Out of all of the jobs I’ve had, this job has been the best. I have the opportunity to interact/work with all kinds of people, and work with different non profits. The boss and coworkers are great! If I ever have any questions, I can ask my boss and she’s willing to answer them and she is willing to teach you. It’s a great opportunity if you’re looking to improve your skill set, learn something new, or to get out of your comfort zone.

Evolve Marketing is probably my worst job experience ever! The management is very unprofessional. The Boss is very blunt and doesn’t know how to communicate with her employees. I believe as a Boss of a company you have to be assertive but also be able to communicate with your employees without shaming them or putting their self-esteem down before they go out into the field to sell for the day. Somehow when your first employed your supposed to know Everything! If you ask the Boss a question she will reply with an attitude with the answer to your question. The majority of the employees left because they felt unappreciated and disrespected. This is only MY experience but I’m also stating what I heard/saw from former employees. They didn’t reach out to me for any feedback or tried to find what we’re the reasons I left. I hope they can change some things and grow as a company. Best of luck to them 👍🏼
