Chris the sound expert was AMAZING! Ive never understood expensive stereo systems, like NEVER! But I will come to him for my system upgrade. As crazy as it sounds, I will be buying the things he recommended (not the $15 grand speakers) but better quality speakers

Mom recently had a touch stereo installed in her car. We had some issues with the oem USB port cutting out due to vibration. It was a bit irritating as I had to return to the store 3x after initial install but finally Josh got it set right. I appreciate you josh! Thanks

Trying to get a appliance exange member is ridiculous. Estimated wait time 50 mins Waited over 1 hour. on another call 2 hours. The next day it keeps disconnecting after 13 to 14 mins tried on other phones and the same thing. best buy says i have to call that number. But it doesnt work.

Very frustrating. This is the second time this has happened to me with geek squad. A guy comes to the house does an evaluation, seems really smart and we like the information he is giving us, and want to move forward with the products and have the work done... Then he says he will email us a bid for all of the things we discussed. No bid comes. A week passes then another. Meanwhile I am calling and calling trying to get someone to talk to about the bid never coming. They gave me the number of a guy. I called him it wasn’t the same guy but he said he knew who it was and would have him call but I never received a call. Why would Best Buy pay guys to do in home visits to people want to buy the products/get the work done but never follow up? I’ll never call them again.

This Geek Squad location is awesome. They have knowledgeable staff and friendly service. They are always quick to help fix anything and always get the job done. I only go here for my computer needs.

I was having issues reinstalling my OS. After looking online and making failed attempts for nearly a week, I decided to have Geek Squad take a look. They were able to get it back to me in half the projected time. The guy seemed knowledgeable, asked the right questions, and even gave me a run down of what he did when I picked it up.

Cannot get any one to p/u phone. Phone prompt to prompt to prompt. Have 9 radios to install, guess Ill give somebody else the money.....should at least be able to reach an operator, ridiculous.

They did not even fix my desktop cpu throttling issue and tried to ruin my graphics card by attaching a taped wire on to the backside of my graphics card. Probably because I don’t have a membership with them and refused to get a membership and they did this to me. Very sketchy place to fix your computer. Take your own risk.

I called them 3 times to talk to someone. Each call was answered by a robot that was unable to connect to the repair dept. All I got was rings that led to hangups or disconnects. I contacted another repair store that answered my call on the first ring and was very helpful. They, of course, will get my business. Dont waste your time with the Geek Squad,,, Geeks must not know how to answer a phone,,,, they are still experimenting with their robot answering machine that only makes potential customers go elsewhere.
