to have a tow ever again, if I do I hope I get the same treatment as Ryan treated me and my vehicle!THANK YOU Ryan!! Made my life a whole lot less stressful.

Locked my keys in my car and this company gave me excellent service through my insurance. The serviceman was very courteous. He even brought my keys to my door because I had fallen down and hurt my knee. Thank you very much for your help!😊

Great experience. They towed me to where I was planning on waiting for a family member to come with a replacement alternator, and the driver noticed that a plug wasnt seated properly. He fixed the plug with some silicon and charged my battery. This completely fixed my problem! The repairs were completely free, and I was on my way within 10 minutes of arriving on the tow truck.

They said they would be here between 1 and 115. It is now 215 and no show. Garbage company

My clutch went out on my commute to work, my insurance company covered the tow cost and the towing company was nice, helpful and willing to work around my deadlines and needs so i could make it into work while they took my car to the repair shop. I was recommended to go through Stauffers before hand and recommend anyone to use them as well. :)

I called in and they had someone to my car within the HOUR. What really stood out to me was the person that handled the tie itself. Im always nervous when I speak to nice office staff that the people on the service side wont be as warm or kind, because thats usually how it works. Instead the person that picked up our car was incredibly kind and respectful. He texted me when he got to my vehicle and when it was dropped off, and when I told him that I was told he didnt need the key he just popped open the car door for me and took care of it. CARL truly blew us away. He was so kind and it was so nice having someone on the service side be so kind. He was awesome and deserves a freaking raise. The guy is a huge asset and really delivers an incredible customer service experience.

Had a situation the other night where our car slid off a very steep, icy driveway and was wedged on a rock against a travel trailer, parked about 10 feet below. The rear of our vehicle was dangling up in the air, stopped only by the rock and trailer. Stauffers Towing was able to get the car free and out of a very precarious situation without any further damage to our car. The driver was exceptionally skilled, courteous, experienced, they were prompt, and they did a really great job.

Johnny was a class act and really went out of his way (on his day off and should have been eating BBQ and drinking beers with his family) but instead he was out rescuing me and my family from the side of the road. Give this guy a raise and recognition he deserves for selflessness on his day off. May God Bless him and his family.

They have always been great. Today was a pretty rough day for me and they made it better. There was even a problem with my original request fault being on my insurance which caused my wait to be much longer than usual. Sta uffers handled this right especially the driver John who did everything he could to get me and my car back home as quickly as he could.

Broke down on the shoulder of I-15 with a shredded rear passenger tire. Truck arrived within minutes, much sooner than the 45-60 minute estimate the roadside assistance service had quoted me. Driver/operator was professional and friendly. Got us off the freeway safely and quickly and took us to a nearby tire shop to get the tire replaced. Would recommend the service to friends and family.

Joe the driver was excellent ! He had to get my car out of the garage which was on a weird angle. The place I had it towed said it took him 4 hrs to get it to them. A 30 minute drive from my house. The place I had it towed said he got called to do another job. So where was my car for 3 1/2 hours ? That is why I am only giving 3 Stars. Joe the driver I would have given 5 Stars.

This morning I locked myself out of my running vehicle. There were two gentlemen from Stauffers Towing that showed up and unlocked my car in very little time. Im a guy and already felt a little embarrassed about it, and the guys did not add anything to that embarrassment. They were very professional and polite. I would highly recommend this company when needing assistance. Bear River is my insurance company and they were fantastic as well.

Was very thankful to found out that GEICO Emergency Roadside Assistance used Stauffers/Sky Hook Towing. The wait was 90 minutes and they only had one driver in Eden, but service from Stauffers sure beat breaking out a car window. When the driver arrived, he was courteous and made quick work getting my door open and I was soon on my way. I use Stauffers for all my towing needs. Thanks again for coming to my rescue. My tow driver, Von, was THE MAN. He rescued my car and towed it about an hour away for me. He was great conversation and that man knows his stuff, didnt damage my car at all and treated it very well. Definitely, HIGHLY recommend this place.

Best tow company in the Valley. Our Blazer was stolen from my husbands place of work.A little over a month later we got a call from the police. They found it with the perp on the side of the road. My husband drove down to pick it up. It was totaled. The female driver of the tow truck put it right where I needed it to go so we could clean it out. There was needles, burnt spoons, ect in it. Total loss. This is the only tow company to use as far as I am concerned. Low price also!

The driver was incredibly kind and before towing it he had me turn the engine over to see if he could hear something that was an easy fix rather than towing. He took me to Burt Brothers as planned. I would use Stauffer’s again because of this driver.
