My framing nailer collar #910767 failed and this was the only place within 70 miles that not only sold the part but also had it in stock. The gentleman on the phone was polite and helpful. I didnt catch his name but it was cashier Gens0452 on my receipt. He shipped it out the same day. Thanks for the great and fast service!
This place will straight up waste your time. I have a new DeWalt mobile tool box. The handle broke. Whatever. I called. I waited on hold. And waited some more. Sent them an email. Had to follow up two days later with another phone call and another 15 minutes on hold. They finally agreed to replace the tool box. They told me to bring it in and they would swap it out. I did and they didnt. They said that now they had the box, they can order a new one and it might get there in a week.If this is the representation of DeWalt, Im moving to another brand.
Very slow repair time and customer service is lacking. I love DeWalt and the service center is a great idea, but it takes way too long to do business there. Given the current situation with Covid Ill give them another try.

This is probably the 1st bad review I’ve ever completed. I can’t recall worse customer service or experience.I dropped my compressor off in the spring. It took 2 months to fix. I called a few times to check on it and never received a returned call. Once I caught someone in the phone they told me it would be an additional month. It ended up taking 4 months.They called me as soon as it was ready and continued to call to remind me. I appreciated that as I travel weekly to California and they’re not open on weekends. Jacqueline reached me today and in town. She reminded me to pick it up otherwise it would be sold since it had been several weeks since it was finished. I told her that it took several months to fix. She argued that with me and said I dropped it off in August. I tried to explain that I dropped it off in the spring. She continued to argue. I told her that I would be picking up today and will not be using their services in the future. She did not care.I got to the store and explained the situation to the worker. He had no comment nor care, just told me to have a good day. I left and immediately writing this.Will avoid this place at all expense moving forward. Hope this helps.
You need to update your website letting the public know that you’re closed due to COVID-19. Just spent an hour driving up because it said it was open.

My new Bostitch Air Compressor was leaking air and my new stapler was misfiring so I brought them in to be serviced. They had these items for about six weeks. When I got them back the air pressure regulator no longer worked on the compressor and the stapler didnt work at all. I took them back again (they gave me a hard time about bringing the stapler back because it didnt have a tag on it, which was their job to put on it). They had the compressor six more weeks and the stapler over two months. They said the stapler was non repairable and they are supposed to be mailing a new one. The compressor is now leaking again. Three weeks ago they said they would order a new one for me, but I havent heard back. The employee I spoke with doesnt have record of a compressor being ordered for me.I should add that the first time I came in they werent open because the hours they had on the phone recording were wrong.Most of the employees have been courteous. But the length of time they kept my tools is absurd. And, of course, having my tools come back after all that time and be more broken than before is a joke.This business is terrible. But what else can you do when you buy new tools and they dont work properly.

Okay service. Was told they would get back with me and didn’t, I had to call them to baby sit my service request a little more than I would have expected.
They dictate whats covered under Dewalts 3 year manufacturer warranty not DeWalt. They ruled that because a defect isnt common, its not a defect... Just wow! Theyre taking advantage of Dewalts horrible call center and profiting off of it.
I dont like going to this place, but they service my customers tools and I have to. The service is ok and well its just ok. Everytime I go in its someone different they just have bad turnover.
Might as well go buy a new tool rather than getting a repair. They couldnt fix my lazer so I was told I was getting a new one. I was charged for a new one but got a remanufactured one with only a 90 day warranty instead of the year for a new one.

I have had nothing but good experiences here. They have warranted a total of 4 DEWALT batteries and a DEWALT drill, 100% free of charge. They told me 3 days on the drill. 3 days later, drill was done. Thank you!

I order the wrong part for my vac/blower. I call the service center 5 different times and they told me to send it back for a refund. I did order the right part before sending it back. I sent it back yesterday. They call me today and told me that since I order the wrong part they can not refund my money. It was my fault. They asked me if I wanted them to throw it away. It is still in the plastic bag unopened. I told them no they could send it back to me. I will never do business with them again. It was a horrible.
Dont ask to use ther restroom unless you want to be treated like a homeless person off the street. They hit and miss with repairs and for some reason they dont stock their products which was really disappointing.
The only place in the valley I can get 2 SDS Plus hammer drill bits

Poor quality of repairs. Had a DW715 miter saw rebuilt. I dont know if they had one of their kids fix it with chewing gum, but with little use, and shortly out of warranty, it gave out with the same problems. Think twice about getting repairs done here. I may be switching to mikita saws because M&M Tool here does quality service.
I can not imagine what they could do to make this place worse!!!! Unhelpful, unhappy and rude front counter help! Incompetent repair technicians. And very overpriced. If i bring a tool in for repair, i think the assumption should be that i need it for work.
