If youd like a response to online submitted files, a voicemail message and a physical visit (to their credit the lobby is closed), to be told your order is sitting on someones desk with no timeline on completion then Alpahgraphics South Salt Lake is for you.When pressed, they said two or three days... I had to press for this answer, after indicating its time sensitive and Im happy to pay a rush fee, just let me know. I had to specify, Business days...?Yes, business days.Do yourself a favor, call AMT Printing on 2100 South. Theyre a small, local outfit with a great website to submit files and they will give you a definite answer. Clearly, Alphagraphics is too busy, they dont need your business.UPDATE: So after this review, miraculously the cards are printed within 30 minutes. It seems there was no delay...? They had time to print the cards and respond to the review (inaccurately) but couldnt have just called me back or responded to my online message or given me a timeline and cost (including any rush fees) when I went in person? Weird.

3 different times now over the last year, I have sent this location either items to print, or a request for a quote via their website, only to never hear from them. They are closer to my home then the Salt Lake branch, but I cant use them because they literally never respond, so clearly dont want my business. Most recent was on 8/9 I sent them a simple pdf file to print on card stock. Got confirmation and everything that they had received it, and when I showed up on 8/18 to pick it up was told it wasnt printed, no one knew about it and I would have to personally call some guy to get it printed. 9 days they had it without bothering to contact me. I drove home, sent it to the downtown location, and got confirmation an hour later they had printed it. I wont waste my time with this location again.

These guys are great! Anything, I mean anything, Ive needed printed for any surface, they have been able to do it quickly and professionally.

I had them print out a game on card stock. It turned out better than I imagined, and they even cut the playing cards apart for me. The price was great too. Im very pleased and will definitively come here again.

I was really pleased up front when I walked in for a job and they said they were a little behind this week for a big client, but quoted me the delayed time as Thursday or Friday (8/6 - 8/7) (only a few days after I was in), however they havent even come close to that and Ive heard little update. Even with the proof edit (a simple color tweak), Ive not heard anything for almost a week and am having trouble getting a hold of them. Hopefully the end product is nice if I get it, but we needed it for a big show this Friday and with the quote it seemed likely to happen... Now that its Thursday night I am pretty confident I wont be even needing the work and I probably wont try them again.

To ensure accuracy they will call if they have any questions before printing, and even when Im working with a tight schedule, they get my items done on time. I have been working with Chirstian Hayes for about 6 months and he is AMAZING. Alphagraphics ALWAYS works with short deadlines and large print jobs. I have never had an issue with the final print job, and it has always been on time. Very satisfied with their services.

Great experience, their designers helped me tweak my file just how I needed it done for the project without making me resend a new file, they were super fast! and even offered delivery!! I highly recommend them.

Alphagraphics South Salt Lake is always fast, and always ready to help with any project that comes our way. This time around, we needed pull up banners within one working day, and they made it happen, like always, even with other projects on their presses. We just cant get quick service like that anywhere else.

We use Alphagraphics for our business printing. They have exceeded our expectations and surprised us with all their services. Gregg is extremely helpful!

Wow, really incompetent and a waste of time. Didnt listen to a word I said. I gave them a project where I wanted a print of an artwork file I provided only I wanted them to do a bit of graphic design and lighten it up. I had been having trouble with it printing way too dark. Its an easy fix that Id do myself if I had the software. I gave them an example of a print that was way too dark and told them that it was exactly what I DONt want.Next day I got a call saying they were all done and that I should come down and take a look. Got there and their print was DARKER than the one I gave them. I could tell they had played around with the contrast a bit and it look terrible. I explained again what I wanted and left them to it. LIGHTER than the example I had given them.A week later I called them to see what was up since I hadnt hear anything and they said they were just about to call me and that I could come in and take a look at the newly printed piece. Came down and they had printed the very same thing as before. I told them they had wasted my time and that I would be on my way.If anyone reading this review is looking to get artwork printed go down the road to Replicolor. They did exactly what I wanted and did it quickly.

No sir, used these people for a simple business card print job. The guy in charge Steve got directions wrong 3 separate occasions and apologized about 10. The job took 2 weeks when I paid him it was supposed to be 3 days. Lied just to get my money and when asked about the timeline he got smart and added condescending remarks. I ended up not even completing the job and taking my money back. These people should be ashamed.
