The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My son and I stayed here on the final night of our vacation. Unfortunately, there was an issue with our transportation to the airport for an early flight. They promptly found a solution considering their shuttle didn’t begin service until 4:30 am. Thanks again to the staff for helping our family find a way. This is a nice property, spotless rooms with nice amenities. One of the nicer places we’ve stayed during our travels this summer.
Here right now. Rooms are small, noise canceling is non-existent, the bar cant serve like a dozen types of liquor because the click pour is broke on them, and the bar tenders never heard of whiskey sour...W..T..F stay at Holiday inn, so much better.
Reviews are so off from my experience. I love this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to give us our wants. My family had 2 rooms for 10 days. After a couple days I thought why is no one coming to clean? I asked and guy said they are short staffed with a lot of 1 night delta employees so they clean in request only. I tried to get everyday but he said no at most every other. We shower daily and kids are dirty so when at hotel I like clean sheets at night. I was upset but the cleaning ladies have been sooo sweet. Theres 1 that goes around checking their work. She has a little attitude or hates job but the ones that clean did amazing. Idc as long as room cleaned with love at it was. They mopped and everything. Left wipes too. Fast forward a few days I needed to work somewhere quiet. The business center turned music off for me and then a group of guys walked in to talk. So the lady at front said she would help me find a quiet place. She did. It was perfect. I worked all day no interruptions besides the one lady that inspects the cleaning staff. Even she said okay angrily. I know this was a huge ask and no hotel would find a quiet place for free. I tipped all the cleaning staff for putting up with all these dirty kids and my demands. Breakfast was served for free for 2 of us 1 day. We lost our papers and they provided knew ones even though he did say I could be lying to get free food. I guess thats a thing here. We ate that 1 time and idk it wasnt for me. I took one bite and threw everything away. Dry continental type. But besides all these little things. The staff that is friendly and goes above and beyond to make us comfortable made this experience perfect for us. I will definitely be back and hopefully the pool will be open then.
Great place to stay but the stuffs were careless. I almost missed mg flight bcz of em. Except that, its a clean and organized place to stay👍
Incredible front desk service -- just so kind and helpful. Rooms extremely clean, beds cozy, bathrooms look newly renovated. Bar had small but well-curated selection of beer. High-speed internet for free. Quite in spite of nearby airport location. Very accommodating all around. Really enjoyed my stay.
Positive: Everything. The setup is nice and creates a small oasis of green and chill around the pool. The staff is nice, cheerful and helpful. The room was clean and ready for me. Check in and check out were both pleasant and easy, and breakfast was terrific! Negative: No
Not impressed at all big name brand but motel 6 feel with not being close to a store or take out options you would think they would offer more of a selection of items they stock. And the $8 charge for a breakfast is really over price for what they offer. So with that I guess I will stick with my Hilton
I will give you four points about this Sheraton and you can decide if its worth it to you to stay.1. Its great if you want to sleep inside of a sauna. It was disgustingly hot. A/C blows hotter air. It was cooler outside than in our room.2. The bathroom door lock is as complex as a Rubiks cube, allowing anyone in your family to walk in on you at anytime.3. If youre looking for decent toilet paper, try the Perkins next door.4. Hope you are a heavy sleeper to avoid the Fast and Furious going on outside your window all night. At least management offered us a complimentary beverage from the snack shop for our horrible experience!
Horrible horrible place ! Used to be nice to flight attendants new management says No more ! I have called to speak with Trent the GM as well as AJ and they are never there and they dont return phone calls either 👎there are other hotels that offer crew rates that actually appreciate our business! Also the front desk staff are straight up rude! Why do you only respond to good reviews on here ?
Good place to stay, has a pool and jacuzzi. Quiet, clean rooms, some have a balcony and some dont.
AJ (front desk) rocked. Room was clean. Good pillows. Nice staff. Good restaurant. Id stay here again!!
Positive: Clean, bright & cheery, spacious indoor & outdoor seating for breakfast. Negative: No. The 3 of us were very happy with the hotel & plan to stay there again!
Great location off the freeway. Cozy lounge and nice bar. Would be comfortable meeting someone here for a drink or dinner.
Positive: Updated, quiet, clean; friendly staff. Negative: Breakfast was brown bag with only a blueberry muffin, an orange, and apple juice. Hot tub was out of service. Lobby was not central--had to walk past guest rooms to get to the elevators.
Nice inside. Sketchy outside. My cars rear window was smashed in the first night I stayed here. The hotel takes no responsibility, signs posted all over the parking lot state as much. Broken glass all over the lot. Out of staters beware.Edit: Nothing was stolen except maybe some bread. Just vandalism.
This was an amazing stay!! There is a staff member here I believe a manager named A.JYa all he is AWESOME.... His smile is quick n effortless and he just makes you feel like he couldnt be happier u are here!! He puts us Southern folks to shame with his gracious demeanor!! I mean I have to come back here for my CDL upgrade and have already requested to be put here.... Thank u AJ.. u def made the stay AMAZING!! the other staff are so friendly and great too but AJ was the icing!!!!
This is the best value of all the airport hotels in the area. Check- in staff was very efficient and professional. Rooms were clean and up to date. Amenities were standard for this level of hotel. The food in the dining room was surprisingly good. Had the carnitas tacos. Delish. Decent beer selection for a hotel bar. Will definitely return.
We stay here regularly for work. The restaurant is open these days and the food is pretty good. They also have some fun craft brews from the area. Nice and clean rooms, friendly staff. And a short drive to the airport. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Salt Lake City, or just connecting through And need a place to stay.
Great place to stay and leave a car if youre flying back into SLC. Saves you from the astronomical airport fees! Rooms are nice for the price and the onsite restaurant/bar is great...IF they have time for you!
Positive: I like the room with the balcony fairly modern good parking for my RV. Good rate with my VIP discount. Negative: They need to open their hot tub and pool back up the rest of the hotels around town have opened them back up. The cleaning staff needs to learn what 12:00 check out means. They checked 3× starting at 9am with sign on my door wasnt very happy about thi
I had a very poor experince here last night. i checked into the hotel around 8 pm I then had dinner and went to bed as I had traveled all day and had to get up early for a meeting. Around midnight the door of my room opens and the light turn on. Turns out the front desk check a family in that arrived late and gave them the same room I was staying. They is very disturbing that this is even possible. Other guest have access to my room and things. What if I had not been there. But the worst was I was woken up from a deep sleep and had a hard time going back to sleep. Then when I brought this up to the front counter all they did was laugh and say sorry.
It was a nice hotel the first room they gave us the TV didnt work they quickly put us in another room. They had a fridge in the room but no microwave. The hotel was nice I would stay there again
After making a reservation online, and assuming I paid for my room, I was not given accommodations because of them being “sold out.” I arrived around 12:30 midnight but made reservations about 12 hours beforehand. I was not given a call, or emailed regarding the fact that my room was given away.Despite traveling quite often, I never thought this would be possible. I am pregnant as well, and to arrive at a hotel where I was told there is nothing they can do for me because I did not actually pay for the room seems unfair. I had every intention of paying for my stay, so it doesn’t make sense to me how I would not be accommodated, at least with a different hotel.. I was under the impression that a reservation is a contract regardless if it was not paid for. I gave my credit card info and had every intention on staying there. I ended up staying at the Sheraton downtown and it was much better as my view was spectacular and it even has a Starbucks in the lobby.
Our flight to CO was cancelled and the airline put us up here. It was a clean and comfortable stay. The check in took a bit, but seeing as how many people there were whom also had cancelled flights, we understood. The restaurant was also packed so we did not get a chance to eat there but the menu looked like it had good priced options. Overall, we would stay here again if in SLC.
Communication with front desk is awesome. Water pressure and hit water is great. They have a pantry for little items such as snacks and drinks, pay for it at front desk. Continental breakfast. Pool, fitness center, and pets allowed, awesome place!
High Quality, all around.✊⚡✊⚡✊#solidstaff
This hotel is excellent! Every staff member we encountered from the airport shuttle, to front desk, to restaurant were all friendly and helpful. We stayed during a very busy weekend for them but they still took care of our needs. We’ll be back!
Very nice and comfortable beds & I slept like dog. Great customer service in the restaurant & bar . The food is very delicious.🥃
Zero stars. Sketchy AF. They have charged my credit card for three nights (once a day) even though I stayed for only one (!!!). When I called to ask for a refund, I was told Id get a call back which they never did. The second time I called them they said there was nothing they could do. How can a business get away with stealing hundreds of dollars unauthorized --- isnt this a straight up crime?? Also, the front desk staff was soo rude.
Reason for trip: Regionals Soccer tournament June 15-20, 2021I had a great stay.. This hotel had a friendly staff,, ease of convenience and traffic flow. And the pool was clean. But rarely has towels..so make sure you take ur own or get one from front desk.My room was modern looking, clean and kid friendly. There was a fridge...a microwave (upon request) and mini Kuerig. There was also a lot of odd (but I used it) shelf space on the wall and a lot of plugs to charge our ton of electronics!!My only issue was:1. TV wasnt working right. They fixed that. 2nd day.2. Bad sewage smell outside, but went away after the 2nd nite.3..(this one is on me) I missed the fact that you have to REQUEST for your room to be cleaned.By the 3rd day I was wondering why my room wasnt clean....only to find out...that because of COVID... the hotel will try to keep minimal contact by only cleaning UPON REQUEST. So that made sense and I respect thatOther than that....I had a good stay. There was also a cool good-sized bar located to the left of the front desk. For 9 soccermoms...it was nice to have a few drinks and glasses of wine. The drinks were pricey but I assume ..being in Utah and coming from Vegas, this is what is expected. But it was cool because we an awesome bartender (older gentleman) and he dealt with our loud mouths and rearranging of their chairs lol...Besides we had some early ⚽️ games...Thank you Four Points and thank you for your Aloha!Aloha,Nene🌺🤙🏽
Great rooms, no bugs, modern aesthetic
Great hotel great hotel restaurant had the carnitas tacos 🌮best thing i ate while in Salt Lake
Positive: The bar and grill had an amazing hamburger and fries and global margarita with friendly and quick staff. Loved it Negative: Could have been a little better location. I like to be a near enough to at least something (even a little quick shop) to walk
I am a faithful Marriott member. I have never left a review like this, but I am shocked. I booked one night at this hotel as I was driving from CA to CO, and fully knew it was no frills. But, there was trash in my room from the previous guest, dirty towels in the bathroom and crumpled bedding...during Covid times. This is 100% unacceptable. No one will answer the phone at the front desk or the messaging software through the Bonvoy app. This lack of cleaning is so wrong...especially considering they advertise sterilization of rooms. I’m disgusted and will NEVER stay at a Four Points again.
It was very clean and very cozy! Everyone was very polite!
I had a 2 nite stay, it was wonderful. Beds were comfortable, so were the pillows. Nice, clean upscale room. Good price
TV did not work, had to take a cold shower, noise level was out of site
I had to stay here in June of 2019 because my Delta flight from Orlando was late and I missed my flight home. As a Bonvoy member, I chose this hotel for price, location and convenience. Delta wouldnt let us have our luggage, so instead they gave us these little toiletry packs that were pretty nice. I arrived at the hotel around 10:30 p.m. and got lucky that the restaurant made me some food that I took to the room. Its a nice place to stay overnight if you have any issues while youre at the airport or just want to be near it. They have a shuttle, which I used to get there and back to the airport. Nice stay, just an annoying reason.
We just parked our car here for an extended trip! Was less than half of what airport long term parking and we received curbside to curbside service from the hotel coming and going! The hotel looks luxurious from what we saw
Very nice clean helpful staff recommend
I just used their airport parking service. When I called to pick me up, a guy said hed have the shuttle come. I wait about 30 minutes before deciding to call again. It turns out no one ever called the driver and Ive been waiting here for nothing!
Positive: It was quiet Negative: Mattress sucked
Love This Hotel, Staffing are so help full specially gentleman name is AJ.
I had a 13 hour day of travel before arriving here a bit past midnight. This hotel had one job and one job only - to allow me to sleep before I had to leave at 9 AM. As a note, I have stayed at hotels (look at my TA reviews) all over the globe. This was one of the worst I have stayed at.Problem 1. This hotel was obviously designed by someone who anticipated never having anyone stay there. I parked my car and schlepped my 50 lb suitcase and 20 pound backpack into the hotel. There are no signs anywhere so I just started wandering. The elevator is WAYYYYY away from the front enterance. It is a long distance to travel with luggage. One would think they would have luggage carts or something to accomodate the 1/4 mile walk to the elevator but no.I enter the elevator and try to use my digitial key for floor 4. It does not work. So, now I have to schlep my 70 pounds of luggage back to the front desk. Super fun at 12 am, right??!!Come to find out that they did not activate my key - no idea why since it was active on the app but way to go front desk staff. I asked the front desk to have someone call me about this later (remember this in a few).I get to the room, unpack and go into the bathroom only to find that the lights dont work! I called down to the front desk and they had to send someone up with new room keys. So, now I have to re-pack and move to another room at 12:30 AM. Perfect! BTW, the staff didnt seem to care in the least about this. No apology - just a eh, looks like we have to call maintenance. Also I paid for a room with a balcony and the room I got transferred to had no balcony. Also, going back to the room design - the lights are impossible to figure out - there is a lamp in the back of the room with no on/off switch and no switch on the wall! It should NOT be this difficult to figure out how to turn on a lamp!?The one redeeming quality here was that the fitness center was nice.Again - I asked for a manager to contact me and no one did. Instead, I got a Sorry for the trouble email from Marriott with 500 bonus points.wooohooo! Nothing says sorry for ruining your night like 1/36th of a hotel stay in the future!Avoid this hotel at all costs. Not worth the headache.
Positive: The staff in general is top notch but hotel employee In particular is a amazing front desk employee! Negative: The free continental bag breakfast in the morning, but luckily Perkins restaurant is right across the street.
Positive: Great place! The guy at the front desk was awesome!
Very clean, modern and up-to-date rooms. Close to airport w/ reliable transportation. They have a really good restaurant which there is nothing really nearby, so this is a nice plus. Staff are always friendly and helpful. This Sheration I much nicer than many others I have stayed at as flight attendant. I stay at this one on my own dime, in between trips and I continue to choose this hotel over others in the area because of the comfort & cleanliness of the rooms, the great restaurant and the awesome staff!! Oh, and the reliable transportation. (just wish the track hotel van on the app still worked).
Very Disappointing HotelAs someone who is well aware of the current conditions with travel and COVID19, I try and practice a lot of patience. I do expect a Marriott property to maintain the Marriott standards. After doing online check in 2 days early, and me following up with the hotel 6 hours before we arrive, they acted completely shocked that we had arrived to check in. It was abundantly clear that they were not slammed or full. After 20 minutes we finally got checked in to our roomsThe room was modern, clean and comfortable. Then at 9 AM while I was in the shower, Housekeeping was knocking on the door and would not stop. I finally got out of the shower and asked them to come back laterThey offer no breakfast at all. The coffee pots were empty at 9:20 AM.This hotel is VERY unorganized and not a typical Marriott experience.
Really nice friendly hotel. We had an early morning flight from Salt Lake so because of bad weather we decided to drive into the airport area. Great rooms, good dinner great experience
Our stay at the Four Points Sheridan was great. The room was very clean, as was the restroom. We slept very comfortable, and recommend here if your passing through Salt Lake City. The man at the front desk was very professional, and pleasant also.
Excellent hotel. Refrigerator was hidden and body wash smelt manly...other than that I got a Caesar salad and it was absolutely delicious
Great rooms! Friendly front desk staff. Great location. Also pet friendly with a small fee.
Good bed, nice room and delicious coffee.
Delta put us up in this hotel for the night due to some mechanical issues with our plane, and missing our flight home. This hotel was fabulous. The shuttle drivers to and from the hotel were courteous. The hotel was so clean. The rooms were wonderful and high tech. The bathrooms were well stocked and had some new technology we were not used to but loved. The front desk staff was kind and efficient. The restaurant was food and the people attentive. Wonderful place to stay. Maid service was sweet and very good.
Everything was clean - the room, lobby, front desk. And the decor was very modern looking.
This is such a nice hotel. I have stayed here many times and it has always been a pleasant experience. They have done some really awesome renovations since I was last here and made it all the more better. The beds are really comfortable and the rooms are immaculate. I would also like to commend the staff. The are such a friendly and extremely polite staff. Well done!
This building as been here for years but Sheraton updated the whole place. I love the restaurant/bar area. They serve dinners, drinks and breakfast. The rooms are newly updated with plenty of plug ins for devices. The shower head has multiple spray options so you can actually wash long hair at a hotel. Great proximity to the Salt Lake hotel and they offer shuttle service for other things not just airport drop off and pickup. We will definitely be back any time we are in the area.
Very comfy beds I thought
Manager was extremely disrespectful. Will not ever come back!My brother and I parked our 19-ft camper in the nearly empty hotel lot one night prior to booking two rooms for $160. We got late check-out at 1. Yet the self-righteous manager rudely inferred from the used condition of our camper that we were not the type that had actually stayed at the hotel. She and her assistant knocked on our camper door at 2 and demanded we leave just one hour after checkout.Dont judge a book by its cover miss manager. You lost valuable customers for life.Try to learn from Chloe at the front desk and actually listen to your guests stories. My brother and I ran 800 miles on foot for charity to be here. Thanks for the hospitality Big Shot Manager.
Great customer service and rooms are clean and updated but a bit small in some cases
Nice remodeled hotel. Clean bathrooms as well. Good airport shuttle that is quick and doesnt make multiple stops. There is an on-site dine in restaurant for dinner only. Friendly service.
Well done!
Very friendly staff. Room was large and clean.
Elevator so far away from lobby area, light not working at the room entrance. Welcoming front desk personnels.
Fully remodeled! Bar and good restaurant in the lobby too!
Beautiful, newer hotel. Large room. Lovely color scheme. Pictures on website are accurate, although rooms are larger than some pictures suggest. Hot Shower with high shower head. Shower floor is slippery. If youre unsure on your feet, put down the provided rubber mat. Some road noise from the freeway; maybe try an odd numbered room. Restaurant was busy. Small menu. Food was good. They do offer park-n-fly. I enjoyed the staff and room. Would stay again.
They don’t have microwaves in every room, and they don’t have microwaves on each floor when they don’t put microwaves in every room.
Okay, bathrooms are nice. Heat was hard to regulate.
Room is smaller than I thought it would be. Pillow cases had a weird sweat-like smell to them. Hardly any storage space, only one drawer for a room meant for 2 people. Extremely odd layout, you need to pass by 20 rooms to get to the elevators. The bedside lamps are fairly annoying. Theres not enough of a covering, so the light isnt diffused and are just too bright to look at directly
Place was really nice
Beware, this hotel is a rip off. It is nowhere near the quality I expect from a four points. The booking was done mountain view room, but we got some lousy small room with a noisy air-conditioning unit that looked like it was installed in the 80s, next to the parking lot.It was nearly midnight, and we were exhausted so we basically had to either shift or put up with it. We ended up deciding we didnt have the energy to get into it.Luckily we are leaving early in the morning, so wont bother doing anything else about it. Definitely would not stay here again.Edit: walls are so thin you can hear snoring from other rooms. If you are a light sleeper, this is not the place.
Very modern and up to date, clean, convenient, accommodating, and all around great experience. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom is very spacious, clean, and up to date. Very close to the airport with free airport shuttle with many LYFT and Uber drivers in the area to pick you up if you need to travel further. They offer food from the bar as well as a 24 hour snack room. If youre not interested in eating at the hotel theres restaurant just across the street. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and are eager to help with whatever you need.
Nice hotel, saw quite a few ppl walking around without mask, other than that my stay was great, my bed was really comfy!!
Checked in late, friendly service.
All is good check in, but the room was full of dog hair all my clothes is full of dog hair. Seem like they did not clean the room Wright, by saying that i feel like is not safe staying here during this time, covid 19 because if they can not clean good enough dog hair what makes me think they take precautions for covid 19. Room is good staff good .....BUT CLEANEST IS VERY BAD.
Wonderful, helpful staff. Warm and welcoming! Immaculate and efficient facility! Loved the decor! Our room was spotless and very pleasant and comfortable! We are only sorry for one thing! That it took us so long to discover them!!
Nice place, weird floor plan. Thought we made a wrong turn but you just have to go down a long hallway to get to your room and the elevator. Loved the room, beds, double blinds etc... The restaurant offered wonderful Saturday special ❤️. Server was friendly.
This hotel is beautiful. Recently renovated. The rooms are fresh, clean, and modern- can’t say enough about the beautiful flooring, tiles, rugs, and artwork. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Included refrigerator and large curved screen TV. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
Clean hotel with new modern rooms, good food at the bar and a friendly staff. My only complaint is the walls are paper thin and you can hear other people’s alarms, coughing, etc.
Beware of the staff here. Purchased breakfast and was charged one amount. Once I got statement they charged more. Called and the waitress added her on tip on there. Take God a had the original receipt showing what I signed and the correct amount. This place sucks never again will I stay there.
Staff greatrooms nice very clean. Unacceptable that in the 23 stated we have traveled to right now that breakfast was not offered even as a grab and goWith as much traveling as we are doing this is unacceptable
Very reasonable modern decor hotel with clean rooms but was highly disappointed with no coffee maker in the room, we had to take it from the hotel lobby . It’s very close to the Airport, so the location and cleanliness take all the points
The room was clean, kinda small though. Poor communication regarding my reservation, rented a Jr. Suite for 5 people online but was told later we would need a different room because the suite was no longer available. They tried to put us in a room with one bed (for 5 people), had to request a different room, then needed a rollaway due to them being out of rooms with a pullout couch. Very tight squeeze. With all the other hotels in the same area we probably wont be staying here again.
I was extremely excited to take my wife to Salt Lake on a romantic getaway. We have not been able to go out on a romantic getaway for two years so this was a special mini vacation that I had planned. I tried to research the perfect hotel, the perfect restaurant, in an effort to give my heavily pregnant wife the perfect evening. Well, it didn’t go as planned. My wife is pregnant and we asked for a few extra pillows. The front desk told us they would be delivered right away, then an hour later we had to call down to the front desk again to remind them to bring our pillows and were promptly refused extra pillows. They said they had absolutely no pillows in the entire hotel to spare... Beyond bizarre. Subsequently, my wife was up all night, extremely uncomfortable and didn’t sleep at all. All of the pictures make the hotel look extremely nice and elegant, however upon arrival it was obviously an old hotel, no ambiance in the lobby, all the lights were turned off and to make it more uncomfortable, the hotel smelled awful throughout the hallways and our room. The smell was so bad, we almost left after an hour of trying to relax in our room. All in all, I’m almost positive we will never stay in another Four Points due to our experience with poor customer service and support. I wish it had been an amazing experience but sadly it was far from that. Please feel free to contact me if you would like more details about our experience.
Beautiful, clean and luxurious just out in the middle of nowhere.
Clean, very nice staff, food very good. Would have given 5 rating however, a birthday party at pool with approx.50 people went on from around 9 am to after 9pm so would not feel comfortable using pool. I told the front desk girl that 3-4 hrs would have been more appropriate
I have stayed here frequently. It is convenient, relatively new and usually very simple to get in and out. The food is consistent and good. Over the past 6 months, this property has had turn over in management and restaurants operations. The newer staff is often understaffed and under supported. They are working hard and maintain good attitudes but they can only do so much when things get super busy. I do not see support for the breakfast and dinner rushes from management.
Cmon Marriott stop playing...put fries and microwaves in every room. For what you charge, you gotta bring it. Especially in light of the pandemic. All of your regular accommodations are not available. Make ppl comfortable. You can refrigerate and warm up the food purchased downstairs.
Good hotel, location limits access to most things beyond airport.
Poor customer service. Shuttle is through the Best Western not the 4 Points. Would be nice if the front desk would tell you this the first time you call for a pickup. WiFi is poor. Rooms are nice enough but just not worth the hassle of staying here.
This is NOT a 3 Star hotel! Ive stayed in many and this definitely isnt one. The bathroom walls and ceiling had many colors and styles of hair that obviously werent ours. One of the beds had a brown stain on the sheets. The website said there is an awesome, outdoor pool. There wasnt. Our stay was in June. The high temp for the day was 101. There was no reason for the pool to be closed. The website said breakfast was available. It wasnt. The desk clerk told us that we could wait until 7:00am and then go across the street to the Perkins restaurant for breakfast. This was an absolutely horrible experience and I wouldnt recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. There are MANY other hotels in this same area. Pick a different one.
Thus property exceeded all expectations of an airport area hotel. The staff was welcoming and focused on a pleasant guest experience. Common areas were clean and comfortable with a modern design. Our guest room was immaculate with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. Highly recommend this property for easy airport access as well as convenient to downtown SLC
As I travel to SLC weekly, I was so excited about another SPG hotel in Salt Lake. I have tried this place out 5 times now, hoping it would get better but Im done staying there. Biggest problem is that the rooms smell like bad fish. I think it comes from the air conditioning units. Staff says it is the the hotel fragrance but I do not think that was the smell they were going for. The rooms have nice furnishings and big TVs, although I think they are to big for how small the rooms are but its a nice gesture. I did have an issue with the front desk where I asked a manager to call me back about, its been nearly a week and after 8 calls to the front desk still no call from the manager and no one at the front desk seems to care, they just keep taking messages or transferring me to voicemail. Location of the hotel is very convenient for airport travel or access to the freeway. Not any good places to eat near by but the food at the hotel is really good.
Superb for the given price and amenities! Highly recommended for travelers! Impeccable cleanliness, super comfortable beds, 100% worthy stay.
The people here are great. I thought they were very helpful on several interactions. They saved our ukulele that we forgot until after vacation a week later. Free Shuttle very helpful. Nice remodel. Great as an airport hotel.
It was great. The pillows could be a little more firm. Also it would have been nice to have a microwave.
