Everyone in this organization has customer service at the top of their priority list. From Joe, the owner, to Deb and the office staff, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. And I’m a tough one to please. Landscape Solutions also maintains our PUD common space and snow removal. Our board of directors is always happy with the service.

This is a great company!!! My lawn looks incredible. They sent their sprinkler guy out to adjust our sprinklers and he was wonderful to work with. Josue is now my sprinkler guru!!! He even gave me his cell number and told me to call if we ever need adjustments. That is really great customer service!!!

Landscape Solutions one of the best Landscaping companies, great Quality and great customer service, I have use Landscape Solutions for 3 years and they do really good work, Roberto and Victor, they always take care of my Properties.

I have used landscape solutions services for almost three years now and could not be happier. They are very efficient and responsive to all of my propertys needs. I currently manage a community in West Valley that is over 19 acres of land and a big responsibility. I constantly get compliments of how beautifully kept our community is. Their response to sprinkler needs is usually very prompt, except this year when like everyone else they are swamped because of the bizarre weather. Not a fan of their snow work. The past few storms, I have been the one to shovel the walks because they dont get to our complex until HOURS after the storm ended. Then when they do come, their plow for the walks take out chunks of our lawn.They forget to do entry ways and they use little to no salt.Oh and the plow guys, thank you for yet again burying our cars in to where it is hard to get out of our parking stall.Last huge storm, they left huge ice patchs on our walks and no ice melt. I ended up chipping all the ice off our walks in hopes that our neighbors wouldnt fall when they left to work in the morning.Im hoping my apartment complex calls and complains or hires someone else. Im tired of doing all the hard work that you guys are hired to do. Maybe you should start paying me a portion of what they pay you.

Landscape Solutions keeps good relations with their customers on any issues from yard care to snow removal. Roberto and Joe have always came through when problems come up at our property. Landscape Solutions and Joe helped me with a problem last year, my yard had sunk down on one side and was allowing water to get into my basement. They came and raised the grade of the dirt, and even gave me some ideas on how to make my plants look better! I have not had a problem since, and I just wanted to thank you again for all you do.My father uses their services for minor lawn care, including mowing, cleaning up, sprinklers, and tree maintenance.My father-in-law hired them for a complete landscape change to their front yard, and it looks fabulous. They also do basic lawn care weekly for them.

My brother and I lived in Copperwood Apt, luckily we just moved out. We had an awful experience with the apartment management and with these landscape guys. The apartments exterior used to look a lot better, but it looked terrible the last year. I complained to it the property management and they said they had switched to landscape solutions. Sorry just not impressed with the work they have done at our apts.

You get what you pay for and if you’re wanting premium results than trust Drew and his team. From start to finish Drew has been responsive and helped me figure out what would work best for my yard in a timely manner. Once the jobs were scheduled his crews arrived on time and completed the work in a quick and professional manner. I’ve never had to worry about the finished product with any of my jobs Landscape Solutions has done for me and neither will you!

When my fiancé and I xeriscaped our front yard, we had some issues with a damaged irrigation system. Drew and his team werr incredibly helpful and efficient in getting our system squared away. Very friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable staff. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

I believe this is a quality organization top-to-bottom but I wanted to give a special shout-out to Drew. He modernized my old sprinkler system, dialed in the heads/coverage, upgraded the sprinkler control panel, and brought a small, efficient crew to re-sod my lawn. Great job!
