Need a Zero star system. I called this company multiple times after they were supposed to have sent a repair man to look at washing machine and left several messages. When I finally called and got a lady and explained the situation she told me several times that she knew how their system works and when I asked her a question that obviously she didn’t have the answer to she hung up on me and would not answer the phone again. Horrible customer service!!

Had a service call sent out by them for our Amazon Home warranty service and I called to ask the status of the claim and the lady was rude and hung up on me for asking too many questions!! WTH? This company has horrible customer service!!!!

Zero stars! I had to select one star or I couldnt post this. They keep sending me emails telling me that the part on order for my repair is in and that Ill be contacted by the repair center. Unfortunately, I have nothing needing repair and the service center they name knows nothing about it. When I attempt to contact them to let them know there is an error, nobody ever answers their phone--it just rings and rings. If you click on their hours as listed on their website, it shows them closed every single day (they are apparently never open?). They are merely an annoyance that keeps sending me endless unwanted emails. What a poorly run company (whoever they are). I wouldnt trust a slipshod business like this as far as I can spit. Avoid them at all costs. If anyone from this company ever reads this, the case number printed on the emails they annoy me with is wo-000534561. Please stop sending me these!

Avoid at all costs. These scammers wont pay you on time, they will take money from your bank account without permission, and screw you out of every penny possible until you fire them at which point they will continue to spam you with trade secrets and confidential information from LG, Samsung, Hisense, Tempurpedic, etc. If you ask them for fair, honest compensation or multiple times to quit spamming your inbox you will be treated unprofessionally by amatures who have no track record other than destroying Circuit City. Do not do any business with these washed up wannabee Enrons, especially PAUL.
