The gentleman got my PCs amp/dac working at a fraction of the cost everyone else quoted me (I called 40+ stores before I found this shop) and although I showed up 10 minutes before their closing time, the kind professional got right on it and fixed it properly. Highly recommend! Will do business again. 🤘

They repaired a household electronic item that I really like that is no longer made. When told what the cost to repair was I told the proprietor he does not value his time enough. Very reasonable cost and great service.

Dropped off 3 TVs over 10 monhts ago my check was cashed and I have never received a call back. attemtpted to call and get no response.

We purchased a house that has an antenna in the attic but couldn’t get the coax outlets the bedrooms to get a digital signal from the antenna. John scheduled a time to come and look at the antenna, he called before he came and arrived on time. He was very pleasant about going up into our dirty attic to see what is going on. From there he was able to trace the antenna line to our basement and discovered that each of the rooms were wired but disconnected from a splitter. Really simple fix to reconnect and now all the connections are working. John charged a very minimal fee for the visit and was really great to work with. Without his help we would not have figured it out. I highly recommend Olson Electronics and will definitely use them again!

He he fixed the 55-in TV and no one else wanted to touch. It did take a long time, but I told him all along I was not in a hurry. He charged me a very fair price!

Called Saturday morning and he was able to come out Saturday about 4:00, was just coming out to look at and set up appointment for another day, ended up installing the antenna,ended up with 72 channels, very quick, professional, and friendly. With the price including his antenna it was less expensive than other places. would defiantly use again and recommend

Helped me with led repair on a Vizio. Took the time to walk me through a few things. Called back on his own time to make sure I got the right parts. I would not have even tried this repair without his advice and experience. Parts shipped right to me, the right parts, first time.

Be very careful with this guy!! I had called this business to repair my Samsung Smart TV. At first it sounded promising. He asked for a $20 deposit in case he couldnt fix it and I wanted to leave the TV with him to dispose of. When I asked how long it would take, he said a couple of days. I had to call back 3 times and each time he couldnt remember what I was talking about. After nearly 2 weeks he never actually opened it up to see what was wrong. Very unprofessional and almost bizarre like he is hoping that you leave the TV with him so he can make money on the parts and gets to keep $20 dollars on top of it.
