I went on a Fear Factory tour they do, Im not sure what it was called because my friend booked the tickets. Our guide was Willow and she did a really good job. Shes a great story teller and is great at engaging with the group. There was another woman at the end who finished the tour but I dont recall her name. She was great too.I do kind of wish we got to see more of the building but they did say they have a tour that goes for 5 hours I believe and you can free roam so that would be a fun one to go on after this tour.

Went on the Ghost tour about 2 years ago. Willow was our guide and she was absolutely amazing. Gave so much historical detail and was very engaging with the group. She made sure everyone was gathered before speaking and seemed to care about the group. The stories she told were on point and seemed to resonate the stories of the past. Will definitely go again!

Really enjoyed learning so much about slc, and the darker portions that aren’t talked about often. I was however hoping for more hands on stuff, I really wanted to go and see these places we’re talking about. All in all, great experience, Willow was fantastic!

Visited Utah over the weekend with a group of 8 and wanted to give this company a try. Half of our party got a flat tire causing our group to be 5 min late. Given out circumstances an exception could have been made to wait and the driver had agreed they leave at 9pm but would wait until 9:05 when we arrived at 9:03 and ran from south temple to west temple to north temple looking for a bus only to realize they didn’t follow through setting false expectations: Disappointed by the customer service, communication, and lack of integrity as a business. Don’t say one thing and do another. Don’t over promise and under deliver, for those reasons I do not recommend this company.

Last night we went on the Grimm Ghost tour outer boundary tour in Utah and let me say it was pretty great. We visited historic sites around the North side of the valley stepping off the bus to experience each location and learn about unique people and events that had happened there along with accompanying paranormal activities. It was very informative and fun, especially the information about Ted Bundy. We visited one of his hunting grounds and literal chills ran down my spine. If youre looking for a date night event and youre into the eerie then I reccomend these folks. Guardian #19 of their crew did a great job and we look forward to attending another tour or two.

This company is awesome. I have been on a couple of their tours and am never disappointed. They are fun and a great way to discover the area.

Our guide was kind enough to wait a few extra minutes for us to arrive as our Uber didnt listen to his GPS, but the tour itself was kind of boring. I wanted to like it. Id read previous reviews and didnt want to agree, but I do. Excitement lacked. Participation lacked. The guide spoke slowly, I think to build anticipation, but it missed the mark and came across as her needing to catch her breath after each statement. The transition to show the iPad often took a while and just wasnt smooth. Id still recommend it if youre in SLC and looking for something to do as options in the city are currently limited.

Super fun experience! We will probably try one of their other tours sometime. Tour guide 19 was terrific!

Greatly enjoyed the tour hosted by Beloved. She led the experience excellently with the perfect atmosphere. Family friendly. Highly recommend to those unfamiliar with Salt Lake’s paranormal history.

Very great staff and interesting tour!!

Disappointment is an understatement for this tour. We could put up with the unenthusiastic, uncomfortable tour guide until she took our group onto a literal gravesite. We were horrified to see the group step on tombstones with complete disregard for the dead just to get pictures of ghosts. How disrespectful and unnecessary! The tour was topped off with a distasteful joke about the SLC basketball team performing poorly due to it being built on desecrated native american burial grounds. Its unbelievable that this tour has good ratings. Save your time and money and do literally anything else.

LOVED their tour! You guys are awesome and it was so fun to learn a little bit of history too. Im not originally from Utah, so it was fun for me and my friend to hear really interesting stories from the area. The service was so great - we loved our tour guide, her enthusiasm, and they made us feel special as we were celebrating our birthdays. So excited to do another tour with them - love that they have many options!

Would have been better if we could actually go in anywhere. They did great though.

We did the Christmas ghost tours with guide “Beloved” on 11/28/2020, we were very bored, the guide was un-engaging, spoke very slowly like she was trying to drag out what she did have to talk about, which resulted in halting story telling. We would not consider a tour like this again.

These guys do some awesome tours! Only done one so far at fear factory and would like to do more. I would highly recommend doing a tour at the fear factory. Had some real interactions with ghosts and heard some really good stories about the history of why its now haunted.

I have been on other haunted town tours in other places and they have always been so bad that I regret wasting my time and money. Grimm Ghost Tours is the exception to these examples. while i was pretty sceptical of the ghost stuff the historical information was great. i enjoyed the fact that the bus drives you to these places, and our tour guide was fun to listen to. we will be back and will most likely bring the kids as well.

Historically interesting, and well researched. And super spooky!

The ghost tour is so much fun, it is definitely worth it. You drive around to different locations and get out and the host tells the history and lore behind each area. Lots of fun! Kind of creepy/spooky!

What can I say about this tour? You don’t actually go inside any of the places you visit. The tour itself is maybe 3 stars. It’s Willow the tour guide that makes it worth going, she was a bus load of fun.It’s not a scary tour it’s more of a lazy drive around SLC with a good guide and some historical information. I’m not much of a believer myself but if you’re in town late one night it’s a fun way to kill an hour and a half.

It was a good tour, but honestly I’ve been on better tours that were free... It was interesting and entertaining but also a tad boring if I’m being completely honest again. I was expecting to actually be able to go inside some cool haunted locations but what we did was just get off and stand outside of these places while the tour guide told some cool stories and facts.

Willow was the best tour guide ever. We had such a great time. We will come back for sure.

Willow was the best guide ever, she made the whole experience wonderful from beginning to end and she was very passionate and knowledgeable in what she was talking about and her energy was great! Would recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in the paranormal or even old Utah history!!!!

Took a date on this tour and was really surprised by how interesting and interactive the tour was. The guide was really animated and fun and the tour was a neat mixture of history and legend. I will def go on one of the other tours in the future.

Grimm Ghost tours was amazing! The tour guide Williow made the whole experience even better! She was very knowledgeable and was quick to answer any questions we mightve had. I wasnt expecting so much of the Christmas aspect in a ghost tour, but willow balanced them perfectly! It was awesome! Would certainly reccomend for anyone looking to have a fun and spooky time!
